They fake to apply then 3 days latter they send you an automatic message stating your visa application has been rejected. If you trust them you will not only loose the money you send them, but also the money of your flight and hotel, ruining your vacation. Also, there is a message on their website saying you will get refund if the visa is rejected, don't waist your time asking for that, they will say you can be refund only if the rejection is their fault and it will never be their fault, lol! I've contacted another agency in Dubai who said their website isn't even available in the UAE, they may have been blocked because of the reports. So I will report them everywhere visa/master card, ambassy of uae, g

But here's the kicker. We went to Dubai anyways and guess what? We got my daughter's visa on arrival without any issues. This was quite concerning, especially since Emirates Airlines had already informed me that my ticket already covered all insurance, including covid.

You will end up paying three times the amount of money that you can find on other websites for the same service. They claim to have processed your visa through City Tour and Travels, which you can book directly from there. However, I booked my visa through them and they gave me incorrect information regarding the validity of my visa. They claimed that it was valid for 14 days, while Dubai immigration confirmed that it was valid for 30 days.

To make matters worse, I contracted Covid during my stay in the UAE. Worried about being an illegal immigrant, I contacted InstaDubaiVisa to extend my stay for another 14 days. They informed me that I needed to pay $270 for the extension, but when I checked with Dubai immigration, the actual cost was only $130. When I asked for a refund, they claimed that they had already applied for the extension, but provided no proof of the same. Their email even stated that the visitor visas were only valid for 30 or 90 days, which contradicts the misinformation they had given me earlier.

Finally, on January 9th, I received an email saying that our visas were approved, however, I still needed to provide copies of our plane tickets and details about where we were staying. This was two weeks too late, as we were supposed to travel on December 27th.

However, as soon as I paid, they changed their tune and urged me to take their express service, warning me that there might not be enough time to get my visa otherwise. They asked me to Pay Pay again and promised that my visa would be approved within the same day or maximum by the next day, with a 100% guarantee.

I hesitated, but agreed to pay another $185 for the express service. I was clear about wanting a refund in case I didn't get any answer on time and they promised me that I would get one. But right after I paid, they started changing their promises and said that there was a chance of rejection with no refunds. I knew then that I was dealing with scammers.

After that, they stopped replying to my messages and gave me meaningless excuses and delays. On the day of my travel, they still said that my visa was under process. I had to press them hard to finally get an answer, only to hear that it was rejected. When I asked for the money back for the express service as they took more than 3 days to answer, they started manipulating their promise and said that the express service was only within 24 working hours, which is technically 3 days because they work 8 hours per day in Dubai.

First off, the cost they charged me was way too much compared to what your average travel agent would charge. Unless you in a big rush to get it, I recommend you find a cheaper alternative.
Secondly, they be calling you up tryna make you get their travel and COVID insurance, claimin' it's the only way to get your visa approved by Dubai immigration. But y'all, that shiznit gonna cost you roughly 130 bucks for just ten days, which is way more expensive than what most other places charge. But yo, you don't even gotta get this insurance through them! You can get it in your own country, just make sure you have both travel and COVID insurance when you go.
Finally, they be sayin' you need a PCR test before you can leave Dubai, and tryna sell you their fancy hotel testing service for a cool 200 or 300 bucks. But yo again, that's way higher than what's available on the market. You can get the same test for like 150 dirhams (around 40 bucks) at almost any clinic in Dubai.

Overall, while their service is legit, the prices they be chargin' are way too inflated. If you ask me, I'd rather deal with an agency who's more upfront about costs and fees. Honestly, I was just hella disappointed and won't be usin' their service again, or recommendin' it to my squad.

And you know what, they ask for more than double the amount of fees you paid. When you question them that you already paid the extra fee for the express visa, they tell you that the amount you paid was just the normal fee and nowhere is it mentioned that it is for an express visa. You were also given false information by their 3-4 agents that the amount you paid is for an express visa. The important point to highlight here is that the application form filled by their agent doesn't mention anywhere that the application is for an express visa and the fee you paid is for regular processing. It's a complete scam, which is why I recommend that you don't book anything through them. They will only take your money and not deliver any kind of service.
