Juan and the staff went above and beyond their usual procedures to help me navigate the FL legalities from out of state. They also helped to sell my land when it turned out to be an investment they couldn't use themselves. I was kept informed in a timely manner every step of the way. Highly recommended!

I just sold my first property to Unity and I am very happy. The transaction was smooth and quick and I got a good price. I used my own title company for the transaction and Unity contributed $250 toward closing. If I had gone through their title company they would have covered all the closing cost. Good company to deal with.

My overall experience with Unity Development was great although we encountered some earlier issues with price among other things Mr. Ortega was willing to negotiate and get our contract closed at the time specified. Our interaction with him was always remote which can sometimes be very daunting especially when you have no experience working with the person. Their website explains everything clearly but if for any reason you have questions Mr. Ortega gets back to you promptly.

After agreeing on a price for my 4 lots with Juan Ortega, your company letter recommended using a lawyer. I asked my Realtor friend for a referral. I called Marc Gaylord PA. As I am in New Jersey, this would expedite our deal. After a pokey start, the contract was emailed, signed and notarized. Unity made it easy for me to sell my land, I would just like to say that at first, I was skeptical about this, but after talking to Juan Ortega I felt much better. He went out of his way to make me be comfortable with this transaction. I live in Port St. Lucie Fl, and he changed the closing to accommodate me from the west side of the state to the east side where i was able to go to the title company myself and sign the papers. I have now closed, earlier then the 30 days. After signing the papers, I received my check the next day. Thank you for the Professional service.

I just sold my two land in Poinciana Florida to Unity Development Investments. This company was professional, reliable and work with you to the end. I am so happy with the way the conducted business from the beginning of transaction to the end. I lived in New York, and everything was done so easy I had no problems. We received an unsolicited offer to purchase our land in Palm Bay Florida. It describe succinctly and clearly the purchase process. I called and talked to Juan Ortega to enquirer about the escrow account that Unity Investments has and with what settlement company they work. I research the status of the investment company, and the s?lleme the company, all was in order. As promised 10 days before closing Executive Title I, Inc got in touch with us. Further explained the process and put me at ease. The date of the sale arrived and there was a problem with the wire transfer we had requested . Mio M. Alicea-Finn, the escrow officer called and did not stop until the issue was resolved. Very rarely have I experience such a professional and courteous behavior.

After several years of receiving unsolicited offers for my vacant residential lot in Poinciana, FL, I considered the latest offer from Unity Development Investments. I worked with Mr. J. Ortega and after a few emails, we both agreed on a final sales price. Unity also offered to pay for ALL closing costs. From that time on, the transaction moved forward in a timely manner. From the acceptance of the offer, thru the title documents, then final closing and issuance of the proceeds check, every question I had and any issues that arose, were resolved promptly by Mr. Ortega and his team. We did all of this without realtors involved. Considering that I live way over in Hawaii and Unity is located in Florida, on the opposite side of the United States, the sale couldn't have gone any smoother. I'm glad I didn't go thru a realtor to sell my property. I saved big on commissions and closing costs. It's was a win win situation for Unity and me.

1) Juan O. of Unity D Investment made an offer and closed in 30 days, as promised...and...works with an incredibly pleasant/efficient people at Liberty Title Inc, despite me being in CA and with my vacant property & his office & Title Co being in FL.
2) Juan followed through on every promise, and even cleared up a small misunderstanding over a written communication by reimbursing me for the difference, via check he offered to mail me, after the close, which in R.E. is always questionable,...but...he was true to his word and sent me a check.
3) It was a completely pleasant, completely hassle-free transaction, where I was responsible only for the pro-rated Prop Taxes & minor l expenses, such as Notary/etc, in connection w/ my property. It couldn't have been easier, compared to many other home purchase/sales I've had in the past.
4) Sharon & Kelli at Liberty Title Inc were ALWAYS prompt in responding to any/all inquiries/emails and were always on schedule...and...led me through every step. AND...they're the most pleasant, too !
5) I think anyone would have happy with them.
