I'd like to file a complaint against United Wholesalers Pte Ltd. The sales representative who attended to my purchased item suddenly making different statement between our calls and her emails which is really disappointing from my end.
I have actually paid what I purchased based on here instructions & trying to negotiate when to redeliver my item as 1st delivery was failed due to the miscoordination.
In my case, I have already told them that I am willing to pay additional cost just to delivered my purchased item as I am not capable to arrange self collection and now she suddenly sent an email that they can't arrange delivery for me and she write a statement in the email which she never mentioned during our conversation over the phone.
I just made an order with them and I was not pleased with the way the staff handled my order. However I set that aside and wanted to make another really large order for an upcoming event. I requested to speak with the manager (I wanted the manager to handle this as it was going to be a large order and I wanted to assure there would be absolutely no screw ups) Kym and the staff said she'd TRY to get Kym to call me back. So I sent an email directed to Kym, but the next morning, that same staff emailed me assuming I wanted to complain to Kim about my previous order and sent me a lengthy email on why they couldn't fulfill a delivery date that I wanted. But that wasn't the reason why I wanted to speak to the manager at all. So I sent the manager another email saying that if she did not wish to liaise by phone, she could at least have the decency to reply my email.
