On April 2nd, 2023, I sold 4500k coins through u7buyut. The coin transfer process finished on April 3rd, 2023, at 18:18. Unfortunately, my EA account received a transfer market ban just over 30 hours later, on April 5th, 2023, at 00:21. While u7buyut did work with me to compensate for this issue, it was still a frustrating experience.

Then, just 27 days later, I wanted to sell some coins from my Xbox account. I sold 3800k coins on April 29th, 2023. The coin transfer process finished on May 4th, 2023, between 4-5 a.m. Unfortunately, EA servers shut down right after my coin selling process was complete. When the servers were fixed on May 5th, 2023, at 7 a.m., my account received a transfer market ban. This time, it was just over 24 hours after the coin transfer process was complete.

I contacted u7buyut's customer service team about my Xbox account's ban, but they initially told me they couldn't compensate me because it had been over 24 hours. I explained that the EA servers had shut down, and that's why I wasn't banned within 24 hours. I sent them screenshots of the server status and FIFA email, as well as screenshots of my PC account. I pointed out that my PC account had been banned after over 30 hours, which was longer than my Xbox account, but they still compensated me for that ban. However, the customer service team continued to make excuses and refused to compensate me for my Xbox account's ban.

I asked to speak with a manager, but they kept delaying me and making excuses. My Xbox account was worth slightly below 10 million coins, but now it's essentially worthless because I can't access the transfer market. It's frustrating that I've had two accounts banned within just one month, and u7buyut won't even compensate me for the second ban.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with u7buyut. While they've been helpful in the past, their customer service team's inconsistent responses and lack of compensation for my Xbox account's ban have left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated.
