This program called TunesKit is a bit of a letdown. I mean, sure, the audio capture is pretty good, but there are just so many issues with it that make it not worth it. For starters, I can't seem to quit the application or access most of the menu items. They're just greyed out, which is super frustrating. And don't even get me started on the fact that I can't export any of the captured audio. What's the point of capturing it if I can't even use it?

But, I was able to solve the problem by installing Sierra on a second Mac. I found an image file on hackintosh and maybe you can also install Sierra on a second partition.

Now, I can backup movies too, even rented ones. Despite the dilemma, the TunesKit support team was really generous and helped me out.

Because the software simply works, I decided to buy other software from TunesKit. On my email request, I even got a discount, which was really nice.

In conclusion, TunesKit is a great software and the support team is really helpful. I would definitely recommend TunesKit to anyone who needs to backup their media.

But, when I went to switch out my sim for 5g, I found out that the little gem I had found was nothing more than a pet rock (without a box). You know what I mean? It said that I had already exceeded the amount of devices I could work with on the platform.

Now, I know for a fact that I haven't done anything more than vomit coffee (not from the program) and be sleep deprived while trying to figure this out. I really wanted to cry, but my dog Jane thinks I'm tough, so I held it together.

July is almost over, and I'm about to lose it. I'm begging for a chance to experience the program as it was meant to be. Like the ad says. If I get a chance to use it properly, I'll change my review to a much different rating and statement.

I tried using TunesKit to unlock several devices, but unfortunately, I was only able to successfully unlock one iPad 3. Despite downloading the firmware for the other devices, the unlocking process never completed because the firmware couldn't be verified. As a result, the devices remain locked and the software was unable to unlock them.

Although TunesKit indicated that three devices were successfully unlocked, I was disappointed to find out that the other two devices were not included in this count. I believe that unsuccessful attempts should not be counted against the five devices allowed, as no other company does this.

I attempted to unlock my iPad Pro 12.9 several times, but after three failed firmware downloads, the software finally started unzipping the files to unlock it. Unfortunately, the process failed again, and I was left with no choice but to request a refund. I found the process of downloading multiple files for nothing to be frustrating and a waste of my data.

In my opinion, TunesKit's software is unreliable and a hit-or-miss catastrophe. I don't have time to play these games, and I plan on writing a negative review. I hope that TunesKit will refund my money promptly. Thank you.

I have been charged almost $15 for a year for a product I didn't buy. There is not installed in my computer/phone or laptop. I mentioned this to, what is supposed to be a customer support, they gave me generic answers like "sorry for your inconvenience but our refund policy bla bla bla", I don't even think they have a fraud department. They just don't really care. They provided me a device from it was supposedly purchased (does not exist in my house). I am going to involve higher instances, because this is definitely fraud. I work in the technology industry, and lots of companies have this included on their refund policies. In this case, there are a lot of gaps. I hope someone help me because this is unfair.
