My 7-year experience with Truly Nolen Termite Control has been disappointing and costly. Despite paying for annual termite inspections and preventative treatments, I discovered extensive termite damage around my house that went unnoticed by Truly Nolen. The branch manager was unhelpful and prioritized the company over customer satisfaction. The technicians' lack of thoroughness led to significant expenses for repairs that should have been prevented. Overall, I do not recommend Truly Nolen Termite Control due to their untrustworthy practices and inadequate service.
