Predatory towing! My car got towed twice in less than 12 months. No signs/posts in the community 'bout towing policy. No try to warn or contact residents. These company does tours searching for cars or answers to folks' call.

These guys are in my condo complex towing cars from the peeps who can't find a spot to park. The drivers don't even bother to step outta their truck to see if a car is legit when it's backed in and been chillin' in the same spot for months with tags that expired.

I wouldn't even give them a star. They towed my vehicle 2 minutes after my wife parked it at the Seacoast Bank on Jefferson and Orange to ask if this was also the parking lot for St. James Cathedral. The tow truck driver didn't even give her a chance and took advantage that she was a female.

The dude came this morning and stuck a sticker on my car so hard the whole car shook. When I came outta my apartment and asked him what's the problem? he started talkin' to me like I was dumb and really belittlin'. When I read the violation on the sticker I was double parked and didn't even realize it. He then got in his car and sped off with someone else in the car, I ain't even sure if that's allowed or not. I took pics of the sticker and the signature was all messy, couldn't read it. I called the company and the guy on the phone was super dismissive and said "wellI'm no expert but if the sticker was put on the car that hard then the window would've been broken". This is the worst company and the worst customer service I ever had. This place needs to be closed ASAP.

My car got towed with my wallet. I was takin' furniture outta the truck and a minute later, Ricoh took my truck. Inside my vehicle was my wallet with prescribed drugs. I got my truck back, but my wallet ain't found. Ricoh never defended or denied, instead he got real aggressive with me. The truck belongs to my husband and the insurance and registration are in his name. He kept insistin' that my husband's name was mine and asked for my driver's license with my face and my husband's name on it. I reckon he had some of my prescribed drugs in his system. Obviously, he couldn't figure out that a man's name don't apply to a well-defined woman like me. He even busted into the office while we were payin' and told me to leave the property. The office staff told him he couldn't ask me to. He stormed out and took off in his truck. My wallet and meds are gone.

This company (Formally TRL Towing of Central Florida - ***) uses bad and sneaky business practices to make money from unsuspecting people. They wait at apartment complexes in Orange County and tow cars without thinking. When car owners call to get their car back, they are hard to reach. And when you do reach them, they are really rude. The boss, Jorge Luis, was very inappropriate and treated a disabled person badly. The car owner, who parked incorrectly and got towed, had a special parking permit. When they called, Jorge laughed at them and said he "didn't care" if they were "disabled or military", he "will tow anyone's car". He called them a liar when they said they left medicine in the car that they needed. This company is not professional and has a lot of complaints. One of their drivers hit another car in an Orlando parking lot and ran away. Stay away from them!

They illegaly towed my car. And bought it back cuz they was wrong and damaged my car front end. I told them they did it they run from. 03/11 2014 Honda accord blue.

These folks mess with the stickers on cars and then tow, saying the sticker was expired. I got towed right from my driveway. They claimed my tag was expired from May, even though it's September. They roam around our neighborhood all the time... and they just noticed this now*** They're just trying to scam us for our money.

a hefty fee to get our car back. The whole situation was a big hassle and inconvenience. We were not happy with the service provided by TRL Towing Of Central Florida, Inc. The driver seemed rude and unprofessional. They should have double-checked before towing our car. It's frustrating to deal with such careless mistakes. We hope they improve their procedures in the future to avoid causing unnecessary trouble for their customers.

On 1/6/22, these guys took my van from my driveway, saying it was on the grass. But guess what? The driver sent me a pic of the van in the driveway, and you can see the grass growing over a bit of it. I got charged a whopping 250 bucks to get it back, and let me tell you, it caused me a ton of stress and wasted work time. All because of a tiny patch of grass on my driveway! I was just minding my own business, not blocking anyone or causing trouble, but they still decided to tow it away. Can you believe that?

I went to park at TRL Towing Of Central Florida, Inc. When I came back, the guy was surprised when I threatened to call the police and make a report because he had illegally towed my car. I recorded him trying to tow another car right next to mine, but the owners showed up and showed the driver their parking pass. I have a video with the time and date stamp that proves what I'm saying. I really hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can see this review/complaint and contact the owner to fix this as soon as possible. I'm pretty sure he doesn't know that the tow drivers are putting him at a legal risk of having to pay more than just a car tow.

On March 4, 2023, TRL Towing Of Central Florida, Inc. towed my vehicle between 12am-2am, and they said I couldn't get it back until 10am. That's against the law, you know? According to Florida statute 715.707, businesses like theirs should be open from 8am-6pm, and if they're closed, they have to give you your vehicle within an hour of your request. So, at 7:15am on March 4, 2023, I asked for my vehicle, and they said I had to wait until 10am. When I told them it was against the law, they didn't care at all. It really messed things up for me not having my vehicle when I needed it. They better fix this, seriously.

My car got towed from my housing complex on 9/7 'cause my Registration tag was expired for 7 days. I went to get my car and paid 125.00 to TRL towing company. When I drove my car from the towing company, I noticed some clicking and grinding sounds from the rear end. I took the car to the Ford Dealer and they checked it out. They told me that the car's Rear Differential got messed up 'cause it was towed the wrong way. My car is a 2014 Ford Escape AWD. I drove it all the way from New York. This model is not common in Florida. There's no AWD tag on the car. This car needs to be towed on a FlatBed. I told the Manager at TRL Towing, MICHAEL, about the damages. He said his company ain't responsible 'cause they towed the car on a Dolly off the ground and he's got pictures to prove it. I asked him to show me the pictures but he's been dodging me and not returning my calls. The damages on the vehicle amount to 3,045 dollars.

11/22/2022 TRL Towing came to *** and started takin' away cars, sayin' they got a list from the security team that works with ***. I went to the office to ask where my vehicle was, but they didn't have an answer 'cause they didn't give no such list to the towin' company. So they weren't honest 'bout that part. After diggin' deeper, I saw lotsa reviews 'bout them doin' shady towin' stuff, so I realized I wasn't the only one stuck in this mess. When I called 'em, they said my tags were expired, but I asked 'em how that could be when I just renewed 'em in July and got a receipt to prove it. My uncle even stuck the new sticker on my car himself. They claimed they had a picture, and when they showed it to me, it said 07/20 on my tag. I asked 'em why they peeled off the sticker and two years' worth, but the guy snatched the picture and said it was all the proof he needed to take my car, and I couldn't prove he did that. I reached out to the leasing office, and turns out towin' companies gotta give a 24-hour notice before they tow, which this company didn't do.
