This company is a total rip-off!
This company is a total rip-off! They won't give back $500 of the $950 I paid with my debit card. They say it's in the "terms of agreement," but who reads that stuff anyway? They're basically stealing from me and then charging me $25 for canceling. It's a total scam and I'm left with nothing. And to make matters worse, they're sending me a check for the refund. Who even uses checks anymore? They took my money right away, but I have to wait 7-10 days for a stupid check. This is not how you treat customers! I want a full refund or at least a credit. Don't waste your money with this shady company.
