THIS COMPANY SOLD ME AN ITEM THAT WASN'T AS THEY ADVERTISED! THEN THEY GAVE ME A HARD TIME ABOUT IT WHEN I COMPLAINED & ACCUSED ME OF LYING! I THEN TRIED TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, BUT INSTEAD OF RESOLVING IT THEY CHOSE TO ACCUSE, THREATEN & HARASS ME! I HAVE SINCE FILED POLICE REPORTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY & I'M SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL DUE TO THE CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS THIS COMPANY HAS BROKEN! I CAN'T GO INTO GREAT DETAIL AT THIS POINT, PER MY LAWYER! ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THERE ARE ALSO NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY ALL OVER THE INTERNET! THEY ALSO GO BY THESE OTHER NAMES: teeshirtsrock.com, search4shirts.com, thatsmyshirt.com, shirts4squirts.com, etc.! THEY LIKELY GO BY MANY DIFFERENT NAMES SO THEY CAN CONTINUE TO SCAM & HARM THE BUYERS & SO THEY CAN HIDE BEHIND THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIONS! MY SUGGESTION IS TO BUY ELSEWHERE!
I had the same experience with generationsT, emailed about the missing item 2 weeks after placing the order. I am now listed on badfbuyers.com by this company even though they were paid and we finally got the shirt 3 weeks later. I have been accused of being a fraud and a liar by this company and yes they sound like teenagers with mager attitude problems. I am just glad I am not alone as I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. I found this by googling trendy hats llc.

I placed an order with these people, took my payment and later told me the order was being shipped, 2 weeks later I emailed them to check on the order, in which I was told they a problem with a supplier. After 25 days of the order placement, I fired off another email stating that I was going to do a charge back on my cc if the items were not delivered in the next 7 days.
Nothing arrived and no reply.
I did a charge back on the items and then received a very vulgar email from this company. It's almost like some teenagers run the business (used loosely).
Almost feel they tried to defraud me.
