So, I bought some leggings from Beach Riot and let me tell you, they were see-through AF. I was so bummed out, I mean, who wants to show off their undies to the whole world? So, I hit up customer service and they got back to me pretty quick. They were all like, "Hey girl, sorry about that. We'll totally hook you up with a new pair, no problem." And they did! The new leggings were way better, no transparency issues at all. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase and the customer service was on point.

Beach Riot is the bomb! I swear, I can't get enough of their activewear. It's the only brand that I'll wear all the time and always go back to! The prints are always so on point and in style, I can't resist.

One time, I had a little issue with a promotion and I was worried that I wouldn't get the deal I wanted. But let me tell you, this company came through like no other! They were so helpful and made sure that I got what I wanted. I was so impressed with their customer service that I'll always support Beach Riot because of this! :)

Overall, I highly recommend Beach Riot to anyone who wants to look good and feel good while working out. Their clothes are comfortable, stylish, and affordable. Plus, their customer service is top-notch!

I gotta say, I was totally hooked on Beach Riot's swimsuits. I mean, I've got four of 'em now and I was feelin' like a total beach babe every time I rocked 'em. But then, disaster struck. My $118 bottoms got a hole between the ruffle and the base. Not cool, man. So, I hit up their customer service, thinkin' they'd help me out. But nope, they wouldn't do a darn thing about it. And let me tell ya, that really bummed me out. I mean, when you're droppin' that kinda cash on a swimsuit, you expect some top-notch customer service, ya know? So, I gotta say, I won't be buyin' from Beach Riot anymore. It's a real shame, 'cause their suits are so cute, but I just can't deal with that kinda disappointment.

I was really looking forward to receiving my order from Beach Riot. I had been waiting for weeks and was excited to get my hands on what I thought would be a great deal. I paid $135 for 4 bathing suits and thought I had hit the jackpot. But boy was I wrong!

First of all, my order was delayed by 6 days. It was supposed to ship out on the 8th but didn't actually go out until the 13th. This was a major inconvenience for me because I was leaving for vacation on the 15th. The company did try to help by ensuring that my package arrived before I left, but that didn't make up for the disaster that I received.

I had ordered a Mystery Bag with 4 items that were supposed to be "Best Sellers". However, the package I received had none of the best sellers listed on their website and I had never seen any of the prints before. It was a complete scam! They just wanted to get rid of bathing suits that they couldn't sell. Now I have no suits to travel with.

To make matters worse, some of the suits were bejeweled and looked absolutely ridiculous. I would never wear anything like that! When I reached out to the company, they were no help at all. They didn't offer any options to make me happy with my purchase. It's like they didn't care that they scammed me out of $135 dollars.

Overall, I would not recommend Beach Riot to anyone. Don't waste your money on their swimsuits. They are a complete scam and you will be disappointed with what you receive.

Hey ladies! I'm on the hunt for some unique and high-quality swimwear for my upcoming honeymoon. I scoured the internet and even turned to Instagram for inspiration. That's when I stumbled upon Kaitlyn Bristowe rocking an amazing tan/offwhite/black zebra print one-piece from BeachRiot. I was immediately obsessed and knew I had to have it for my honey on our honeymoon. So, I did a little research and headed to their website. I quickly realized that all of their suits were separates and a bit pricey. Now, I'm not one to skimp on quality, but I do like to keep my two-piece purchases around $80 to $100. But, I just had to have this suit, so I went with my gut and ordered it (and, by the way, they offer Klarna!). I also added the "Inez" top in a print called "Marble" to my cart. There were a few matching bottoms available, but the one I wanted was out of stock. This seemed to be a common theme among several of the suits I liked. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get the bottoms I wanted, but I took the risk and placed my order. To my surprise, everything arrived within 7 days. And, let me tell you, the quality of these suits is second to none! I'm 48 and still in pretty good shape, so I'm comfortable wearing a two-piece. Over the years, I've spent a lot of money on swimsuits, but these are by far the best I've ever purchased. I'm now a BeachRiot client for life, and it's not just because of the quality or how beautiful these suits are. I had an actual experience with their customer service representative that blew me away. So, I bought the one-piece and the "Marble" top Inez, but I was still waiting for the matching bottoms to restock. I authorized BeachRiot to notify me when they became available again, but I waited almost 2 months and they still weren't in stock. In fact, they removed the "Vanessa" swim bottoms from their website! I started to panic since this was for my honeymoon and I only had a top. I decided to email BeachRiot and ask about the bottoms. I received a traditional response back thanking me for reaching out and saying they'd get back to me in 24-48 hours. The next day, they reached out to say they'd check their wholesale stock and see what they could find, and then asked for my size. I was cautiously optimistic. Today, I received an email that said, "Hi Vicki, we found ONE suit in your size. We have ADD THE SUIT BACK TO OUR WEBSITE SO YOU CAN PURCHASE IT!" I mean, WHAT?! I've had the best experience with BeachRiot. From the quality, to the quick shipping, customer service, above and beyond search... to finally getting me into my total swimsuit. I could not have had a better experience. If you're considering buying from BeachRiot but are hesitant because of the price, let me tell you, there's a reason for it. I have no doubt that these suits will last me forever. They're beyond well-made, and their customer service folks truly care about their clients.
