Update 11/2:

I, like so many others, have hated the rooms. The challenges are too hard and it wants a lot of Township cash that still doesn’t help. These mini challenges have gone from challenging fun to why bother especially if you can’t keep the room as is. It’s not just the rooms - the block game and the sled ride both were more difficult and not as fun.

Race of Champions is awesome - I like it better than the inter season Regatta. But what I don’t like is that this last one was impossible- 700 coffee beans in 6 hours to get a prize? Seriously? Plus it asks for tasks that not all coop members can do as they haven’t made it to that level yet. It’s not right to pair us by number of coop participating but then not all members can participate on certain tasks. It was such a letdown to play this last time. Township values teams but this isn’t teamwork if you put tasks out that exclude members from being able to play.

Help and support doesn’t work in my game any longer and hasn’t for the last few updates.

I’ve actually downgraded my review. It’s not as fun and I honestly don’t want to spend Township bucks just to get extra turns that doesn’t help. I’d rather use that on cool decor for my town and those are ridiculously priced as well.

I love this game. It’s very well done and I like being able to design a town my way. Being able to help others is a plus as well. I also like most of the competitions especially the pastry, snowride and aerial challenge ones. Regattas are mostly fun though I do wish you could do two tasks at once as most tasks require a wait time to complete. Most updates have made the game better. Decor are cute items and lots to choose from. Once you get to upgrade your factories it becomes more fun since you can produce things quicker and sell more as a result.

But what makes it a 4 is the barn. A tool exchange was built to “help” with building storage space but in reality it doesn’t. Since the zoo requires the same materials you basically have to choose between your town or the zoo to develop. Plus the trains algorithm isn’t right. I’m waiting days for glass but get bricks instead. So that adds more to the barn. Sure I could sell the additional surplus of a supply but how can I trust I’ll have it when I need it? Also would like for the customers to pay more. It’s ridiculous for a customer to ask for 20 something items that takes 4 hours to make and only want to pay 300 coins. I dump it every time. The zoo customers ask way too much as well.

Suggestions:

Update the building supply issue. I’ve seen multiple complaints about this so I’m not alone.

Allow more fields without the need to expand population- it can stay free for population upgrades but could charge 300 coins to add additional fields.

Allow more than 50 friends for non Facebook users. Not everyone has or wants Facebook and shouldn’t be penalized for that. It also doesn’t make sense in that you are constantly reminding to not share personal information but yet linking or even nowadays just having a Facebook account does exactly that.

Put logic into the game that realizes what factories you have. It shouldn’t immediately ask for a product that you can’t provide since you have to build that factory and it take days sometimes for that to happen.

And lastly, do an either or for township cash and coins. Every event you have cute decor but want a ridiculous amount of township cash. Same with town signs.

Overall great game and would recommend it.

My internet is working fine but my game won’t start it keeps loading this happened a few times I followed my internet service provider troubleshooting steps every thing is working but the game please fix this issue thank you best game ever

1)Ok these changes need to be made effective immediately such as if I don’t already have a product in my barn including the quantity My train plane or helicopter shouldn’t request products I don’t already have harvested or In my barn

2nd there shouldn’t be a time limit on the airplane I should be able to fill the orders with ease and at my pace just like i can do with the train and helicopter and zoo

3rd I should have unlimited pick axes and explosives for my mine without having to do stupid task to get tools for my mind and the laboratory should already be activated without needing gems all boosters should be activated

4th the barn should be already upgraded at the beginning of the game to its maximum without upgrades

5th the regatta challenges be cheating there should be a 1 day or more to complete all regatta challenges and for instance if you know it takes 15 hours for a product to be done harvesting then the time needs to add up for regatta challenges meaning don’t just give me 2 hours to complete a challenge that takes 15 hours b4 it’s harvested

6th I should at the beginning of the game have unlimited cash and coins and gold silver copper ore and when it lowers it should be filled back up

7th I should be able to use my game cash to open piggy bank instead of real cash from my credit card to use for my town

8th I shouldn’t have to Waite to reach a certain level in the game to unlock or open certain task in the game all levels should be already open

9th every time I click the farm button to put down more field to grow more products it won’t let me and keep saying I have to Waite until a task is finished effective immediately this needs to change and be unlimited without waiting effective immediately everything I put in this feedback needs to change

10th I should be able to be both an elder a member and leader and co leader at the same time without needing friends to play the game

11th I should be able to change my team name as many times as I want and put any picture up that I want no matter what

12th everything In the game that’s asking for cash to get it needs to be changed to coins

13th there should be a queen status for those who are girls who play the game so they are not stuck with no choice but to choose the king status because there is no queen status.

14th when I’m doing a helicopter task no more orders from the helicopters shouldn’t be shown to me until the ones that were already first orders are filled so basically let’s say 7 people needed there orders filled no more new orders won’t be shown to me from helicopter until I complete and fill all 7

15th I shouldn’t have to pay with my coins to do construction in my town or zoo I should be able to click it without buying and the construction team just needs to construct

16th the zoo animals need to be unlocked at beginning of game

17th the city market needs to accept coins not cash to open stuff in green box and need to accept coins to make him do more for me

18th the product request button should be for the city market so if I run out of something or don’t have something the city market needs to get product for me the city market shouldn’t show products I already have in my barn or shouldn’t show or have products that are about to be done harvesting the city market should only show me products I don’t have

This is a very fun and addicting game. It is very exciting to watch your little town grow from a tiny little space to a boisterous, beautiful city.

However, I feel that it's worth mentioning that this game is very clearly structured in a way that encourages players to spend real money to have the best experience. I can't blame the developers for wanting to make a living from their creation, but people who complain about the long times it takes to build things, restore sites like the airport and the pier, and plant certain crops, the ridiculously limiting amount of barn space, the amount of building supplies you need to build community buildings and expand your territory... you MUST realize that everything is designed to make you more willing to spend Township Cash. And you get Township Cash most easily by spending real money to buy it.

The game ropes you in by making everything flow so quickly in the beginning, but then, as you keep leveling up and making it farther in the game, you realize that most buildings take several full days to complete (and if you use cash, you can shorten that). Once you do complete community buildings, you need extra supplies that clutter up your barn like bricks and concrete slabs, and those make it hard to store crops and other necessary items. Either you spend cash to finish the construction quickly, or you spend cash to upgrade the barn.

Basically, it's one of those games that is WAY more enjoyable if you spend real money to buy their in-game currency, and that kind of game structure, where things can literally come to a standstill for SEVERAL DAYS if you don't give them real money to quicken things up, really bothers me. In fact, I make it a point to never spend real money on games like these. For many people, it really just becomes a trap, and it's just not worth it.

The only redeeming quality for this game that sets it apart from others, though, is the fact that they pretty generously give you Township Cash throughout the game. You can earn it by accomplishing several achievements (which you can see in your city hall), like planting a certain number of crops and whatnot. You can earn it by building a museum and then going into the mine and finding artifacts there. Each artifact set that you complete gives you Township Cash. Every time you complete a new community building, they give you $1-3 in Township Cash as well. If you go to the page where you can fill some townspeople's orders, the camera director guy will give you $1-2 Township Cash just for watching a 30-second advertisement, which is usually available every hour or so. So it's not like it's terribly hard to come by, but completing a building without waiting for the train to bring you the right supplies that you need can cost around $100 in Township Cash, which will probably take you forever to earn without using real money to buy it.

I just hate it when a game has so much potential, and then the developers clearly let their greed and their desire for money override a player's experience with their app. This game would be SO much better if they didn't have such long wait times, and if community buildings took fewer supplies to complete, and if you didn't need so many shovels to expand your territory. I know they probably won't change anything, though, since you can just spend cash to fix all of those problems! Just look at the Developer Responses to other reviews. They mention the same problems that I've brought up, and the developers always say, "We'll talk about fixing it!" But nothing changes. There's a reason for that. Just be wary.

Love, Love, Love this Game! I've been forever looking for a game like this to play. Wish I had found this one sooner. I like how you can interact with others to give and receive gifts and products, and get the daily bonuses!

I love EVERYTHING about this game "EXCEPT"...The Time! I don't like how long we have to wait (sooo long) for some of the buildings to build or to get some of the foods.

3 hours to grow a Daggone Potato, and up to a day or "more" to build some of the buildings? What The Heck, The Heck? And another thing, it take "FOREVER" to get supplies to complete building these buildings!

I wish the "building and growing time was cut back way more than it is, because this is the type of game I could and would play over and over (if it was faster). I'm only at level 20, so I'm still working my way up to building my City!

I hope this game gets more exciting and faster as I Level up, and definitely hope it doesn't have me to wanna stop playing after a while. I MOST DEFINITELY don't want see that "Suspicious Activity" message after a purchase, because I spend, but I don't steal!

I will still give it a 5 star Overall, because it is still addicting, and I can't put it down. Just make your future games "FASTER"
and you just might get more, if not all 5 stars from those who play and comment.

Oh, and for those of you who is getting the DOWNLOAD message that stops you from playing, well, I got that too on yesterday.

So, I just installed latest iOS Software Update on my IPad (and/or IPhone/Smartphone) and when it restarted and completed, it was working again. You can also try to shutdown first, but if that doesn't work, then check your settings to see if you need to update to the latest software.

UPDATE
I still love this game, but it takes longer for buildings to complete and boats to return, etc, as well as get foods and supplies when I most need them. For more than a week (stopped counting the days) of sending/receiving Trains/Planes, I JUST now got ONE hammer.

Currently, my Barn space is 710. And of that space, 655 of it is occupied with building supplies. I don’t want to get rid of any of them, since in the beginning they were so hard to come by, and don’t want that affect me again if I sell them.

My inquiry/suggestion is, (and I believe most others would agree), give us the option to purchase a 2nd Barn, or create two barns, or (call it something different) even a Storage House, one for building materials/supplies and Ingots, and the other for the food, clothing, farming goods, etc.

Something has gotta give, and very soon, because my Barn has been full for weeks now. I don’t have enough space to help out others to fill their planes/trains when they have larger orders.

Every time I get building materials, it’s almost never what I need. Instead, it’s several of glass, bricks and slabs from the trains, rather than hammers so I can to increase the Barn size, as It desperately needs, with all of the food and materials we get but can’t use.

This is a fun game, and if you are happy and appreciative of us playing your game, show your appreciation by making us happy as well, by giving us what we need to successfully and happily comment on and play this game.

In reality, every Town and/or City has more than one Barn. If you don’t want to add a Barn.

Please make changes soon because I’ve gotten this far into the game, but my interest in it is fading because I can’t play. And if my interest is fading and can’t play, I will stop making purchases, and I don’t wanna do that because I love building my Town and helping others. I look forward to seeing some upgrades soon.

Update: I still love this game, but I hate the new zoo! I enjoyed selling goods in the stores. Filling the orders is annoying because they'll want so many things, which is hard when you're trying to already fill your plane, train, and helicopter orders. I don't care about getting animal stickers because half the time they're for animals you don't have the enclosure for yet, so you can't make the notification go away that you have the animal until you get the enclosure, which could take forever. This has decreased my overall enjoyment of the game, because the zoo was my favorite part.

I've been playing this game for about 3 years now. Still haven't run out of levels, still haven't gotten all of the land, so it's still a challenge, which is great. There are lots of different things to do in the game, so you don't get bored, like the plane orders, trains, helicopter orders, but also the zoo, helping other players, the islands, the mines, and the special events they have. Most games like this will just have 2 or 3 things so you run out of things to do and get tired of the game quickly. I also like that the game loads and runs quickly and they have a lot of decorations to choose from, a lot more than any similar game I've played. The thing I like that's different from other games is the interaction with other players in the regatta teams, how you can help each other with items and chat. It brings a fun camaraderie to the game and makes you want to keep playing so you don't let your team members down.

But the main thing I like about this game is that, while you do need to spend a little money, which is fair because obviously they deserve to make a profit, they're not aggressive and pushy with it like some other games. I regularly spend money in the game, but I'm even more willing to do so because I don't feel like they're hustling me.

I was playing Paradise Bay for a couple years, but it got to the point they were so aggressive that they would basically sabotage your game if you didn't spend money. I spent money, but that wasn't enough. They'd have a Halloween event, and if you spent $15, you still couldn't finish it, and it would take up all your storage with these Halloween items you'd never be able to sell or get rid of, making you wish you'd never participated at all, because the only way to get more storage is to spend even more money. Unless you spent $45 for the full package, there was no point doing an event at all, and you'd come out wishing you hadn't done it because they would make it so some items way more prevalent than others, so you'd get 60 of something you can't use, but you can't sell it either, so now you're stuck with it taking up your storage. They let you sell it after the event, but then nobody needs it because the event is over, so no one buys it, and now it's taking up your sale slots too, which it also costs money to get more of. So Paradise Bay became so predatory you couldn't even play the game without spending BIG money. It wasn't enough to spend a little. Unless you spent a huge amount, I'm talking $45-60 an event, there was no point playing. It wasn't fun anymore.

And this made me so thankful for the fact that Township doesn't do this. You can actually progress in the game without spending money, it just takes longer. But it's worth it to spend a little bit to get gems. I probably spend $5 a week, and that's enough to do everything you need to do, plus they have good sales. They're generous because you get a decent amount for your money, and they don't make you feel like you HAVE to spend it, which makes me want to spend more because they deserve it. So great game, and I hope they keep up the good work and don't change.

This my first time playing one of these expansion type games because it’s actually really fun! I’ll explain my few gripes because I really hope you take this into consideration to make this game one I’d be super excited to share! 1. Very small compared to the other things but Why do sheep take TWELVE HOURS to eat? That’s a big jump from chickens 3 hours no? 6 hours I feel is reasonable, especially for sooo many items you need wool for. 2. The RNG is not good in this game because it can literally STOP the WHOLE flow if you don’t get stuff. The BARN is absolute HARDEST to upgrade and I was forced to buy some cash to upgrade bc it just could not keep with my factories and crop fields. I don’t like feeling like a game is purposely designed to make me spend money. Make the purchases enticing and feel like a bonus, not like it’s necessary. The trains take 6 hours which is not bad but when they only bring 3 items and if it’s all hammers but you need 4 paint and have 0, it’s very demoralizing. Time to wait another 6-12 hours to gain materials, ship it and wait to come back. And HONESTLY I wouldn’t mind the wait if I knew I’d be getting the materials I need. I know you all want people to play your game for a long time but this is just way too slow. Maybe make missions or orders where instead of just coins you could reward paint, shovels, etc. THAT WOULD BE HUGE 3. I get wanting to make extra money off a free game but I think you guys should rework your pricing for when people do want to buy. You charge 9.99 for 280 town bucks, half that money is gone in one factory or in upgrading ONE building - let alone speeding up materials to fill orders or filling the train. $10 for that TINY repetitive aspect when I could buy a similar game for $30 (like animal crossing) and have full steady progression consistently. 9.99 gone in less than an hour just to go back to waiting 10-13 hours for any significant rewarding progress when it seems like game is designed to be years worth of play. Be mindful of ALL the things we may spend cash on especially as you go higher in level. The way it is now it just seems like money grubbing, wasteful and dissuasive to players for buying. I think if you give people more town cash per price package they’ll buy more. We should earn a lot more in game too. Getting 1-2 dollars for finishing a building which could take days/weeks or for leveling up is honestly comical when that can’t even time skip a glass of milk. That on top of the price packages with the pacing of the game jusr reinforces even more the feeling of being nudged to buy cash. Édit: okay i am now level 25 and I gotta say some of my gripes are less gripey now that I have the town market, lab, and foundry. I’ve figured out how to make the most of the cash I may buy (only use it for lacking materials or for massive plane orders, but get as much as possible on your own to cheapen it). The market you can easily buy items you need with coins and the game is pretty good at diversifying goods. I do stand by NUMBER 2 though! Building materials are super hard to get for all the buildings we put up, ESPECIALLY THE BARN. The lab gave me a potion thing for double crops and factory return and I just can’t load enough of my yields and goods into it to fill orders. Let alone when you add in the zoo orders it’s almost overwhelming to figure out how to time everything and fit it just right. I shouldn’t have to strategically use cash like this but I do bc i feel like the game is designed to make me keep spending. I want the cash to feel like a bonus, to feel fun and like it’s worth the money. Barn should either be easier to upgrade or goods need to come in higher quantity, more reliably/diversely and in more ways than just the train (like heli orders or plane).

My primary complaint is the amount of cash this game has stolen from me which is at the bottom of this review.

I’ve been playing for at least a year, I’m at level 83 currently and that’s not a quick achievement. Honestly if I weren’t the leader of a high ranked co op, I’d be done with this game and company entirely.

Recently there were major updates including:
The zoo overhaul:
- removing the stores and ability to sell items for supplies and gems.
- adding card decks to collect and complete (a deck) in order to collect certain animals.

I have a few issues & suggestions for the zoo.
1. The stores- we (the players) put a lot of time, supplies and Tcash (which is basically real money) into those stores- to have them removed without any acknowledgment of that was irritating, to say the least.
2. The little shack that has the option to buy a specific animal’s card(s), they cost gems, but our primary source of gems (the ability to sell in the shops) was taken away.
3. The card decks you have the option of buying in the shack, are outrageously priced tcash amounts. What you get for the price isn’t worth it for people who only invest small/medium dollar amounts in the game. This gives people who have tons of expendable cash (or cheaters) an extremely unfair advantage.
4. The orders for the zoo replenish incredibly slow. These orders require large amounts of hard-to-make (or expensive) items. I realize you want to pace how quickly people advance in the zoo, but having tasks in the regatta that require order completions make me think they’re too far apart. It’s like 2.5-3 hours? Maybe more. If we are putting large quantities of goods into them, why are they spaced out so far?

When this update happened, I had saved several ingots to purchase decorations that were for sale in the main decoration menu, in the tab for decorations that you had pay for with ingots. Then all of a sudden they were switched over to gems. But again- our main source of gems was taken away. So the ingots I saved we’re useless for what I wanted to do, and the decorations I wanted are now unattainable because I’ll never have the gems needed unless I pay out of my pocket for them but that brings me to my final and probably biggest complaint...

***Since I’ve started playing, there were numerous times that I made a purchase of tcash, gems or sometimes special items that was paid for via iTunes. Not always, but several times I’ve had purchases that didn’t go through. I message customer support and I don’t get a response. Several MONTHS later- customer service will message me back and tell me that I need to message them regarding my issue AGAIN bc my message is too old! As if it’s my fault they waited months to respond or even read my inquiry.
I have saved my complaints and count over 500 in tcash and a handful of gems that have gone missing. On 7 different occasions I messaged them over the last several months and nobody ever responded until I was told my message expired. I always kept screen shots of my purchases and after the second time I lost tcash, I started screen recording them. So I always had proof. I was never trying to get something for free.

That is probably the lousiest customer service I have ever seen. I ended up filing complaints with my bank, and Apple ended up footing the bill. My bank always backs me up bc I can show them screen shots showing my original message and how it’s been weeks with no response from their customer support. It’s really horrible. So my suggestion is- don’t bother with buying anything. Playrix will ignore you, Apple won’t reimburse anything and the only other recourse is your bank so if you use iTunes cards you’ll end up SOL.

There’s my review. Maybe now you’ll stop asking me to write a review with pop-ups every other day.

Update*** I’ve been playing for over a year now and wanted to update my review. I still play daily but find I’m losing interest. This could change if the developers listened and changed a few things for those of us who have completed all buildings,etc.

1. I’m level 109 and have completed all factories, community buildings, etc. My trains still come filled with mostly building supplies which I sell, however I still have plots of land to open but never seem to get those tools on the trains.
2. Once you reach all goals they should allow you to box unwanted community buildings. 90% of these buildings are dumb and I don’t want them. They serve no purpose and take up valuable space which doesn’t allow us to be creative.
3. PROVIDE NEW DECORATIONS! When I first started playing it was in January last year and I remember Easter decorations being offered in our building section. I have not seen any since. The only new ones are the ones you need to win or purchase with discount tcash offers which are VERY few. PLEASE provide cute new decorations!
4. I ALWAYS purchase the gold pass for the special events, however I did not this time. Again it’s the same old same old.. same awards, same tasks where you need to play the dumb side games. This time they even have a timer so you can’t keep playing them to advance quicker like before. It just isn’t fun anymore and unless this changes I won’t be buying at all anymore.
4. Regatta….again same old same old..and the items to buy in the yacht club are lackluster. Nothing exciting.I thought for Valentine’s Day, etc they would have nice decorations to purchase but no. Instead ridiculous movie themes, etc.
5. They need to actually start being creative to keep those of us long time players interested or they won’t get another dime from me and I’ll need to find something similar that offers more up to date stuff.

First I want to say I hope the developers read my entire review. I’ll start with the good. This is by far the best farming game I’ve played. They did a phenomenal job with the animation. Details are incredible! I love showing people the kid that comes out with his boom box and breakdances! The construction guys are amazing. They literally stop to take a deep breath, wipe the sweat, then continue on. Honestly this is the best part. They left nothing out. Now, what I don’t care for. You absolutely DO NOT get enough fields to plant. Some plants take like 2 minutes but others 4-5 hours and I haven’t even gotten to the higher levels yet. I feel like you should be able to purchase extra plots with accrued coins or even honestly I would be willing to pay for them. I’ve already spent money in this game just to move it along a little faster. I’ve only been playing about 4 days and am on level 22. I definitely would have paid for more plots of land. It’s near impossible to keep up with orders and making products when some ingredients take hours to grow which eliminates your ability to keep the factories running. Also, you can’t zoom out very well to see the entire community so you can see everything AND you can’t spin it to view from different angels. The time construction takes for some things are literally ove4 a day. My recommendations to the developers are: 1. Allow for more plots even if we have to save coins or purchase with real money. 2. The timing on everything from crop growth, manufacturing, building, trains, etc really needs to be cut down a bit. I honestly would play longer if I had more to do and that can only happen if the time is cut back. 3. Allow for viewing different ways. 4. We need more space to efficiently make a town. The space allowed means everything is on top of each other and leaves little room to decorate. We keep advancing with more unlocks but we can only clear lots little by little. It’s very frustrating. I would have given this a 5 star but the timing on everything is to long and not enough space. But kudos to your graphics they are amazing!

I’ve played for six years now off and on. I have my 6th anniversary profile picture. I’m level 145. My trains and ships are 50% faster. My factories are 25%, 30%, 40% and 50% faster. I did the work, I did not purchase my improvements. I am currently a solo player in the gold level regatta. I worked my way up from Wood league by placing first, second or third in each race until I reached the Gold league. I did the normal number of tasks in each 6 day regatta plus I bought the extra task. First week 7 tasks, then 9 tasks, then 11 tasks and then 13 tasks in the silver League. When I got to the top they changed the rules of racing in the regatta. Instead of needing 15 total tasks in 6 days, now I need 15 tasks per day for 6 days. How much of an increase is that? About a 500% increase I suppose. I’m a lover not a mathematician. Folks, people are leaving this game in droves. Believe me when I tell you it’s hard to quit something you are used to doing every day. I quit smoking cigarettes after smoking for 25 years so I like my chances of quitting Township. THE REASON WE ARE SO ANGRY IS BECAUSE THEY KILLED SOMETHING WE ALL LOVED. I won a race with the current format. Now I’m matched against a single racer in a co-op of 15 people, all helping the one person who is actually racing against me. He is winning by as much as you would expect. This will happen to you. It’s unfair and ridiculous that they can’t group me with 14 others of the same co-op count. (Which is one.) I am quitting this game because of the changes made a few weeks ago. This is not the first time they purposely made it more time consuming and ridiculous to advance in this game. A couple years ago they added the Tool Exchange. It’s an excuse to make you trade your building materials for tools to build your house. You used to just need the materials. Now you trade down to get the “tools” instead. It’s an extra step and convolutes the process to the extreme. So it takes about 5 times longer ( or 500% longer) to collect the items from your trains. It takes 4 hours from the time you send your train until it returns with a couple building blocks. Imagine the amount of time it takes to collect 300 of the correct kinds of materials for one building. I’ve been at it a long time. So it takes about an hour to complete the average regatta task. The point values determine the difficulty and reward. I had to complete 90 tasks in 6 days to be competitive. If you want to spend every available free moment to level up your town to level 100 and race that’s good for you. Not me. However you won’t win or even place in the top 3 unless you have money to spend as well as a lot of free time. The game turned into a relentless chore. We used to call it “grinding” in World of Warcraft. That’s a great name for this game now. The Grind. The game makes no sense without the regatta. You might as well read the Bible. It’s a better use of your time. The game is pay to win from start to finish. $5 for a months worth of cheating as long as you complete a few tasks to accommodate the salary demands of the games publisher’s employees. (Now they even shortened the Golden Ticket duration by 7 days or 25%. I can understand inflation. It’s too many dollars chasing too few goods. What the developers are doing is the same thing that was done to Dragonsoul. Google that game and see what you get. It’s exactly what this game deserves.) So you have faster ships and reduced times for tasks and other advantages for racing. Then while you race you can pay to complete each task. This is commonly referred to as Pay To Win. So, if you like to win you can buy that here. Free to play? You can’t do anything until level 20 anyway. Pay them anyway. Or just skip this pile of recycled ideas and play with your real life friends instead. That’s what I do now. I play with my Schnauzer pup instead of this excuse for a money-pit. You’re not a winner if you have to pay to win. I didn’t. I never bought the “golden” ticket. It took me 92 tasks in 6 days to win my race and now I’m out. I’m done. You can have yours and all mine too. But I warned you. This is not the game I downloaded 6 years ago. They ruined it with pure unadulterated greed. It’s been removed from my iPad. Good riddance.

Seriously, for everybody bleating about “how long everything takes...” well, that’s sorta the point. Cool your jets, and stop wanting to have everything “right here, right now!” 9/10 times, the people bawling about “how long everything takes,” and “there’s nothing to do but wait...” have some of the most thrown-together layouts. There’s PLENTY of design architecture you can work on, instead of just throwing things together in an indiscernible pile of junk. Seriously, some of the towns look like massive trash piles. You do know that part of the game is aesthetics, right? There’s underlying issues, if people obsess about filling every train/plane within seconds of receiving it. Trust me, if that WERE possible, the same bemoaners would be going on about how the game “isn’t challenging.” How about some of youse go put some streets in between your stacked up buildings/houses/factories. Spend some time organizing your township so it doesn’t look like HoarderVille.

It’s obvious that some people aren’t grasping that this is NOT about instant gratification. There is strategy involved, if you want the fastest turn-around on filling planes/trains. But there WILL be waiting to fill some orders. Nobody’s gonna come take your toys away, if you actually have to leave the game between filling your orders. And as for the barn storage? Well, there’s NO amount of “enough” storage for some people, lol! You know how awesome it is, to (finally) get your long-awaited last nails to upgrade your barn? It’s like, NOW you finally have “enough” room to load those “few extra items” that were previously destroying your blood pressure, right? Well, trust me, in no time you’ll be getting the dreaded “barn full” sound, and you’re right back to being overly consumed with needing “just a few more of this, to get that...”.

So slow it down, it’s just a game. In a few years, NONE of us will even be thinking about hour-long pizzas or being little angerballs because we forgot we needed one extra milk, to make one extra cheese, to make one more Big Mac, and you won’t be able to do anything because you just used every last spot to grow 5-hour potatoes. That’s NOT the devs fault, nor is it a “game design flaw.” It just means you need to come back in a bit. Perhaps download some Meditation For The Angry Gamer app. Or go download Angry Birds, where you can have the instant gratification of continuously trying to pass the level you’re stuck on. No limits on failing, with that one, lol! Or, like I said, go unload your houses and do something better than just stacking every house up so you have clusters of boringness. Give the OCD a rest, and let your hair down. Make neighborhoods where each square doesn’t have all the same houses lined up like your town is just just a warehoused inventory with the sole purpose of filling trains/planes until you get... more space... to fill more trains/planes, faster. Make an upscale neighborhood, across the river, and build a ghetto surrounding the mine. Or, turn all your apartments into a NICE neighborhood, the way you think most urban dump “projects” should be.

Build, farm, share... design. Re-design. Re-route the river. Move your fire department close to the airport... Design a roads infrastructure to connect EVERYTHING, realistically. And there’s NO time limit to that, nor do you have to pay to change up pavements, roads, etc.

Even better, go design your OWN game and bring it to market, while you still know everything. Send me an invitation “Music City,” and I’ll fill one of your precious train cars, even if it’s something I was just getting ready to send out, myself. Better yet, why not try that yourself? Send a really cool, hard-to-get treat to a newer, much-less-developed player! Be the philanthropist you only wish you could be, in real life. Then, type a nice, one-hour game review about how cool the graphics are, or the people are, or... ANYTHING, but complaining about how you didn’t master every level and acquire every prize within the First 48. Spend an hour learning to play the guitar, or harmonica, or tuba, or piano... and voila! Your precious pizza will be done, all while you were away... actually having a life. Listen to some vintage Bowie, and don’t sweat a missed opportunity to have grown the ideal amount of sugar cane. Seriously... focus on other aspects of the game. Hurry up and wait, much?

Update: November 11th Still love this game although it just had an update & My Apple iPad is still running slow so I play on My cell phone which I don’t really care for
New land just came up to purchase, so I’m happy about that but not happy that it takes 4 days to wait for it/happy to see that the prizes in these extra tournament games they deleted the bricks w/ingots & are doing coins & boosters which I think players like the most/We get glass, bricks, & the white slabs in Our trains so We don’t want to work that hard for a Tournament prize/Even a $50, $25, & a $10 Township Cash for 4th Place would be a nice prize to add in My opinion/I also like the cute little helicopter game game that pops in that has the farm animals to figure out/Would like to see more of them & appreciate the $5 extra Township Cash w/those! The rooms in Town Hall, Our last one/My whole team couldn’t complete it because the games w/the balloons, green slime squares, and too many color squares to get was too hard/they were all disappointed & I was too/I’m hoping the next room the games are easier & perhaps not so many that We can complete those rooms/My Team looks forward to completing those rooms & was disappointed in not completing the room in the Halloween one/Overall, Township is just such a fun game but I am also suggesting every Anniversary Year to give Us a cute statue w/the number of the year to display like I have displayed in the front right of My Town—I’m

Still playing this fun & exciting game! Sometimes I play for hours & hours it’s so addictive ! Just love all the additions and and all the new games to play to get Township cash like the mining game is so much fun! I’m so hooked and I’m so glad I found this game! I still have my great team members & new team members! We have so much fun on chatting & I know people from other countries which is really great to chat with them! It’s just such a great game you should really try it! I know in the very beginning you’re going to say oh why should I bother with this but just try it & keep going because as you get up & up & up the levels that’s where the fun begins -the very beginning you look at it you go oh boy - this doesn’t look that much fun-but you have to keep going up and up and up the levels to get higher up to level 19- that’s where the fun starts to really begin! Still playing Township! It’s still addicting & fun! Still have My Co Op & We do the Regatta races to get more prizes! It’s a lot of fun to chat with Your Co Op members & to continue to build Your town even bigger! I just wish they would add more things to buy with Our coins/More statues of the other animals in the zoo perhaps!

Okay, I will start off by saying that I really, really like this game a lot. I have spent a lot of cash on this free to play game, because I felt the developers deserved some money for their efforts of making a great game. I have played for almost a year now. We, the community of Township have gone through many bugs and glitches, and with this game, you just have to deal with anything that happens. This company does not have any support for their players, or is bare minimum. Do not play when you are tired. It is already a slow game, and will put you to sleep or have you clicking on things buying them up. Happened to my wife, we think. She lost over 400 t cash. That is the in-game currency. They did get back to her to tell her she spent it. She did not. If she did...she had nothing to show for it the next day. Now, they could have fixed that for her like they could fix many other problems but are unwilling to work with their players unless you take a screenshot every ten seconds...then they will help. If YOU prove it. Even though they have the proof sitting right in front of them, they will deny until you prove.
Okay, so support is worst for anything I have ever encountered in life, honestly. Now there is things like I am done building property...I have none left, but all my trains and chests are full of property building stuff. Why would I want that? End game is severely lacking in terms of not letting you down. I get nothing any more after all my money and hard work. I used to help over a thousand people a week, now is less than one hundred. Sad. I am upset that they reply with automated messages to any problem you have. The automated message just tells you to repeat what you just spent forever typing. Sorry, no. I have nothing against any people of the world, but only Russians can do good at this game. They kick everyone’s butts all over the place with such ease it has to be cheating, or the company makes it easier for them. That is no lie...ask people who have played for a while. I would get no sleep and stay awake helping everyone, making sure our tasks were taken care of and we would lose so bad. I stopped caring, now we have been coming in 2nd place every week since, and none of us are even trying.
I believe they pit those against eachother who will spend the most cash trying to win. So, fun game if you like slow, never need support, and care nothing for the regatta races. They made those worse also. We used to be able to choose out of a pool of rewards what we wanted, now all this useless stuff is forced down our throats. What is mostly sad is that I will continue to play this game, because I love the idea of helping others and people cannot talk to you unless in your group. That way the game doesn’t get ruined by those who troll and such. They still find their ways though...don’t get me wrong. Like changing town names for just a couple minutes to say haha I am beating you, how much do you want to pay to get ahead? Company says that is fine, not breaking any rules. Okay. Fine. Do Not give this company your money. They give you nothing ever for a free to play game. You pay and fight for everything you want in this game. I am a veteran, I know. You can pay for a dealer to help get things you need. 1, 5, and 10 days. Cheaper for 10 days in long run. Now, if you play all day without sleeping, you can technically get 24 uses out of a day, 23 probably. But if you work and do you know, life...you can use him a couple/few times. Should be by uses, not by days. I do not find that fair at all. You basically need the dealer. It is an option, but no, you need him. And you can earn in game t cash also, at such a small trickle it might as well not even exist as a feature. Any other free to play game I have played, including my current new one, give you free things. Lol. Kind of should, am I correct? No matter how much you spend you will never feel like you are getting anywhere either. At first, you get that illusion. After...you realize it is all about getting you hooked in and taking your money and then you realize all you have is a few decorations and a bunch of frustrations. If you never spend money, then this game is fine until you hit that wall that only cash can break down. And you will start seeing all the cheaters that you can do nothing about. Playrix does not care about anything but their money. You have been warned. And I love this game, so I feel messed up. The developers ruined a perfectly good game. If I had the money, I would buy it from them and make it better. I would listen to all of you...something they do not know how to do. Well, I was taught if you had nothing nice to say, then don’t say it at all, so I have to go now, because all of that was as nice as I could muster.

This is my new favorite app! I have been in bed due to an illness for far too long, Bored. to. Death! I found this app less than two weeks ago and have spent an embarrassing number of hours playing! I love the graphics, colors, and all the choices of things to build. I have had only limited questions, which I have usually found quick answers for. When I did need to write in with a question, I received a quick answer. I am getting a bit tired of the music, so I turned it off and listen to my music. The only thing I have yet to figure out is if the notifications come to my email, the app, or my iPad. I highly recommend this game for many, many hours of lost time if you are bored!

4 Weeks of Playing Daily...

I have lowered my review to 4 stars, not for any obvious reason but because this app seems to truly be like the rest and just want money. It tends to take away a Lot of the enjoyment for me. I played with little to no money...very slow to me, even boring. But I was spending quite a bit of time on this app. If I was spending only a short time a day I don’t think it would bother me.
I am having a challenge in the Zoo right now, I was gifted a set of Elephant parents early in my gaming. Now I have my enclosure and they won’t go into it. The app asked for gems, me thinking it was to put the parents in the enclosure, I complied. I received a New Father. I have contacted the powers that be to no avail so far. They are telling me that my gifted Elephants are for a Display!?! No. Way! I was told they were for the Zoo! All other challenges I have had have been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction, I expect the same here.
I still really like this game and truth be told maybe Four and a Half Stars is more accurate, but with the number of hours I have spent on this app there are a few changes I would like to see. Like a list of ‘Unavailable Items’ at my Store, that I can add the critical items I am working on for Plane and Train crates! And a ‘Staging Area’ to gather those items away from the barn and regular inventory, even one item at a time, with freedom to remove as needed! Or the ability to fill a crate one item at a time, if need be! I like to plan ahead, not wait for the plane to arrive. But it seems like everyone wants to order what I am stashing for the plane!
But I will say my Biggest. Pet. Peeve. Is the guy who expects to purchase 2 gold and 2 silver bars for 1 Township Dollar. He snuck the first one past me...never again will I keep both gold and silver bars on hand unless I need them for upgrades. Then I block him or ignore him, not sure why that bothers me so much! He needs to give up and go home! I think he’s been there for about 3 weeks this time!?!
I would recommend this app, but decide how You want to play! Decide how much money You want to spend! How much time You want to spend! It’s Your Life! Only You can decide how to spend it! For me, I’m putting a time limit and money limit on myself for every day! If I don’t have as much fun, that’s O.K.

About 1 Week Later...

Weeelllll... Needless to say, nothing has been resolved with my Zoo Elephants!?! I really don’t understand this! I have basically been blown-off by the so called ‘Help And Support’. They have decided that my alive, cute, elephants playing in the water, spraying water at each other and at a flower on the ground outside of the water spring they are playing in are only a DECORATION! Never mind they are cuter than the ones I have seen in some of the other Zoos I have visited or that there is really No. Other. Place. For. Them. To. Go! Except. For. A. ZOO! Who keeps elephants as a Decoration!?! They can’t be hung on a wall, or placed on an end table or used to make something look prettier!?! That’s what a Decoration is for!
I think they all need to get on the same page wherever this app is ran, supported, or monitored, but I guess it all comes down to what I said before! It’s all about the almighty BUCK! As long as they get our money they really don’t give a flying leap about how they screw us over, how we feel, or what they promise us! Just as long as we keep forking over the Dough!
My review has changed to 3, yes, three stars! No three and a half! Just three! It may even drop lower!

I have been playing for just over a year now! Wow! Hard to imagine! Lol! Still my favorite game...still wants my money more than anything! Lol! I’m on level 125! I love my Co-op, value my friends, and have fun when I play. I do get frustrated with some little things but nothing is perfect! I would recommend this game as it has brought me some wonderful friendships from around the globe! Try it!

Guess all devs don't like to hear the truth. But they have to believe me that none of online games can live with me at least 1 year because they release unavoidable worse updates on every month! Unlike most offline games I ever played, the update is optional. They never notify or force me to update the game to latest version unless I get boring because they respect all player rights. I have been playing Minecraft PE for over 5 years with extremely outdated version, no competition event and get bored for a while but I will come back to play it again if I am interest. I have try first Playrix game, recently played over 3 weeks and would like to quit right now. It was enjoy and additive at start of level then end at lv 35. So why? I have a lot of bad experiences here...

The game is unbalance on most point I played. On every levels I have been asked to build every new buildings but in each of buildings now stick for a week to finish one or take forever to finish one, so I need to find the following parts to finished each buildings. But the amount of parts on the trains still doesn't help anyway, like I need a lot of glass and they give me a ton of slabs and bricks instead so I have to sell them to keep clear barn capacity at time. Now go to see the plane, at first time of my bad experience starting from I need to send ice-cream to the plane when my ice-cream factory doesn't build here, so how I suppose to make a full load when I don't have ice cream maker in my town? Even more unbalance I also get deadly to send 3x plum jams and I need one more plum to make another jam before plane gone but the ship doesn't find one and the last refreshed market doesn't sell any plum jam so I have to pay one ticket from given events to complete a full load. More to punish free players by adding events frequently and every events they present are the competition events that I always get discouraged because I was cheated by all Chinese and Russian players. I join first event and stay at first place for 3 days but before the event end I was beated by 8th place Chinese cheater! And another event I struggle to stay at top 3 but at last time before event ends all 4 cheaters kick me off to 4th place so I feel mad, angry and never join any event anymore because all events are PAY2WIN and there are no any personal event to present instead for my relaxation. Another unbalance point the zoo need to have a big fix for more even balance, each of order task need to be nerf by lower the amount of goods because we need to fill 12 tasks to open 1 card box and each of task are extremely hard and take forever to complete 1 task and a new task is come out every 3 hours so no one can't keep it up! Also you need to add cancel button for each of unwanted zoo task as well because all players want to play only easy tasks not such the hard tasks like these or one should avoid waste money to open that zoo and airport if they not fix the balance. And with the latest update Playrix makes the font much smaller and does not fit for all smaller phone screens, so my eyes get pain everytime.

I'm done with this Playrix game and never try your other games anymore because your entire games are completely PAY2WIN. Every games you have create make all games unbalance to want people spent money instead of their enjoyments, once you earn more incomes you created your own scam ads appear on other games and on all non-Playrix games to attract and scam them that your game is not like that. I try Township game demo ad from other game is just fun but get scammed once play a real game because it is not like as you present in ads. So well done Playrix you have been earn more customers and losing more customers in a day because every newer updates and changes make the game even worse!

I deserve consider Township should to be the best online mobile city building and farming game that I ever played in 2019 because the nice building and product design (bread, cookie, cloth, yarn, outfits, muffin etc.) In farming I not only have to feed all primary animals (cows and chickens) but I also can feed sheep and bees that none of other farming game has and there are the unique factories allow me to make silks, papers, outfits, toys etc. as well. But adding competition events such as regatta, plane events, fishing events and buff zoo tasks are totally ruin the game and my enjoyments.

Please revamp the game and start aware of losing old and new customers if you want to keep this game shine forever by add more non-competition events and lower those unfair competition events, bring the original font size back, increasing amount of building supplies on the trains with 2x multiplier, reduce the amount of order items needed including remove all longer items needed (frozen yogurt, plum, pizza, coat etc.) in the zoo and add a cancel button in all zoo tasks that all players ask for otherwise I never waste my times to play this game anymore. Highly not recommend!

Township is a great game. I’ve been playing for two years and I’m at level 134. There are a few issues, though...
First of all, the zoo used to be okay, but you updated it to make it impossibly hard and really not at all fun anymore. How are players supposed to fit enough materials in their barn to build a snowy owl enclosure? That takes 218 of each material! People at level 50 don’t even have that much room in their barns. Please lower the prices or all players at that point will be stuck, getting nowhere in their zoos. Also, some zoo orders are really hard to fill, and you need to fill 12 of them to get just a few zoo cards, which you can’t even use if you need 656 spaces open in your barn to build the animals’ enclosures!
Second of all, please make easier tasks in the regatta. Some of them are disproportionately hard (like harvesting, say, 840 strawberries in 7 hours) compared to others (like smelting 6 ingots in 24 hours). See the difference?
Thirdly, in the vast majority of events, the prizes are terrible in comparison to how much you have to do in the events to earn them. Please make your prizes better. Spending three days obsessively wasting resources to make fuel for my plane and then repeatedly flying the plane as best I can should not earn me just 3 concrete for my efforts simply because everyone else somehow did better than me. Players should be ranked by how hard they tried in the events and how much they played in them, not by how well they did against others. It’s unfair if I only play an event once and then earn 50 green dollars because no one else played either. So is constantly making resources for the event and then playing as often as I possibly can, then finishing the event in last place and getting only 70 coins. Those rewards should be switched, earned based upon effort and participation.
Also, please make Township cash less expensive. For me and everyone else I know who plays Township, green dollars (as I call them) are a precious resource rarely spent. There need to be more, and easier, ways to get green dollars. For most of us, the only way to reliably gain a large amount of green dollars is to buy them—with real money. Please fix this and either make them less expensive to buy with real money or make them easier to get in the game. Thank you.
One more thing I want to say, and this is just a pet peeve of mine, is that how are you supposed to make 27 milkshakes for your plane and then only need 6 butter?! Please fix the plane crates so that things like this don’t happen.
Lastly, and I’ve seen a lot of people experience this frustrating issue, it seems as though everyone playing on a desktop computer has to delete their game whenever a new update comes out. The update gets stuck loading, and the only way to fix it is to delete the app. This means that, unless you’re logged into Facebook, you have to restart the entire game, which can be incredibly frustrating if you’ve made it to, say, level 45 or so. The thing that makes me really mad is that I’ve seen multiple people who have left reviews describing the exact same issue, and yet you still haven’t seemed to have fixed it. In fact, it seems as if you pay no attention whatsoever to the hundreds of reviews on your game, or you ignore them, which is very annoying because if you would only fix these few issues and listen to our constructive criticism, Township would be a much better game. And if you see this, please respond in some way so that I know you aren’t just completely disconnected from your game’s community. I understand that the Township team is likely very busy working on new updates and events, but if you had any spare time at all, I would hope you would check the reviews of the game, just to see what people think of it. I, and probably everyone who has written a review and never gotten a response, would be very disappointed in Township if you never looked at anything people had to say about your game.
Update: I just found a few reviews you responded to. They are all completely positive reviews. It’s even worse to only respond to good reviews than to not respond to any. Don’t ignore this review or all the others with constructive criticism. Township needs these changes for people to continue playing, or eventually everyone will get frustrated with the game and delete it. Please, please respond to this—even if you don’t want to justify that some people dislike a few aspects of your game by replying to them—because if you never did, it would just confirm my beliefs that you are a company who truly doesn’t care about its clients.
This review may sound harsh, but these are all things that really need to happen to keep people playing Township. And do me a favor—if you see this review, don’t just respond to this one, but go ahead and check as many other reviews containing constructive criticism like this as you can. And we’d all like it if you would answer our pleas and add at least some of this to the game. Thank you.

First of all, I was super excited to find this game! Sims and Farmville all in one! Capped out on levels in those just about and they have gotten boring now. I was so excited to find this game so I could do all this super cool stuff. And you can... if you either have tons of patience for one building (I am talking days) or you are good spending your real cash you buy in the game. Everything from the plants to the land expansion to the buildings take an extensive amount of time to make. I put in some real cash in the beginning... and usually takes me a couple weeks to a month to work through it on the other games. In 48 hours, I am out of it in this game! The game literally cripples you and you can't move forward because you are waiting hours for items you need. You do about 5 minutes of this game and then off to another game for 30 minutes, an hour or more before you come back to harvest, set up your factories to make items then back off again. I was hoping this would take its place of FarmVille, but it just takes to long to do ANYTHING. I can fill entire board orders or Eddies plane order in what it takes to do one item or one sale here. I actually did a full Mariners order in the time it is taking me still to build two buildings and finish a few village orders. And the two buildings I finally just used my real money to finish! I STILL have one more but I am out of cash. Here is an overview of how it works- 3 villagers place orders all wanting a bagel in it and other items (they are a combo of Eddie & the board in FarmVille). You have other villager items like cookies and carrots. You need eggs to make bagels, you need multiple bagels. You only get 3 chickens who each make one egg each (no multiples from animals or plants in this game... all one for one). The chickens take 30 plus minutes to produce the eggs. The bagels take 3 eggs each. So, using your game money, you can buy a few more chicks, but they are pricey. Then after you have the eggs, you go to the factory and make the bagels. Each time you have to use all the eggs you got for that 1 bagel. Meanwhile, you need eggs for other orders but you can't do both so you have to spend hours in this circle. And if you need wool... you are talking over an hour for 3 wool! The times cripple you from moving forward! The community building situation is far worse! In order to expand your village, you have to build houses... not expensive and build quickly enough. But, once you do x amount of houses, you can't do more unless you build a community building (like a school or post office). Ok. You pay a pretty decent amount of your game money and you wait up to 9 hours. Standard. Then you click to open your community building and... eeeeek! You find out you need all these building materials before you can open it. Of course you can pay real money to just buy the materials, but again... why should you? You already paid to build the thing! So you go to the train (similar to the Mariner) because you don't want to spend your real money. To fill the train, you need 2 eggs, a bagel and a cheese. So... 4 hours plus later you get what you need to fill the train. But in order to fill the train, you couldn't fill your village orders and then it takes an hour or more to come back only to still not have enough building supplies, so you have to keep doing this over and over. Meanwhile, you can't fill orders in town because you need the items for the train. Also, you can't can't grow your town because you can't buy more houses until said community building is done. You also can't expand your crops until you have more people so if you have an order for bagels, bread and wheat, you have to decide to plant only what and for go the other crops which then prevent you from having he items needed to make other things you need, or just plant 4 at a time. Not so bad with wheat... BUT cotton and sugar cane take a long while! So for the last 36 hours (and counting) I have been waiting for one stupid building! I already paid real money to finish my other 2 buildings. For me... if you pay up front for a building... you wait hours for it to be built... that should be the end of it! Also, you run out of game money because you can't fill more than one or two village orders and again... you start considering using real money to add to your game account! I really like the game ideas! I have redesigned my town 5 times in the 48 hours since I started this game... mostly because I was waiting. It could really be an awesome fun game if the designers took out so many of the hurdles! I don't have an issue putting small amounts of my own money in a game to buy the perks and specials... but when I have to spend it just to keep the game afloat... not so happy. I will stick with it for a bit longer... maybe it will get better as I get further into it. But if it stays this slow and cumbersome, I will just go back to FarmVille... at least I can keep moving in that game.

Slow progressing, I feel they make it hard to advance on purpose to make you want to spend the cash on ingame cash. It’s hard to advance, but even harder when you’re in a co op & trying to keep up with the rest of your co op players. It’s hard to advance because it’s very hard to get enough materials to build. They give you 1 item per slot on the train, and only 3 rewards for sending planes, but only 1 of those rewards is building materials...IF YOURE LUCKY. You have to wait 4 hours for each train to come back all to only get MAYBE 3 carts full of items, even when you level up your trains, sometimes only 3 bins are full when it comes back, only containing 1 piece of brick/glass/slab. Not enough materials are given for the items they require for each bin for YOU to fill before sending it back out. They’ll ask for multiple of the same items for just one bin,that take HOURS to produce JUST 1 nevermind the quantity they require before sending the train out...Same with the plane.. items that take a very long time to grow, receive from ships, or make in ur shops, and MULTIPLE of those items. Sometimes, you can’t even fill a plane before it times out & u have to wait another 4 hours for the next one to come in to start all over again.. Smh... & what’s messed up is they even mention in their tips and tricks for regatta events, to dump helicopter tasks that ask for items that take up alot of time to produce, especially for only the small amount of money it’s rewarding for that order...This way you can fill quicker orders with items that take less time to make, when they refresh.. Yet THEY REQUIRE those long producing items to BE PRODUCED & SENT on the trains and planes(planes time out on you, trains don’t) before they’ll send them out & ONLY TO BRING YOU BACK 3 building items...umm? Does that seem fair to you? Nope! Not a fair trade deal. This is HOW THEY MAKE IT HARD FOR YOU TO ADVANCE, AND GROW, MAKING YOU ULTIMATELY feel like you HAVE TO spend money on game cash, just so u can advance at a reasonable speed & not get bored with the game period.
The rewards those planes give ARE NOT WORTH it! & I feel they def aren't sufficient enough or a fair trade deal for what they demand you fill the crates with. The trains they ask for multiple of items as well sometimes 5 bins, for that train to only bring back ONE building item each bin & 1 bin is sometimes filled with mining tools instead. That’s the only bin they fill with multiple items, is the mining tools. Every other bin comes back with JUST ONE building item.. smh..
Now let’s talk about the Bugs... too many in game bugs, many cause your co op to fall behind in the regatta. So if ONE player has a bug preventing them from completing regatta events fully, it ultimately penalized the entire co op. So those higher level members who DO BUY GAME CASH to spend to help not only themselves but others as well, in order to keep up in the race & not fall behind & lose league status, now have spent that money for cash for NOTHING! And I’ve requested multiple times for them to at least reimburse half of what game cash was bought by each member since IT WAS THEIR FAULT the games bug made us ultimately fall so far behind in race we went down a league status. Which is super disappointing when you spend money on game cash to keep your place, & then your co op still falls behind because of that bug... BUT I HAVE NEVER EVER GOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE from their “support team” ACKNOWLEDGING THAT REQUEST! If they even respond at all. My messages have been ignored the last few times... This game is DEF losing my interest, as well as SOOOO many other players I know, including those in my co op, because they are not very customer friendly, they don’t care if their GAME SUPPORTERS, lose money they’ve spent on THEIR game or not WHEN ITS THEIR FAULT. Without the players who support the game, they wouldn’t have a successful game in the first place. So you’d think they’d try and keep their supporters happy, by at least reimbursing players with at least half of the game cash they spent within the time of faulty game errors. But nope. Again I still have yet to even have a message of mine ACTUALLY BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND REPLIED BACK TO..THATS HORRIBLE customer service in general! Not very smart on their part, because that's how you lose game players WHO ARE ACTIVELY supporting their game with spending cash on game cash, making those developers MUCH PROFIT... well hey. Let’s see how they feel when more players finally are fed up and leave to support a different game because of their lack of concern when their bugs interfere with active players games & their game cash... I’ve played plenty of games similar and NEVER have I ever dealt with such a support team like this one. Any time other games face bugs or issues, THEY WILLINGLY give players bonus cash for the inconvenience. Nope not this game. Not even when you bring it to their attn in a support message lol. Smh... Don’t download unless you enjoy getting ripped off and ignored by their support team...

This game is one of the best farming games out there. Graphics are great and lots of things to do, such as side games, zoo and decorations. The upgrades also add a strategic element to the game. The best part is the help offering, which when used to help teammates complete tasks give you a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Another good thing about this game is that if you place Top 3 in side games consistently, then there is no need to pay for Tcash as you will earn enough. Overall, it’s very fun and addicting.
However, as you get into higher levels and into Gold League, that’s when things slow to a drag. All tasks become long and dragged out. Some side games are boring. For example, in Need for Seeds event, your trucks stop and wait a long time. No speed or excitement at all. More like Need for Sleep. The rush you get at earlier levels is gone. There are so few quick tasks offered that it’s more like a chore than fun. In addition, the game tries to cram so many events/side games in a week that you don’t get to rest. Lots of people have to work and this makes the game like a job instead of relaxing fun. Moreover, your barn gets full so often that your ability to help others is severely limited as you cannot stock enough items. Playrix has lost its touch and forgotten what makes the game so fun in the beginning.
I hope Playrix read this and try to fix the flaws mentioned. Balance the tasks with quick and long ones, even in Gold League. Don’t schedule so many events all the time so we can get a break. Make side games fun and exciting instead of slow and boring. Offer tasks that utilize teamwork more. Think of options that help users create more space in the barn. Bring back the sense of rush that we get in the early levels of the game! Hopefully, they can make the game great again.

Update (9/23): After recent update, the game has become worse. Smart Autofill is now gone and you have to type every word fully in chat and emojis are not offered as options when typing. For example, if I type “piggies,” Autofill will show piggies the word and piggies the emoji as options. Since Autofill is gone, no options are being shown.
Another bad feature is The Race, which has replaced the Team Regatta. In the Team Regatta, you can dump any task you don’t like. There is no such option in The Race. Your team is forced to do every task offered.
The update also makes everything look smaller on iPad. The advantage of playing on a tablet is that everything is bigger and easier to see. Now they have taken that away by making everything smaller, thus making the game worse.
Playrix, please fix these issues and create different side games (such as tower defense game like Plants vs Zombies) to make the game fun again.

Update (10/13): They fixed the Autofill and have a new side game. That is a sign of improvement. Let’s see if they have more exciting side games in the works.

Update (11/11): Autofill is broken again in the new updates. Market boxes are now more expensive ($30 instead of $20). No new upcoming side game. Improvements not long lasting. Quite disappointing.

Update (12/15): Autofill is fixed. Let’s hope it won’t be reversed. A new trend is different people are getting different side games and bonuses. For example, in the Professor Experiment, some people are getting x2 points for 2 days (high voltage) and some are not. Just recently, some of us in our co-op got the roller coaster side game and others got Adv Agriculture and Mine Time. So this makes the profile pic reward exclusive to the side game offered. Hopefully, Playrix will fix this and give all players equal chance to earn the same rewards in the future.

Update (1/27): The recent side game Big Screen Adventure (pirate ship) is almost impossible to finish. You need energy points (EP) to clear obstacles in the forest to complete tasks and you can never earn enough EPs because they limit the amount you can earn thru planes, trains and helicopters daily. You also earn EPs by waiting (1 EP per 5 minutes), but why is Playrix making us wait when we are not competing against others? Apparently, they don’t want us to finish to earn the rewards.

Update (3/14): Flipping cards side game is pointless. Every time you lose you have to wait 20+ hrs for next chance. The odds to winning the $500 grand prize is next to zero. The worst side game has to be the snowboard game. I used to love this game because it gives you lots of free stuff and it’s relaxing. Now they make it so hard that it’s not fun anymore. Playrix needs to make a side game that’s fun, exciting and not impossible.

Update (4/27): The Lake House decoration is impossible to complete. You need to play a candy crush like game to earn decoration points. It used to be 4 easy levels then 1 hard level. Now it’s 1 or 2 easy levels and then a hard level. Also, it used to be $5 Tcash to continue, then they raised it to $10 and this time it’s $25. Actually people would be more willing to spend if prices are reasonable. Now I wouldn’t even dare to continue more than once or twice. Playrix is making the game too hard, too tedious and too monotonous. And it’s getting worse each update. Sad...

In my initial review I gave them a wonderful review. However, I am in my 3rd year of playing and the game continues to force spending at higher and higher amounts. They don’t want some of your money. They want all of your money. If you participate in their special events, you must play very every single day and be able to play often, all through the day and night, just to complete these events. If you miss even a single days tasks, you will not finish! or you must SPEND TONS OF real MONEY to speed up the process so you can complete tasks. This becomes very disappointing when you have worked so hard! I had a small co-op and each one of my members, who were dedicated AND willing to spend a reasonable amount each month to play, have all basically quite playing, due to cost INCREASES alone. For example. They run these mini games that you can play. This will be attached to a decoration renovation which is the actual draw to get you to participate. With each level you win in game, you get to pick a new decoration for your design. Your finished product is then displayed so all who enter your town, can see it. It is sort of a trophy, a badge of honor. But, these trophies, are NOT CHEAP. The game will require level ups in order to pass each level. It will be impossible to pass the levels without spending real money on these level ups and also you must still spend huge amounts to get extra turns or you will not pass these levels. The algorithms are set to fail. (Like you must collect 46 green cubes but you only have 11 turns and the game releases only 15 green cubes, so you must spend $25 tcash for an extra 5 turns, and this price increases $5 more with each additional 5 turns needed). The amount of money you have to spend to finish each of these games could easily be well over $100 of real money! (I quit playing these but have received several reports from other players as well). The way it works in this game is, You use real money to buy packs of Township cash, so you may spent $60 real money for 1400 in t-cash or you may get a deal pack, the game will offer different deals to players depending on their history of spending, the more you spend, the worse the deals are, that’s right, the worse, they keep their big spenders spending more!) and it will take all of your tcash AND MORE...to complete these renovation games. This does NOT include all the other items you will be required to spend money on as they often run 3 events at the same time that all pressure you to spend spend spend. This of course is ridiculous!

That said, the designers have done a remarkable job with how much there is do in this game and how everything works together. The graphics really are excellent. You can literally play everyday, every few hrs and be very busy or you can skip going in for days or weeks and it will all still be there waiting right where you left off. You will however miss out on all the events and special decos and so on and being part of a competitive co-op will be impossible if you don’t spend.

For the first few hears I played, I was always of the opinion that I didn’t mind spending a little in order to have a game that offered so much and for the first few years you could get by without spending to much and still be a valuable co member...HOWEVER, these Developers have become very greedy. It has been heartbreaking watch to prices of the events increase while the difficulty of the games also increase and the rewards all decreased. To watch your friends all quit due to pricing of events and not wanting to let others down, they opt out. Not to mention, the devs closed the main forum where we could reach out with out with our concerns and input or get helpful hints and talk with other players and get feedback. Now, you can no longer even reach help and support from within the game, they have disabled the contact button. So, after all these negative changes, my in game co-op team has fallen apart. I truly believe If they would lower the prices, I think they would make more money. I think players are willing to spend some. But, when you spend money and still don’t get to enjoy the game because they want More money and More money and it’s never enough, that is not o.k., people are quitting game rather than deal with it. So, If spending $50 a month sounds reasonable to you. You may enjoy certain aspects of this game for awhile, but you will become disenchanted soon enough. If spending $150 a month is reasonable to you will do good in this game for awhile longer. If spending $300 a month or more is reasonable to you, you will love this game and be too competitor. Keep in mind, this is how they make it “competitive”. It’s never how good you are at game, it’s how much are you willing to spend that determines how competitive you are! It’s the big spenders that win all the events! So...If spending No money is where your at, this game won’t be something you enjoy for long. You will be impressed with graphics for a good while but, will never be able to really become part of the game. Especially not if you are part of a co op who participates in the regatta races and other events. They will all require spending money. I gave 3 stars because of the amazing graphics and design. It is an amazingly beautiful and creative game no doubt. Just off the charts greedy!

My 4 year old started playing township with her aunt. She was in a co op with her. One day she accidentally bought $50 worth of township items. I had biometrics enabled so I don't know how she was able to! Google immediately refunded it but township said my 4 year old was cheating and blocked the co op so she can no longer talk to her aunt. I explained the situation to a Kathie at playrix and stated we cheated but would not state how and keeps ending the conversation as soon as she says it. I have allowed my daughter to do small things like open the piggy back but this is really an awful company. She's 4!

Update..April 8th...apple is picking up their slack and returning my money..yeah, but I WILL NEVER PUT ANOTHER DOLLAR INTO THIS COMPANY.

Its been TWO WEEKS and I still haven't received my in game cash and no one has bothered to contract me or acknowledge they cheated me...my money was never returned.
Play for free it is a fun game...but don't give them your money...they RIP YOU OFF!

I totally agree with previous players, after you make a cash purchase. Getting items needs...REALLY SLOWS DOWN. The point of you spending the cash to finish whatever is needed. So that's a big let down.
Let down # 2 is a long wait for the in app purchase to actually go through. Its been 5 hours and I still have not received the cash.
At this point I'm hoping apple will return my money and I will go back to playing HayDay. At least I got their in app purchases in seconds.
So..it can't be a unstable connection as township claims.
This will be my last purchase for Township, it's just too annoying, too bad to cause the game has good potential.

Game is fun, opportunity to meet players around globe, teamwork and competitive. BUT DO NOT believe for a moment that Playrix cares about you, your money, fair play or sportsmanship. The first time i lost T-Cash wch is money out of my pocket from Apple Store. (Customer Svc ignored me, then silly apology, then tried to say it was Apple’s fault). i quit for awhile. Next time with a great group of players, had 500,000+ coins wch are earned selling and playing. i bought two expensive (required items to move forward) and had about 50,000+ in coins. Turn game on in morning and have 139 coins. That is a discernible difference. i wrote Customer Service - more than a week later got same sorry message, an explanation that i bought two expensive factory/community buildings so the amt was correct. These people make billions of dollars. i have been a faithful player who has put her fair share of money into the game ($50-$100 a race) and these small-minded folks want to be petty. I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT JOIN & IF YOU DO, DO NOT PUT YOUR OWN CASH IN. THEY WILL SCREW YOU IN A NY MINUTE ).

I seriously love this game but right now because it's updating AGAIN and you require me to update I can't play till I get home to cash my check to pay for a subscription I forgot would hit my account. Until I get my check and pay the iTunes balance I can't update even though it's free. Now I've missed finishing my task for the regatta .
I play this game ALL the time so the weekly updates are getting annoying!
I'm a trucker so getting home for my check isn't as easy as you'd think. It would be great if you'd include in the next update doing away with charging the dollars to open chests too because nope I'm not paying to play anymore! I spent $400 REAL dollars for your fake game dollars so I can upgrade my barn in the last month. This is not something I'll continue to do!

It takes FOREVER to get materials to complete the buildings unless you spend real money for the fake money in game. I don’t mind occasionally buying the dollars but ffs y’all charge for everything and it’s getting old!

I do love this game and it passes time in the dock but seriously don't MAKE me update!

Game has grown very boring. There has been a huge lack of development and a total lack of the farming and town building genre they use to disguise their repeat competitions. As far as the competitions go they’re all repeat events and their love child weekly regatta. The game has not been developed to a point that many items you win are worthless. Millions of coins with nothing to use them on, gems pile up as the zoo hasn’t been added on to in over a year, building materials you have to sell to keep room in your barn, because you guessed it, nothing to use them on. In ending I will say this, the game is very addictive early on and it has plenty to do. With that being said, once you have the town built and the zoo done the only options are to do repeat events and races that win you nothing you will need. Keep in mind to win the races and events will require you to one, play the game all day, two, spend money. This was such a great game once but has been ruined by the new direction Playrix has taken with it. I would recommend not getting started with it, in the end you will be disappointed.

it’s become obvious to me that the creators of this game don’t read their reviews. But, I would like to warnmewcomers of the terrible requirements of this game.

It’s now two months later than my last review and the two enclosures I started three months ago are still not completed. Needing over 150 parts each make it impossible to build. This needs to change. If I pay between 60-100 thousand coins to get the enclosure, I don’t think it should take six months to finish one enclosure. Guess I’m done with the zoo.

I like this game and play often. My complaint is the ability, or lack thereof, of being able to build the zoo enclosures. They cost a lot of coins, take two days to create, then they require so many parts in order to build them, I just give up. So now I have animals with nowhere to live. What’s the point of making things so difficult to achieve that you stop trying. I’m not about to spend a lot of money to buy what I need.

Also, it’s really difficult to acquire enough coins to continue to build factories. The next one I need costs 90,000 coins. That’s not going to happen anytime soon.

This game was a lot of fun at first, but as you get further on all you do is fill orders with ridiculous wait times so you can expand your town further - but wait - you buy the buildings for your town with ever bigger piles of coins - only to find out every single one runs out of materials! So you end up with boarded up buildings all over town waiting for trains. Now, I don’t know about you, but if I hire someone to build something - the price they give me is for materials as well. Sure, sometimes there is a miscalculation - but if that happened EVERY TIME - would you keep hiring that contractor? I know I wouldn’t!

Then to add insult to injury - the new zoo! So now you have to make tons of products to ‘give’ to the zoo in order to collect cards to buy animals with - except you barely get paid for these orders you fill using products you need for, you know, planes, trains, and orders that actually PAY! Then to make it even worse, you can’t even SEE your zoo because there are bubbles floating everywhere asking you to produce more stuff!

I think this game just got to the point of being an irritation I don’t need.

I’ve played this game for a couple years now.. I play it because I have it on my phone and because I have literally nothing else to do.. I like the new update in the sense that I actually have room in my freaking barn for my stuff. Finally. That alone was obnoxious. But it’s fixed, so thanks! However... the rest of the game needs some serious improvements, in my opinion. The new zoo was so awesome, as first. Then as you played on with it... it’s crap. Absolute crap. You get literally nothing for the atrocious amount of items you have to “give” is a joke for what they give you for it. And then the more animals and people you feed to get the final reward, continuously increases making it harder and harder with no more extra reward to getting there. And then the whole “extra card match” thing... ARE YOU SERIOUS? I get TEN cards because you gave them to me for WORKING HARD for giving precious items away and you in return give me FOUR back?! What kind of bull crap bargaining tactic is that?! Why not just give me new cards and not double up? Obviously not every one is going to be 100% happy... but at least make it fair. Come on now.

This game starts out great but once you get to around level 30, you’re basically loading the machines for 10 minutes and then waiting hours to go back to the game to load machines again. If you’re looking for a game to kill time, this isn’t it. The garden, animals, and machines are extremely slow. You can only get 12 eggs per hour and 12 wool every 4 hours which isn’t nearly enough to keep the machines going. The garden is extremely slow growing and you are not given enough garden spots since each spot only gives quantity of 1. It’s a constant battle for barn space. The mine doesn’t offer enough tools or stones, making it almost impossible to level up the factories. It’s impossible to get all the new buildings, factories and land as needed because the game doesn’t reward enough coins. The train orders do not reward in coins, only building supplies. That is not fair at all since it costs coins to make the items, it should also be rewarded with coins. DON’T SPEND REAL MONEY ON THIS GAME! It’s too slow and aggravating.

They did respond, then removed response and buried my review lol...waiting to hear about improvements. Several copy cat games out there now I noticed. Hope some major changes will come to make this one stand out and shine. I currently play Townkins, take a look at it. That game is a major difference, all of this and so much more! It’s an ok game, but frustration is a daily occurrence. Zero progress. Never get the parts I need for anything important. I’m not going to spend real money on a game that the developers simply don’t care to make more enjoyable. Can’t rotate the screen. Can’t rearrange without an all day affair. Simply never enough room. Buildings not finished, zero help. Nearly impossible to find friends. All orders for what you don’t have. Events never completed...on and on I gave up and deleted the game several times. I love the developers because I know they can make a good game so I rate a two. The original Fishdom download on pc was very nice...newer games of it puzzles way to short. Sorry I say don’t waste your time and certainly not your money.

This game has a new update then I downloaded it then went to open it, then it takes me to download again then new window to open it over and over. I turned off my item and turned it back on some thing again download the open to download,,,grrrrrrI have played this a lot, and spent lot of money for upgrades now with the new update that you have to use I can not even open it I will never spend a penny for any games on this item, I spent so much money of a different game and after spending so much money they stopped the game without telling anyone that they were. Now I can not even open the game with their new update very upset they should give me all the money I spent on this game if I can not play it. Well after losing what I was doing what a few days of the money I lost now it's working .but a few days not working for a update that HAD to USE. But it is working let's see how long, thank you for fixing it ,,,, Guess what every time they do updates it takes forever to get to play so far today been 12 hours plus update installed open update installed open update again what is getting Very old is they never up dates when I don't but 10 days of help to buy ,,,, not happy it's like they are stealing my days of buying at a discount. Update: Wow! Customer support finally resolved my case yesterday (April 30th). SMH
Update: It has been over 2 weeks now and my chat request with customer support is literally being ignored. I even sent an an email plus tried contacting them on their website. Still no response. At one point my request was closed. I am still waiting. Horrible!
Update: It has been 4 days now and customer support still has not responded to my request.
Update: I have been having an issue with customer service. I am missing a box in the mill factory. They told me I had to purchase the box. I had already purchased the box a long time ago so why would I pay again. I have been sending them messages for a few days now but they are not responding, terrible.

I have played this game for years. I would like an option to pay coins for the instant shopper in the Supermarket instead of dollars. I also wish it was easier to upgrade the barn. They just took away the option of watching videos to earn dollars. They told me only a select test group is being offered this option. I don't know what there is to test but it was a bad decision to remove this option. You need dollars to buy the good stuff, so that means spending real money . The zoo is boring. Very hard to level up and get new animals and land. If they don't bring back the videos I'm moving on.u

This app is great fun to play. However, I have spent real money to play this game and somehow another player can play or share MY town. The person spent all the cash,gems, rewards, etc that I had earned. I have checked google and social media and have run virus scan on my device. The problem is not on my end. I have contacted support numerous times and have failed to receive a solution to my problem. I cannot support a game that I have paid money to play and they do not address the issue if people stealing your money. I am not the only person that has experienced this problem. There are others on their forum that are having the same problem.

So I got a response on the app review that says "contact customer service in the game and we are happy to help you!" Well, as I stated in my original review of this app , I have done so several times. They have not done ANYTHING to help except to tell me to run checks on my end. I have. The problem is a bug in the game. I don't think I would be so upset if someone would just say " we see the problem and are working on fixing it and we will make you whole for the inconvenience." So far, I have not received any information at all. So, until I get help my original review still stands.

Also, one of the problems is you have the wrong user name associated with my acct. I am NOT "methegrace". Fix that and you have probably fixed the problem.

I have played religiously daily for a long time now! I had an issue with missing tcash, not just a couple dollars but from $200 to $87! Suddenly the money was gone. I contacted the developer never heard back. I’ve contacted the developer countless times and their response was to assure the update was done. Which my phone was, I have it set auto updates. I come to notice that after my first message to them I stopped seeing the yellow guy in the helicopter area who allowed to watch video to collect coins or tcash. I would fill a bunch of helicopter orders then was given 3 chances to collect. This occurred every several hours which helped collect NOW I’m lucky IF I see him 2x a day. I have yet to hear back from the developer with a resolution in about 4 weeks! So NO resolution or solution. So I’m still missing a bunch of tcash, not able to earn cash from videos AND haven’t gotten my tcash back! The game will be gone! They have lost a local player and fan. I can’t find myself paying for items in the game then when there’s a glitch or problem the developer doesn’t have your back let alone respond to your concerns or issues. The responses are automated and my messages being ignored. NOT 1 person has taken the time to look into what occurred / glitch or addressed the issue. I have already deleted Gardenscapes, Homescapes & Fishdom. I’ve given them the opportunity to address & correct the issue on hand BUT it’s been weeks already and I can’t even get a response. I have placed reviews which ARE NOT being displayed! Sigh... considering alternatives through other developers like Happy Farm, Farmville 2 & Ranch Rush are really good! Sorry fellows wish I can share more positive feedback but I wanna be honest and not have you spend money, lose it and no one responses. Really disappointed! I’ll be saying bye bye to township

This game uses algorithms to figure the best way of screwing you. The planes, trains, and helicopters renew with items you just used to complete the last tasks. It’s a systematic way for the game to insure you never have what it requires. Also I filled 11, yes 11, trains today to gain mining supplies for regatta event... got a total of 7 pick axes, 2 dynamite, and 2 TNT. This is the only way to gain mining equipment, without spending money, yet I can’t acquire any. The game knows what you lack as soon as you fill orders, it requests the items you just spent on other tasks. Plane orders often requires 24+ hours to make items yet only offers 20hours to complete it. All special events are meant for the big spenders to win. It’s become another game where $money$ wins the day. Proof that it’s not how well you or how much you play, but how much you pay! Game could be fun if it didn’t make it blatantly obvious that it is out to only benefit those who spend money. Never trust Communists to know how to do anything right. They have no concept of fair play because their leaders kill any competition that opposes his will! Surprise surprise, it’s created by Russians and the top players and Co-ops are Russians. They get a cheaper exchange in store than those who use the dollar! They only pay the equivalent of $2.30 for every $3.99 the Americans pay. That’s a Russian’s explanation not mine! Is it too much to ask to have a game that is fair for all, not just for Communists and big spenders? Clearly with Playrix, like most game developers it’s all about making the mother country look strong and rewarding those who can’t compete without spending. Look at the olympics to understand how Russians feel about fair play! They cheat to win, simple as that. From the highest competition to the lowliest of mobile games they strive to give themselves the unfair advantage. This game is no different! It might as well have been developed in China home of the unfair advantage and stolen tech! I will not support any game that allows the country that developed it to have an upper hand in exchange rate and rewards. Unfortunately this is the world we live in, communist [censored]holes like Russia and China making games that discriminate against you when you select English as the language of choice for game play. If you decide to play I hope you speak something other than English, if not, prepare to be ripped off!

Developers are so intent to bring new material it is rushed and causing major problems. This is the 2nd time my piggy bank has disappeared. What’s the deal. Are you so greedy you want us to spend more money than it would cost us for the piggy bank. This is at the same time you introduce a new rollercoaster game that is glitchy and too fast. If I was going to spend a few dollars on it I certainly won’t now. Also the professors experiments are going on and cash can be handy. Come on guys the piggy banks is ours. Did you change the rules in the middle of the game.

Also the spell check disappeared AGAIN! What’s with that? Some of these names are difficult to spell. This helps.

The developers need to forget going over the top and rushing the game. You’re making mistakes and I’d rather the game ran correctly. Give us back the piggy bank and spell check. Don’t you check your changes to makes sure they work. Obviously not. Who tests the programs. They aren’t doin a very good job. And when I as for help it’s totally ignored. I have had one in that’s never been answered.

During the professors experiments playing the sub game Hammer Time, you fully realize the true purpose of the game. It’s all about money. First of all $10 play dollars for 5 plays is exorbitant. After completing 10 objects you can’t complete more than 1 level per day. Never enough to finish the room which you can’t keep if you don’t complete the room. You must spend a fortune to finish this game. If I don’t finish I won’t even bother the next time. Not worth it. And I found out that they take away the PIGGYBANK during big events so the can charge you $1 more for the same amount you would get from the piggy bank. Talk about fair play. The developers could learn something from that themselves. This match game is the type of internet game I absolutely abhor because there is nothing challenging about playing 1 level 20 times. If I enjoyed it I would still be playing the other Plarix games. But I don’t. I quit a year ago because they make them so hard you can’t advance. Hammer Time is a secondary game to Township and should not be this difficult, especially during the professors experiment. FREE GAME this is not. There is no skill required for Hammer Time, only minimal skill. You are at the mercy of an algorithm that requires you to play many many many times. For a game like this to be fair the rotations should not be at this magnitude. The pieces you need just don’t appear. This should be called House of Luck because good luck if you can finish. They have taken away the enjoyment because you no longer have a chance to actually achieve the end result unless you want to hand out lots of cash to finish. This has left a very bad impression of the game and developers.

Oh and the help department has yet to answer what happened to the spell check in the chat. They really don’t care about the players. They have taken a good game and are slowly destroying it. I really used to enjoy building my town and arranging it but in the attempts to go harder and more extreme and more challenging has they have taken the fun out of the game. It’s just a competition now.
