I spent an hour resolving the issue, but to my dismay, the latest update still does not include payment information for February 2022, March 2022, and April 2022. It is important to note that I have never missed a payment. This incomplete payment history has negatively impacted my chances of obtaining a new car loan, as it reflects inconsistent payment records.

I immediately corrected her and provided the accurate amount, but she assured me that she would rectify the mistake, which she never did. On May 19th, an additional $450.00 was deducted from my account, causing it to go into a negative balance. In response, I filed another dispute to correct the initial one. However, despite the passage of time, I did not receive any updates or resolution. When I called to inquire about the status, I was informed that a second dispute had never been filed. The bank refused to rectify their representative's error. Currently, whenever I call, the lines either disconnect or I have to endure lengthy wait times to speak with a supervisor. I am at a loss for what to do next.
