This place is a scam, they be camping and towing cars for unlawful reasons. Their operations be unethical, giving me a hard time and racial profiling me just to pocket some extra lunch money.

Watch out for this company. They'll tow your vehicle on a Friday or Saturday, but they don't answer their phone or open their office until Monday for you to claim it back. They also say on their website that they take credit cards, but their staff only takes cash when you arrive. This is a scam. It guarantees them at least a 3-day charge. I want their corporate office address because their local office won't respond to my letter.

This towin company is unbelieveable. Wen I got my car back the underneeth of my front end was torn up and almost completly ripped off, it made a terible noise when I drove it. They told me I should have checked the car, well how many people lay on the ground and look underneeth? I cant believe this is happening, I barely had enough money to get it out, I had to charge it but there machine was broken so I had to wait until the next night when the machine was working.

Tow Zone towed my car that was parked legally, they asked for cash payment, they said we couldn't get our car until the next day, and then they charged us for keeping the car and picking it up after hours.

March 8, 2023, 12:30 am, Tow Zone Towing *** They towed my car illegally, no placards sayin' they need a permit. No legal papers sayin' I needed a permit to park in my spot. They gave me the wrong company location and number.

Tow Zone Towing & Recovery Inc. is a towing company that unlawfully towed my car and refused to accept credit card payments. They insisted on cash only and falsely claimed that their credit card machine was malfunctioning. These individuals are nothing but opportunistic thieves who engage in predatory towing. Despite having a valid parking sticker for the complex, they still towed my car without any justification. Upon further investigation on the *** website and Yelp, I discovered numerous complaints from others who had experienced the same predatory practices. It seems that all victims were forced to pay in cash, despite their cars being towed unlawfully.

I got towed by this towing company and they don't take credit cards. The lady at the counter looked like she just woke up and she was really rude when I talked to her on the phone. She gave me one name, but when I got there, she said her name was something else. And this guy, he was so rude too. He didn't care at all and said they only take cash because their machine was broken. My friend had his car towed here six months ago and they also said the credit card machine was down. How can they run a business when they clearly say on their website that they accept credit cards for payment? This company seems really shady. I asked for some kind of authorization for towing from a commercial property, but they didn't give me anything. They only gave me a receipt. This guy, ***, was super rude and had no customer service skills at all. Someone needs to investigate this towing company to stop them from doing illegal tows. Tow Zone Towing & Recovery Inc is definitely not a legit company.

My car got towed from a parking lot where there was no signs of it being private property. When I contacted the company that towed my car, they wouldn't give me any info. They said I had to go in person so they could check if I was the person on the vehicle registration. When I went in person, nobody would answer my question on why it got towed. They just kept telling me that I can contact a manager a week later cause he wouldn't be in. I was able to contact a manager named *** (or so he says that's his name) and he said he didn't have to answer anything and I would have to pay to get my car released because he "said so" and said if I had a problem to "***" who says these things in a professional place. He's also supposed to take credit card payment which he doesn't. He only takes cash. That seems very suspicious. This seems like a plan to rob people and not pay taxes since it's all in cash.

On August 16,2021 around 8:00pm my car broke down, I needed a battery, I parked it in a parking space in front of *** a Metro PCS store. I wasn't gonna leave the car there long. The parking lot is Private Property, and there weren't any (WILL BE TOWED) signs any where. On August 17 around 12:00 noon I returned with a battery to find the car wasn't there. On August 18 I found out that TOW ZONE Towing had towed my vehicle, and it was towed On August 17 around 1:20 am. It was not even 6hours before they towed it. When I called TOW ZONE Towing for the first time On August 18, they were charging me $400 cash to get my car out. I didn't have the money. On August 23 I visited their place of business, they were charging me $960 to get my car out. I told them I only have $500 on my debit card, they said they'll give me my car back for $600 then they said $550...TOW ZONE Towing committed an action known as "predatory towing".
