On may 8 we came to thirupati and started to walk upstairs with my child of 7 years old... After climbing 500 steps a cop insisted us to get the srva tickets which is provided in boodevi complex thn only you will be let in we again came down and got the tickets at 4.45pm where the reporting time is 9 pm... As we are going with child we are able to complete our distance at only by 10 pm... After that we put mottai and bathed and gonna to dharshan by 11 pm... There the police didn't not allow us asked us to come in free seva as we came late but they let in some other people having tickets of 10 pm reporting time which is unfair.

Sir TTD server is very slow yesterday iam book on 300₹ darshan tickets the server will be very slow in half n hour then the tickets will be over, today iam book tirumala accomodation the server will not connected in half n hour the accomodation is full the server will be slow then other persons will be booked so much off tickets then my booking was not availability the server will be slow so the person will darshan on seniorcitizen tickets booked same that person will be 300₹ darshan tickets that person will be two tickets is not correct so I will suggest you sir one person aadharcard in onetime will be given one darshan ticket, then that person will after 6months that person will take tickets so 6months below will not that aadharcard number will blocked in all darshan slots after 6months will be given the darshan so it will not rush the rush will be slow sir please give one aadharcard one darshan will given sir. Sir please server will be speed that will be problem reduced sir

Every time u want to book special entry darshan tickets there is no availability showing in website every time I Kapil jindal from delhi my email I’d is [protected]@gmail.com wants to complain about the booking process of Tirupati balaji every time u want to book ticket’s website doesn’t work and if u want tickets in black u have to pay 1500 to 2500 rs anytime u want members of TTDevasthanams are also involved in this scam pls look into this matter as I have book tickets for next month darshan for 25 person and it’s look like that without paying 2500 rs per person I will not be able to book tickets

On April 8, 2023, I took a visit to the Papavinasam theertam/temple. I left my woodland shoes shoes near the slippers/shoes leaving area where everyone leaves their slippers/shoes, and after taking a bath, darshan, and returning, my woodland shoes were stolen. I'm confident since local shopkeepers are involved in stealing their visitor shoes/slippers. I would request that cameras be fixed, but there was never a single security guard with whom I had to complain or provide feedback. I came on my bike after traveling approximately 300 kilometers, and the situation was horrible. I would like to bring to the attention of the management to the fact that the shopkeepers look into visitors and prepare accordingly to steal things. Request to please take action or investigate and action accordingly

Hi TTD Technical team,

We have not expected this kind of worst maintenance for the world famous and high income HINDU's auspicious temple where we feel as Kaliyuga Vykuntam and would like to visit and take blessings of Lord Balaji. I could able to book Sri Vari Kalyanam for last week of May but really struggling to get Accommodation as I will be travelling from US with small kids and really don't know what to do if don't get accommodation.

From past 3 weeks I am trying to book accommodation but getting the same error as 'We are unable to process currently, try again after some time' every time. What kind of maintenance is it? Your website should give accurate information and it should be transparent. What is stopping you to display if there are no accommodations available. I am wondering whether is there any black market where rooms are being booked? If there is any technical issue, at least you should provide some scrolling or note in the website as it is under maintenance with some ETA.

I also raised a feedback/complain about this to the email id mentioned in the website but no response yet. I tried calling TTD customer care 100 times but no one responded yet.

Really feeling frustrated with this kind of worst maintenance. Request the corresponding authorities to take appropriate actions in addressing this issue.

Please let me know how I can book accommodations in Tirumala.

I am D. Ramya Sai Lavanya, working in Andhra Pradesh High Court.

On 23-09-2022 I visited Tirupati for Swamiwari Darshanam through VIP Dharshanam tickets. On the same day i stayed in TTD Accomdation Narayani Guest House. At the time of Room allocation I paid Rs. 700/- as refund deposit for the room and Rs. 500/- for the room. The TTD people said that the Rs. 700/- will be refunded within 7 - 10 days but the deposited money has not refunded to me till today.

I wanted to have senior citizen Darshan on March14. I opened my TTD Android app on the the bookings started for March around 7 AM. To my disappointment, booking for the days were already closed for March. There is some golmal going with the senior citizen booking. I am a 80 year old person. How else can I book? There is some agency taking away all the bookings. Since the time the booking opened for people with doctor's certificates started, the problem has become sever for really senior citizen(by age)citizens. TTD shoould enquire into this mischief being done in this category.

It would be really nice if the checking officers can use a machine to scan the body of women instead of merely just using their hands. It feels so uncomfortable and disgusting. The whole check feels like we are being harassed by them. The security person even spoke very harshly when I addressed this issue and the solution as a suggestion. Technology has reached great heights and it is only right that we put good use of it. Not every woman will feel comfortable to go through such a security check where the checking personnel uses their hands rubbing off the chest of the other women. It was not just in one place, but there were three levels of check and we had do go through the same issue.

Cheated us for getting ticket for Vaikunth Ekadashi VVIP Darshan Tickets he call me and said he was member of TTD and help to Devotees for getting tickets his name Raju Kataravalli Kandraga he is also protocol controlar @ indian railways so we trusted on him transferred amount of 7000 rupees to him we have his photo and mob number [protected] & his whatsapp number [protected] I'm attaching his photo and my transcription for proof of payment to him
I waited for few days and asked him the tickets... But he is active in whatsapp... He is seeing my messages but not answering my call, my messages, nor providing tickets.
Request you find the person and to take strict action & save devotees money

We booked trip from Pune to Tirupati from "Tirupati GreenIndia tourism" Agency for 4 members from 25th Jan to 29th Jan 2023.

We also paid 20,000/- amount asked by travel Agent for Kalyan Seva darshan pass, Accommodation (Matrushri Vakuladevi rest house,Tirumala) & Train travel both ways.

He mentioned us that he is TTD member also Railway recruitment board Chennai (RRB) employee. We haven’t received any details not for darshan passes, accommodation & train tickets. As we were supposed to travel today & not received any details in hand so we canceled our trip & expecting 100% refund amount i.e. 20,000/-

We tried to convey same to the agent but he has not refunded amount yet & giving us false reasons & dates for the same.

We are continuously calling him for updates & unable to trust on his words anymore.

We paid 30K for 3 people online donation . Why are they not allowing to take the receivept of the donation and getting the ticket at the counter? As money goign to same TRUST why discriminating the process OFFLINE vs ONLINE ..

1. ONLINE NEVER AVILABLE so, why dont you enable this option for everyone

or REMOVE ONLINE DONATION OPTION so that it wont give FALSE opinion to ppl .

I have booked accommodation on 27 Oct 2022 and Iwas alloted accommodation in RBaGH. I have been charged asecurity amount Rs 500 through using Citi card. On vacating the guest room, I was asked for OTP, as I did not receivev OTP SMS from TTD. The diskman denied refund and I am told to contact CRO but on contacting, I am given a number and asked to send it to RBGN staff. But on sending the OTP to RBGN stafc there no action No refund is isdued till 15.12.2022. Allotted Invoice No. [protected] . OTP No. is 889529. Please give justice and refund.

We have booked kalyanotsavam on 7 th December 2022 and we failed to book seva ticket for my son and we entered the line . the reason for my complaint is why there the difference between the boys and girls because the girls have been let in who have not booked the seva ticket but not the boys why the difference this is not good,when everyone thinks of equality I need answers for this

November 16th I booked room at Tirumala amount Debited from my account but the room was not booked, I already sent those details to refund desk for refunding my amount but there is no response. It's already more than 20 days I didn't received any amount. Please solve the issue

Myself narayan sahu booked a room (room no: anc-426b) on [protected] at 9.26am at anc block of ttd with security deposit of rs 550/- through atm card of my brother-in-law (name: jagabandhu sahu) and vacated the room on [protected] at 9am by paying rs 150/- by cash deposit.

My security deposit amount was not refunded till now, even many times I gave complaint through toll free number [protected] and other number [protected] (given by toll free number person)

I travelled to tirumala and me and my husband stayed in hotel srinivas on 30sept 2022 till 1st oct 2022. My booking id is: IA04092276572971.

It has been more than 10 days and i have not received the refund yet. When I call them, they say your complaint has been registered but then they do not respond to my not received refund query. They say check with your bank. I have been doing all of it. Who is answerable to this ?
