I was a bit skeptical about TireGet at first because they're a newer website, but boy was I wrong! They're awesome! I needed some Toyo tires and they were the only website that had them. I gotta say, I had a bit of a tough time with TireGet. Don't get me wrong, the website itself is pretty easy to navigate and find what you need. But when it comes to shipping, they don't seem to be too flexible. I mean, come on, who doesn't accept PO Boxes? I live out in the sticks in Colorado, and we don't have no fancy mailboxes like the city folk. We all gotta go to the post office to get our mail. And sometimes, UPS or Fedex will drop off packages at the post office instead of delivering them right to our doorsteps. But if there ain't no PO Box number on that package, the post office won't even let it off the truck. And let me tell you, that's a real pain in the you-know-what.

So yeah, if you're like me and you don't have a regular mailbox, you might wanna think twice before ordering from TireGet. Unless you wanna risk having your tires stuck on a truck somewhere, that is.

So, I bought a Kumho Ecsta Platinum 225/40/18 from TireGet (tireget.com). They sent me an email confirming my order and another one with the tracking info in less than 24 hours. I was feeling good about it, you know? I made the purchase on May 12th and they said it would ship on May 13th. But then, the tracking info didn't change and I got worried. I sent them two emails asking for an update, but they didn't reply. And to make things worse, when I checked the "my orders" section on their website, it said that the order had already shipped! What the heck, man? This is not how you treat customers. They took my money, but they don't seem to care about me anymore. It's been a frustrating and terrible experience so far.
