I bought a replica Rolex from this online scam site (watcharoo.net). I paid $160.00 via OrbitRemit (which is like an online version of Western Union, but newer). They claimed to have sent the watch. I got a note from the Post Office two weeks later to go and collect a small package. When I went to get the package I opened it and there was no watch inside. Only a really cheap tacky replica Mont Blanc pen. I immediately contacted “Nick” at watcharoo.net (which is the sameiwatcharoo.net, but with a different name. These scammers have several differently named sites, so that if one gets exposed then they have others to fall back on.) Nick said that they experienced a lot of “mid-shipment” theft, and that there was nothing that he could do about it. The Post Office couldn't see any evidence of tampering with the envelope, and they suggested that nothing was ever sent, which is what I thought. Something was put in the envelope originally and it was weighed, but before the padded envelope was sealed, the watch was removed and only the pen was sent. “Nick”said that I needed to place a complaint with the Post Office and then they could do something perhaps. It would take 3-4 weeks to get a response from the Post Office and then it would probably take equal time to get one from Singaporean Postal Service. They sent it from Singapore, but the money went to a Malaysian bank account. He expected me to wait 2 months and then he might send a replacement. I was so annoyed. If he knew that watches were being frequently stolen in the mail why didn't they post them in something more secure than a cheap padded envelope? Or why didn't he send a replacement immediately? On the envelope it valued the contents as only worth “$25.00”. This is a scam operation. These people put up pages about “scam customer” so that in the Google search listings they are above the genuine complaints about this online scam site. They are extremely dishonest. They put fake comments on their site about how good the watches are. They steal designs and pictures from famous Western watch companies. They are equally as ready to steal money from anyone who tries to buy from them. I learned that the hard way. http://watcharoo.net or http://www.iwatcharoo.net are the worst people I have ever dealt with.
