I saw this wig on the internet it was an Alfre Woodard .. the original price was over $300.00 it was on sale I, paid $205.00 for it when I received it, it was of dollar store quality. nothing I would ever buy. had I known about their background I would never do business with them. I couldn't call them, so I had to go on chat line. they didn't have any one there to handle my complaint they said, and to leave an email they will get back to me in 24 -48 hr. I ask for a ph. number, and address they ask me to email them customer service was not available. at this point I, don't do well on chat line I type slow, I can't think, and I'm, so angry. because at this point, I know where this conversation is going in one ear and out the other, they got your money, they don't want to refund your money they are giving you the run a round and you won't ever get it back! you been SCAMED! on to the next fool. had I known about TideBuy I, would never have anything to do with them. but when they use another name to do shady things, they are hard to detect.

After finally finding a working email to contact, Tidebuy said that my purchase was lost. However, I do not believe that anything was lost. I was really disappointed with my experience shopping on Tidebuy. I decided to give the site a try and ended up spending a lot of money on three day dresses, all in different colors. In the photos, the dresses looked long and knee-length, but when they arrived, they barely covered my bum! I also bought an office dress that was just over my bum, but I can wear it with leggings so it's not a total loss.
I also purchased two coats, a Parker coat with fleece inside and a blue coat with frilly netting at the bottom. Both were supposed to be long, but they were actually waist-length. The jumper/blouse I bought was long, but the arms were too short.
I ordered XL for the coats, but they were more like a size 8. The rest of my items were L, but they fit more like a 6/8. I tried emailing Tidebuy to see if I could get a response about the sizing issues, but I never heard back from them. When I first ordered, they replied to my messages within 24 hours, but now that I have received my items, they won't respond at all.
I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Tidebuy to avoid them at all costs. They are a complete rip-off and will happily reply to your messages until you receive your goods. After that, they disappear and won't help you with any issues. I can only give them one star, and that's only because the office dress was okay. I will also be spreading the word to my friends and family not to buy from them.
