I ordered a 4th of July shirt on June 7th, hoping to wear it on my upcoming vacation. However, I never received the shirt and had to email back and forth with the owner, Heather, to try and resolve the issue.

After several emails, Heather informed me that she could not refund my purchase because it had already been shipped and that she had no control over what the USPS does. She did offer me store credit, but I really wanted a refund since I had already spent $46 on a shirt that I never received. I ended up having to spend an additional $40 somewhere else to find a replacement shirt for my vacation.

It's now July 23rd and I still have not received the shirt I ordered. I waited a while to write this review because Heather assured me that the shirt would eventually arrive, but it hasn't updated since the day I first contacted her. In my opinion, this is a bad business practice. It is always the shop's responsibility to ensure that the product reaches the buyer.
