I bought a pair of video glasses on April 21 2012 from this Guy at the Phoenix gun show. Got home charged them up and they wouldn't work. Took them back the next day, in front of other costumers he gave me another pair. Took those home charged them up and they wouldn't work. Mailed them back, delivered USPS by delivery confirmation on April 27. Never heard from him. He ignored my e-mails. Went to his web site and sent an e-mail from there on May 8. He answered that one and wanted delivery confirmation #. I sent that he got back and said he would send a money order for the $100. on April 17. Never got the money. He has ignored repeated e-mails even from his web site. It is now June 5. This guy Paul Adams, who runs The Krazy Kool Joint web site is a rip off artist. Avoid ordering from his web site. He is also at many gun shows in California, Arizona, Nevada. Do not buy from this rip off guy.
This site boast as the most trusted and popular site for consumers. I am not sure if that statement is true, but if you are a consumer whom is trying to defraud a retailer or rip off the retailer I guess you would like this site. Unlike the Better Business Bureau, this site post comments without contacting the retailer or obtaining any information to validate these claims.
The first consumer complaint didn't include the fact that he took the unit apart and returned it in salvage condition. He also received 80% of the purchased value. The second consumer, if he followed the RMA instructions he should have received the replacement. Since this site is not interested in resolving issues, I can't research this customers complaint.
If this was the BBB., they would give you an honest assessment of a company. Consumers who truly want to get a resolution go to the Better Business Bureau. If you want to cry and throw stones you go to this site.
It`s been over a month of calling, .Not one time has coustmer service paul maggie tech sales or rep ever called back or awnsered.They got to the point where they just hang up when I call.Now they have a recording that says the person I am trying to reach is not avaible I got a rma # and followed there directions .They told me to send my glasses in and not to request a signature.
