This compani was supposd to put in a new roof
This compani was supposd to put in a new roof. But they used workers who were unskilled and did a bad job. The workers put the sheathing in wrong and didn't follow code, which made the materiales warranty not work. The roof leaks through the flashing, nail heads are not sealed, and even the shingles and drip edge are put-on wrong. Hundreds of nails are in the wrong spot and the ridge vent is too big so animals can come in. I did not get what I paid for.Roofa said they would pay me back, but they are taking their time and making me get quotes from other roofers they pick before they will pay. They even said I have to show them proof that I will buy a new roof before they will give me my money. Why are they making all the decisions when they did the bad work? It is not right.They want me to send them a report and get a quote from someone they choose. I did it and even said sorry. I want my money back so I am willing to give in more. But Roofa is not being good to work with and is not making any changes. I don't know if they ever wanted to pay me back.I have a report and can get paperwork if needed.Thanks.

The Roofa, Inc. did a bad job and didn't act professionally while working on my roof. I didn't know they were coming as they showed up without telling me. They did some work that wasn't even on the estimate and never checked with me if it was okay. Also, they didn't do some work that was specifically on the invoice, which they charged me for in full. They seemed to have no idea about what they were supposed to do and were in a rush to leave to their next job. They didn't finish everything they said they would and didn't properly investigate the issues. They also left their truck parked on my lawn, causing some damage which I fixed myself. I paid them $200 for the work they did do, and I don't want anything else to do with The Roofa, Inc.
