The Original Cloud Slide review: Shark slides return/refund

I bought Shark Slides back in May. They were NOT on sale. There was NO Summer Promotion. They arrived and they were too big so I requested a way to return them and wanted a refund. I did this well within the 30 policy. Beginning of June, someone finally answered me and asked for my order information, a picture of my receipt and a picture of the product. To which I responded to right away. No one got back to me on how to return my slides or anything about the refund. I have called and texted. Mailbox is full and no one gets back to you via text. says 24 hour turn around time, but that's a lie.

I emailed them 6 times about my refund between June and now. I heard back from them and you know what they said? That I purchased them on Summer Special and they are unreturnable. LIES. They were NOT on special. They offered me $10 off my next pair. Seriously? I wouldn't buy another product from that company if my life depended on it. I actually wonder if ANYONE has ever had any luck being able to return these awful shoes for a full refund. I hope this company gets shut down.
