I've tried a few other henna brands in the past, but none of them compare to The Henna Guys. Their product is super easy to use and the color lasts for weeks. So, I had a pretty bad experience with The Henna Guys. I ordered two packs of light brown henna, but when I used it, my hair came out way darker than I expected and even had a weird purple tint to it. I was pretty disappointed, so I decided to email their customer service team to see if they could help me out.

At first, they responded to my email pretty quickly, which was nice. But then, they just stopped responding in the middle of our conversation. I've been trying to get in touch with them for four days now, but I haven't had any luck. It's frustrating because I really wanted to like this product, but the lack of customer service has really turned me off from buying from them again.

So, I ordered some stuff from The Henna Guys (thehennaguys.com) and it was supposed to be delivered to my house. But then, the delivery service said that my house was "undeliverable" even though they've delivered stuff to my house before. I mean, come on, that's just plain silly. And to make matters worse, the company didn't really handle the situation in a way that made me feel good about buying from them. So, overall, my experience with The Henna Guys wasn't great.

I gotta say, I'm really diggin' The Henna Guys. Their henna is the bomb dot com! The smell is amazing and the texture is so smooth. My hair has never felt better. It's shiny and thick again, just like when I was a youngin'. The only downside is that it makes my white hair turn a bright red with some golden highlights. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful color, but it's not exactly what I was goin' for. If only they had a henna color that was less red, that would be perfect. But hey, you can't have it all, right? Overall, this is some top-notch quality stuff. Highly recommend!

So, I ordered from The Henna Guys website and waited for a whole month for my package to arrive. Unfortunately, the NZ Post messed up and delivered it to the wrong address. I was so frustrated and contacted the NZ Post for an investigation. After two weeks, they informed me that they couldn't find it and that I couldn't file a claim. They said that the sender, The Henna Guys, had to do it. I sent them an email with the details and waited for their response.

However, I didn't receive any response from them, which was really disappointing. I waited for a week and sent them another email, but still no response. I waited for another week and sent them a third email, but still no response. I was really frustrated with their customer service. It was useless and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services.

I don't know if their product is good or not, but I suggest that you get it from a third party that carries the product, not directly from them. Their customer service is really bad and they don't seem to care about their customers. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and care for customers. I hope they improve their services in the future.

I'm super excited to try out all the different products from The Henna Guys! I've already tried the dark brown and even though I mixed it wrong, it still turned out great! I didn't even leave it on for as long as I was supposed to, but it still covered my grays. I have dark hair and usually have to dye it every four weeks, but after researching henna, I decided to give it a try. The Henna Guys seem to have done their homework and made the process more simplified.

My sister had a bad reaction to hair dye, so I wanted to try henna hair dye instead. I feel like my hair has been repaired from years of chemical dyes. It's important to be careful where you get your henna hair dye from because many have hidden chemicals. I can't wait to try the auburn, medium brown, and light brown colors next! I also bought Amla powder, hibiscus powder, manjistha powder, rose petal powder, and mulethi powder. I have a water softener and live on a ranch with a well, so I used my water from the softener and it worked great.

My favorite product so far has been the neem powder. I love the smell of the rose petal powder too. I've been squirting room temperature to cold water on my hair daily to help it grow and always use a hair conditioner rinse after using one of the powders or henna hair color.

I've attached a picture of the first part of the dark brown henna hair dye and will post another picture after I apply the second part today. Even though I mixed the packets together wrong and didn't leave it on for long enough, I still love the color!
