I was really looking forward to getting my flowers from The Flower Shop (theflowershop.ca), but I gotta say, I was pretty let down. I ordered online and what I got delivered was not at all what I was expecting. The arrangement was pretty low grade, if you ask me. Definitely not worth the money I paid.

I mean, come on, I was really hoping for something special. But what I got was just a bunch of flowers thrown together. It wasn't even arranged nicely or anything. I could have done a better job myself, to be honest.

So, I was looking for a flower shop in Toronto and found The Flower Shop website. It was pretty easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for in my neighborhood. I placed my order and waited for the delivery. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address and when I called to complain, the person on the phone was not very helpful. They told me that they were "thousands of miles away" and couldn't do anything about it. I was pretty upset and asked for a refund, but they didn't offer to fix the issue or make it right in any way. They just told me that I "needed to understand". Needless to say, the happy occasion we had planned and paid for didn't happen. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with The Flower Shop.

I gotta say, The Flower Shop (theflowershop.ca) is a real piece of work. I mean, I wish I could give them a negative five stars, but I guess zero will have to do.

Let me tell you, this company is just plain disgusting. They don't make it clear what they're charging you for, and then they go ahead and charge you multiple times without even bothering to explain why. And when you try to ask them about it, they just ignore you like you're not even there.

Here's what happened to me: they told me I had to pay an extra delivery fee because their driver couldn't find my place. But get this - the driver actually called me and said it was because it was too dark outside, not because of my address. So why the heck did I have to pay extra for that? It just doesn't make any sense.

And if that wasn't bad enough, they don't just charge you ten bucks or whatever. Oh no, they put a hold on your credit card for over a hundred bucks! Like, what the heck is that all about?

I've been trying to get in touch with these guys for four whole days now, and still nobody has bothered to get back to me. It's just plain ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
