I have been a customer of Altech for more than 10 years, and not sure how to handle the situation that I found myself in. I have been struggling to get some answers from their Customer Help department from May this year, and have been sending faxes, one after the other, asking for them to get back to me with some answers. I also had no phone call up to know which leaves me feeling very frustrating and disappointed in Altech as my service provider. I cannot understand where some of these cost come from and why I pay R5.27 per minute. I do not download anything from internet, and do not spent hours on facebook. This contract is a Mymeg 300mb, but looking at my August 2011 statement, it all of a sudden was changed to a MyMeg 500 contract. Who requested this? When I started this contract I have asked Altech to put a monthly limit on the 300mb, as I do not want to use more than my monthly limit, but still my account reached amounts of R800.00 and more. Why is it so difficult to get what one ask for.
