This company called me and claimed I owed more than $4, 333.00 to a company called System and Services Technologies. I have never heard of Systems and Services Technologies. I tried to explain this to the person that called and they started threatening lawsuits, wage garnishment, bank account seizure and other assets seizure. I promptly told them to prove their case in court and hung up. They call several times a day and leave an automated message trying to collect. I cannot get them to stop calling. If there is currently a civil suit filed or being considered against this company PLEASE add my name to it!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I received letter to pay in full an amount shown in the attached, which now appears to be a fraudulent collection because my credit report is showing 'Closed' with an amount due that I DO NOT OWE! I WANT MY CREDIT REPORT TO REFLECT THAT THIS WAS PAID IN FULL! I WILL GET AN ATTORNEY INVOLVED IF THIS ISN'T RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!
I just received this letter (as attached) and immediately contacted ACI that I already disputed this amount to my bank. He asked me if the email xxx@juno.com belongs to me which I said that I don't recognized this email address. He even asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of SSS # if it was mine. I told him how did he know this number for which he said that the hackers knows how to get around it. He (ACI) further said that this won't affect my credit.
