Yet another great visit from TE. We use them for everything. HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Had them install a new faucet and spigot. They were so organized and respectful of our home that I couldn't even tell they were here. Jesse was such a courteous, patient and knowledgeable provider on anything plumbing related, which gave us a high level of confidence in tackling some larger jobs like a water heater replacement. You really can't find another provider of the same caliber with the utmost integrity. Thanks, Jesse and TE.

I have used TE Certified electricians for several years for electrical needs and they have been outstanding. Today I used them for heating and cooling and I am equally impressed . Very professional And very knowledgeable. I had a carbon monoxide furnace leak which they found and within minutes I had quotes for a new furnace and a quick installation date.
Anthony the tech also made a service check on my systems and he had many excellent suggestions which my previous company never looked at. Wilol very thinly consider this company for future plumbing needs

We had a few projects completed by TE Certified: installing the wiring/hook up for a fan in our living room, converting two light switches to Bluetooth switches, installing outdoor outlets for security cameras and installing the security cameras. Overall we were very satisfied with the work provided. Miguel and his partner were in and out within the same day, and conducted their work in a professional manner. There were a few hiccups were they accidentally damaged some of the drywall, but they covered/repaired with caulking and provided a discount on the overall price. We'd recommend using them!

and crew came out and took the time to explain to me (as a new homeowner) easy things we can incorporate into our weekly routines to prevent significant plumbing issues down the line. Very friendly and patient throughout. *** performed an additional check of the sewer drain valve outside my house and thank god he did - found that the deain line wasnt graded properly when the house was built in ***, and within a short time waste would be backing up into my house! TECertified Electrician William *** and his co worker, Dakota *** did an outstanding job for us. They replaced a low voltage electric system, after it had been destroyed by electrical surges due to Hurricane Zeta. Everything they did is an improvement over what was there originally. They were professional, efficient and kind. They even helped us with some other issues not related to the storm. A great experience!
Their price estimate to repair the damage was fair and was immediately accepted by our insurance company. We will call them again, if the need arises and will definitely recommend them highly. *** &

Our son recently purchased an older home that needed lots of updates. We schedule TE Electric to come out. I cannot say enough about our electrician and the company itself and I am really picky! From start to finish, they were very professional, sent reminders, made calls to update us, etc. Our electrician, Tim Rollins, was amazing. He took his time looking at everything that needed to be done, he provided us options when options were available, and was very thorough and easy to understand as he went through each item. His knowledge and skills as a electrician were superb. We would not hesitate to use them again. We will most likely use their plumbing and HVAC services as well.

Homeowner of 20+ years and have never received this level of customer service & friendly professionalism. For this last need (electrical), I woke up to a tripped circuit. I immediately requested a service call (through their easy-to-use website/booking module) and got a callback almost immediately. Not only that, but they actually had an opening earlier than the suggested time window. Its very rare to have this type of communication.As for the work, *** was courteous, professional, fast, yet thorough. He walked me through the solutions and even pointed out some things we can work on to help keep our home up to code. I cant recommend TE Certified and their crew (including *** for electrical needs) enough.

Yesterday evening around 10:30 p.m. the main water line in our front yard burst ! We immediately called TE Certified and their 24 hour dispatch made it a priority to schedule the first available plumber to help us get things back to normal. Jesse was the technician that was sent to our home. He immediately identified the problem and in a short time had the plumbing repaired and working again. Beyond just being professional, on-time, and giving us an up-front estimate prior to completing work, TE has always gone above and beyond taking care of even the little things that I sometimes don't think about like sending at text notification and calling prior to their arrival. They just seem to do business the right way. I'm a big fan!

The first thing I love is that they schedule you (quickly) for a free quote and also schedule time in for the technician to complete the work the day they give you the quote if you so choose! So convenient.

I got multiple reminders and heads ups about the appointment. Isaac arrived right on time, was pleasant, helpful, and so accommodating. He walked me through the whole quote and what to expect, let me know when he would be having to use tools and make noise (so as not to spook me or the cat), and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even looked at another unexpected electrical issue that had popped up since I scheduled for the quote and took photos/gave me an estimate to come back and complete that work if I was interested.

I had the pleasure of meeting *** today when he came to our home to do an estimate *** was on time and he introduced himself very respectfully and welcome demeanor. He listened tentatively and took notes. He physically checkered all the appliances to the main board and did a load calculation to determine some options. At no time was he condescending or used scare tactics to try and have me spend more. He was very patient and explained options at different price points. *** was very thorough and extremely professional. After doing his review he gave me quotes that where in line with the job. I work with the trades so my perspective comes with some experience. I always know what they will say before hand and keep quiet to see if I am getting a fair deal. *** had some great suggestions and a work plan that evolves with my budget. Great guy great company.

Basement bathroom drainage wasn't working. Evacutor pump was burned out. Scheduled TE Certified to come out to repair. I recieved email and text notification confirmation, email and text notification appointment reminders, a phone call the day of letting me know that the tech would be arriving near the earlier part of the appointment window, a text message with the tech's photo and name, a phone call from the tech himself as he was about 15 minutes out. Tech Jesse was competent, professional, patiently waited while I was on a work call when needing to communicate. I was informed of the cost of the repairs prior to work being completed, was also given options about other possible issues that could also be resolved related to the plumbing. ​ There was a minor billing issue that required a call in to the main location to resolve, was resolved by a very kind and also competent and professional Felicia. We made sure to jot them down for any future needs. Overall great experience.

I was going through some plumbing and pipes issues and made the mistake of going with the cheapest person. After that mistake I took a long time to review multiple companies and I felt confident with TE Certified. Im so happy I used them for fixing the mistakes and resolving other issues. I had several different plumbing issues and in the first visit they were able to give me a quote for each project. I did the bigger project that day and I was so pleased at how transparent they were with pricing and explaining everything. They cleaned everything *** in the kitchen after they were done and showed me the before and after pictures. Super professional. Unfortunately I cant remember the names of the 2 employees. The second project in the kitchen was just as smooth! *** was my technician and he worked quickly and efficiently. His upbeat attitude in explaining the different brands of plumbing fixtures was extremely helpful. I will continue to use and refer TE Certified to everyone I know. They can be trusted.

I have had two excellent experiences with TE Certified Electricians. I first called them out based on a neighbor's recommendation. We needed to have a circuit breaker replaced. Adam S. did a great job of explaining the problem and how he would fix it. We have an old home, and I had some worries about some of the "creative" wiring I have noticed over the years. Adam did a full review of our panel, gave us three options, and we called them back to do a full restoration of our panel and correctly label the circuits, as well as install a surge protector. Adam was great at preparing us for how the day would go. It took just the amount of time he said it would, Adam did a great job, was so knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk with. He also went above and beyond in trying to help me with my internet connection after we powered up again. I can't speak highly enough of his expertise and great customer service. I will use TE again. I am sure all of their electricians are great, but I will request Adam again. Keep up the good work, Adam and TE! Stacie W.

Up until today, I've had pretty good luck with TE Certified. I hired the company to do the *** electrical and plumbing for my basement finishing project. TE was a bit higher in price than the other contractors I received quotes from, but based on the research I'd done the company had a solid reputation overall. Today an *** technician came out to do the semi-annual servicing on my system. I also renewed the annual maintenance plan I had with TE. The technician, in addition to the regular maintenance, left us seven estimates totaling a little over $6,400 of work. This took me and my wife by surprise, as we've been on the maintenance plan with TE for 2 years and none of the *** technicians had ever mentioned to us anything about these 7 new service items. In fact, I recently spent over $2,000 with TE to replace a defective coil that had made our upstairs cooling system inoperable. That technician never recommended, or even mentioned, that we needed another $6,400 of work to be done to our *** systems. I've asked for a refund of the money I paid today to renew my maintenance plan, as I've decided to reach out to other *** companies to get quotes.
