I had TCH Plumbing come to my house to fix a plumbing problem
I had TCH Plumbing come to my house to fix a plumbing problem. They did a good job and everything seemed fine. But then, a few days later, I saw that they charged me twice - once for the service I received (which I had the receipt for) and another charge for $975 that I didn't authorize! I was so mad that I called the bank right away to dispute the second charge. It's really frustrating that they can't handle credit card information properly or keep their accounting straight.
