Taylor Morrison review: Water Intrusion Taylor Morrison's lack of concern

I moved into to Azario on December 22, 2021 with a long punch list of items to get done. My Project Manager quit the day after I closed. When I get heavy rains water comes into my home through the front bedroom and front door. I reported this to my 3rd warranty person within 9 months of me living here. It is documented in an email within my warranty period. I am just one over 20 plus homeowners having the same issue. Here it is 1 1/2 years later and Taylor Morrison is trying to say it wasn't reported during my warranty period and that I am responsible as it is homeowner maintenance. During our review, we found significant deterioration of caulking and cracks/penetrations in the stucco. Also, signs point to water entering from the front door and seeping under the baseboard into the affected room. Those items are in line with regular maintenance that should be performed on the home to maintain the integrity of sealant throughout the home. This has been determined to be the most likely point of entry and can easily result in water intrusion to the extent observed. Please also keep in mind that in reviewing previous claim submissions during the warranty period, there were no reported issues of water intrusion. This, combined with observations, as well as the two named storms we’ve experienced after the home closed lead to the conclusion that this is not an issue of construction or warranty, rather homeowner maintenance.

This problem took place within my first 9 months living in my home and they are trying to tell me it's homeowner maintenance. It's more like poor construction quality by Taylor Morrison. There are so many unhappy homeowners due to the lack of follow up and response from Taylor Morrison.
