Tax Rise review: I'm complaining about a service we agreed on and you didn't render

In March 2020 I hire tax rise to handle an audit that the IRS notified me about through a letter. Paid $500 for a tax investigation. After that before opening my case I was told it would be $4,200 more to handle that audit all those taxes which I was audited to 2008 to at that time present time. In the three years and 7 months. My first case manager put together and offer in charge which was for two reduced $15,000 to $100. The last I was told from her before she was either terminated or fired that it was with the tax attorneys being reviewed. After her leaving I was given another case manager who wasn't familiar with my case at all and informed me he would check on the offering charge. Shortly he was dismissed or quit then I was given another case manager I only had him a few months or so and was unable to contact him though I tried many times the only thing I ever got out of him was nothing. He was dismissed or quit no longer with the company so I got another one case manager. Now she also knew nothing about my case. She informed me that I was getting a pension from the military which is not true I am on disability I started disability shortly after I got with this company. Okay we got all that straightened out now I had tax rise do my 20/20 and 2021 taxes. 21 taxes I ended up owing $3,200 or so now that this brings us to August of 23. I found out nothing from anyone that was all of this time and was asked to send in with each manager my financial statements for my bank several other things I got the complete run around and delay tactics. At the first of this August they came up with a final resolution which only included my 2021 taxes. Nothing else nothing about the audit nothing. Then they close my case. Upon calling them so far I have had absolutely no luck it didn't anybody to answer my questions about this problem with them it's either we'll call you back in 24 to 48 hours and they never call me back or when I call I can't talk to anybody I no longer have a case manager so I can't talk to her and the jerk that did the final resolution I can't talk to him either he won't answer his phone they shuffle me off to someone else each time that knows nothing about it. Now I hired them in the beginning to take care of my audit they never did it. I made regularly scheduled payments this entire time until it was paid off in full. I also paid them to do the 20 and 21 taxes and that was paid for. It seems to me that when I pay them off they didn't want to do anything for me and the entire time I felt like they were only after my money and had no real concern for me at all which my taxes are my life. I want a full refund of my money because they didn't render the services that I required them to do and their customer service is unbelievably not helpful in any respect. If you call them all they do is put you on hold and then get back on the phone and tell you they've got to research and that they will call you back and they never do. I've never seen a company run this way. I can't believe it took 30 days in August to work up a final resolution that only included 2021 taxes and it states that in the letter now the IRS has already accepted that they never informed me they were going to do that until it was already done then they closed my case like they were finished how was that the only thing I asked him to do when I hired them to do when I hire them in March of 2020? My 21 taxes haven't even occurred at that time. When I asked about the offer and compromise which I have a copy of I get the complete runaround I've got to check on that I don't know about that just millions of excuses and then no answers. I want my money back and I'm seeking attorneys to find out what I can do legally in civil matters criminal matters whatever I want my money back I deserve it back you did nothing for me and I want my money back and I'm tired of the runaround I will be filing a civil suit just as soon as I can with no resolution to this by taxrise. You absolutely did not do what I hired you to do and you only filed a resolution for one tax year it does not cover any other year nor does it state it in the letter. That wasn't even what I wanted it literally is a temporary fix that can only last up to 2 years then you have to refile for it it doesn't work for me I am a veteran who serve time for this country I deserve better treatment than this and I'm going to demand it I want my money back
