I paid money to get a reward for Chief Almighty. I got no amount of the reward I was given to reach certain levels. I noticed that it was strange that I spent $10 for the growth fund, and I still got no reward, so I decided to contact support about this issue. They decided to tell me they couldn't help me until I gave them the receipt. I showed them my receipt, and they denied helping me telling me my receipt was incorrect when it was indeed the receipt that was given to me from the game. I've been running in circles with them for seven days. They refuse to let me talk to anyone else, and they have started gaslighting and refusing to listen to what I am telling them. I didn't give up, they have resorted to gaslighting me more and having me repeat everything I've stated to them. I honestly think they believe it's funny and fun to waste people's time with money. I wouldn't recommend using their support team for anything. They are entirely useless; they will talk you into circles and do nothing else. I have never felt so disrespected talking to customer support. It would have saved so much time if they had just said that I wouldn't get my reward, but they refuse to do that; they want me to stop responding. I am currently waiting to rate their awful customer support service.

Desired outcome: Stop putting up rewards that you aren't going to give out.

Ohhh man, they will do anything possible to avoid actually helping someone. I'm almost convinced tapjoy hires failed scammers for their tech support staff. That's how bad the scripts, attention span, and demeanor are. DO NOT spend money on a tapjoy offer.

Hello, please contact Design Home and complain about it. I am doing the same. I hope that if many of us do it, they will do something. What is happening with tapjoy is dishonest, that should not be acceptable.

Already did. You have to complain to be kicked to an actual person. I have confirmed the initial report is just handed over to an automated system and not actually reviewed by a person. The bot used to assess is only given access to any new shifts in reward timers, not the ones that people are currently on. I just stopped playing this game because it seems tapjoy really has no cares about how their automated system is flawed.

Trust me, I have been complaining to them forever. It's why I came here.

It seems I'm not the only one having this issue. This company's a joke. I hope Design homes gets a different company.
