I am filing a formal complaint against this location and several of its employment practices violations. I have two minor children who worked at this location for a year or more. I have made attempts to satisfy these issues with management and have not been heard. I my children were forced to resign from their positions due to a hostile work environment that was not addressed. Among these violations include criminal charges that have been filed against a current employee who still holds his position at this location. The violations that still remain unaddressed include discrimination, sexual harassment, verbal harassment, child labor violations, threatening and abusive behavior and conduct, release of personal information to customers by employees, drug use and distribution onsite etc. I have been forced to contact an Employment Practices Attorney, Santa Rosa Sherriff's Department, EEOC and US Department of Labor due to the fact that management refuses to communicate with me regarding this misconduct with my minor children. During the initial meeting this morning Gail was asked to discontinue speaking with my daughter as she was continuing to tell her she was unable to have a voice regarding these matters. She continued to speak with my minor child against my wishes. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism in handling these situations.
