Survey Junkie review: redemption of earned points

I am trying to redeem earned points worth $18.09. I keep getting a message that my account needs to be varified and that I must leave a valid telephone number for one of their member support people to call me at. I have done this and received several emails saying that support is on the way. It hasn't come. Not once have they tried to call. Withholding earned points from being redeemed for money promised is illegal! This needs to be corrected today.
