I ordered a big ol' 4 pound bag of nuts from Superior Nut Store for my Christmas gift-giving. I was pretty stoked when they showed up at my door in no time flat. But when I opened the envelope they came in, I was pretty bummed to see that half of the nuts were all smashed up and there was even a slice in the bag! I was like, "What the heck, man?!" So I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send me a replacement bag. But here we are in December and I still haven't gotten my new nuts. And to make matters worse, customer service isn't even responding to me anymore! I don't know if I'm gonna get my nuts in time for Christmas, but I do know one thing - I ain't using this company again.
