Suntria If I could give them less I would

Predatory like no other. I’m here in Oklahoma. I heard them out and signed an initial document. They said they wouldn’t charge me until they got my okay after the designs and before permitting. I and tried canceling but it was during a holiday. No one reached out I started getting emails two weeks later of permits going through and such. Never was contacted by rep. They’re trying to charge me over $3K for a system they never installed and for Labor they never did. A scam don’t even give them the time of day. They don’t even try and rectify anything. Go with any other company shot even Vivint is better. Try ion solar, Avvio, or Solar Power

Recommendation: Do not sign the initial agreement, if you do just cancel the next day and give yourself more time to think. Email the company email and request a call. Never tell them you’re going with another company they will be hard. Afterwards block them

I got a great price on my solar system for my home. Premier customer designed the system to fit my needs and did a great job installing it. Premier fulfilled all my requirements without any hassle (and I had several). I highly recommend these guys!

I gotta say, I scored a sweet deal on my solar system from Suntria. The Premier customer, they really knew their stuff and designed the system just right for my needs. And let me tell ya, they did a bang-up job installing it too. They didn't give me any trouble at all, even though I had a bunch of requirements. These guys are top-notch, I totally vouch for 'em!

Suntria is a total scam, targeting vulnerable elderly folks! They showed up at my dad's place, who's a spry 83-year-old, and tried to sell him unnecessary solar panels. Can you believe they actually went inside his house, dragged him to his office, and forced him to sign a digital contract on his computer? How dumb can this company be? Do they really think an 83-year-old man will be able to handle a 25-year loan? Shake my head! These people need to stop preying on the innocent and acting like greedy pigs!

NEGATIVE 10 STARS! I hate this company! The Suntria needs to take a customer service class. They installed panels on my roof and it's leaking from one of the footings. They will not own up to the repair stating they installed the panels correctly and they are not liable. I wouldn't have a leak in my roof if they didn't put a whole in it and do a good job of sealing it up correctly.! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... EVER! YOU WILL END UP IN A BAD SITUATION!

So, this company Suntria contacted us and asked if they could check out our solar system that was put in by the last company. The guy who came over was really nice. Me and my husband even went to this event where they talked about how they're making things better for older customers. It made us feel good to know that they're doing that. Now we're thinking about getting our solar system upgraded with Suntria. It was a real eye-opener and made us feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Suntria OMG, let me tell you about this company called Suntria

OMG, let me tell you about this company called Suntria. It was a total nightmare, I swear! It took them like forever, I mean a whopping 7 months, to finally get my mom's solar panels installed. Can you believe that? And guess what? They didn't even bother to let us know when they couldn't make it to the appointments. Like, seriously? Who does that? And when we tried to reschedule, they didn't show up again! I had to keep bugging them non-stop to get things moving.

But wait, it gets even worse! After all that hassle, guess what happened? We got hit with an HOA violation because these guys at Suntria didn't bother to submit the panels for approval. Can you believe the audacity? It's like they don't even care about following the rules. And to top it all off, they didn't even bother showing me how to log in to their fancy portal to check how much energy the panels were producing. I had to call them a million times just to get some help with that.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Suntria to my worst enemy. They are just a bunch of unreliable and careless folks. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

They put in my system over a year ago, and it ain't never been produced like they said it would. I had problems with Suntria from the get-go, and it's still going on. I got paperwork and stuff to back up what I'm saying. At first, their contract said the system would produce 'bout *** kW. Right now, it's only making 'bout *** kW. They said the *** kW was just an estimate, and *** kW is close enough, so I got 80% of what I paid for. They also said everything was working fine. But now, they ain't picking up the phone or calling back to fix customer problems. I reckon they're in trouble 'cause their Contractors License got suspended on 3/23/2022. I guess that's why they ain't answering or calling back.

Woulda been (-)) minus if possible! The worst company I ever dealt with. At 73 years old I dealt with many thousands of companies. Left many messages with ***, etc. they never get back to me. I'm outta many $$$$$s (thousands) for a system that ain't complete. With the pandemic, there was a supply problem with supply. However, they had my two (2) Tesla batteries for over six (6) months. APS was supposed to do a POWER KILL on July 13th. Suntria workers came out at 7:00am and dug around my electric panel. Suntria also canceled POWER KILL at 8:00am per APS. Now it's August 15th and I got a HOLE around the panel during monsoon season. A hole in the side of my home! NOT A RESPONSIBLE COMPANY. DON'T USE!

I hired Suntria to take off and then put back my solar panels in summer 2019 'cause I needed a new roof. When they put 'em back, they didn't connect the system right. I didn't find out 'bout this 'til our local energy company told me that the panels didn't make any electricity from the time they put 'em back 'til November . It took 'em three months to finally connect the system again. They right away promised to pay me back for the power I lost, but three months later they ignored all my messages. Later that year, I took 'em to small claims court and won 'cause they didn't respond to my demand letter and stayed quiet after the court made a decision 'cause they didn't show up. But now, makin' 'em follow the court's decision will cost me more than what I'm askin' for. This company don't really care 'bout customer service like they say they do. They only pay attention to the good reviews from customers who didn't have any problems, and they ignore us who need 'em to fix the damage they caused. The ComplaintsBoard.com rating is too high and probably based on just a few good reviews while they ignore or brush off unhappy customers who don't keep pushin' for a solution. It's a smart way to market themselves by ignorin' complaints and only showin' off the good stuff.

Suntria They don't live up to the contract agreement

They don't live up to the contract agreement. The contract says they pay the electric bill if they don't finish the contract. I started with this company in October . They put 34 panels on my roof on December 29 (so we could qualify for the tax credit). It took them over 6 months to get the panels working. We bought 2 Tesla batteries and Suntria received full payment for the project before January 15. We never received the batteries, so the contract was rewritten in June and the panels were connected. My July electric bill was $198. I submitted the bills for reimbursement. After another 30 days, I received a reimbursement check that was torn in half by hand (not by a machine). The check was sent to me in a half envelope with a plastic sleeve that said "this was received like this" by the post office. When we complained about the high electric bill, they sent a technician after two weeks who told us that some wires got crossed. My August bill was still almost $125. We tried begging, screaming, and threatening legal action, but they didn't care. They already got all their money and moved on to the next unsuspecting customer. Please don't let that be you. Save yourself, it's too late for us. If any of you know a lawyer who works on commission, I'll gladly give them 75% of whatever they can get from this dishonest company. Suntria provides the worst customer service possible and won't even treat you right before they cheat you.

Suntria I would give this company zero stars if I could

I would give this company zero stars if I could. The sales person at the beginning was helpful and told me all about the process and design. They also explained the rebates and tax incentives. But once we signed the contract, the problems started. The solar panels didn't arrive on time, so the installation was delayed by 2 days. When they finally arrived, I had to help the delivery driver unload them. Then, the installers didn't have all the materials they needed, so that caused another 2-day delay. They did compensate me for the week I had to take off work, but that's not the main issue. The wiring was also done wrong, so my app couldn't record my production correctly. They had to come back and fix it. About 9 months later, a solar panel blew off my roof and destroyed my BBQ island. The company offered compensation and an extended warranty, but the repeated problems were really concerning. The latest issue is the lack of communication and refusal to help me with the SGIP rebate. I've been in contact with the company for 9 months trying to get this rebate sorted out. The sales person promised to help, but I've talked to the VP of Operations and two other women, and none of them have addressed the issue. I've been emailing them since April , and the last email I got from one of them was in September, saying they would get back to me the next Tuesday. I've sent them 3 emails every month for the past 4 months, but still no response.

Review:
Suntria is a pretty cool website. They got all sorts of stuff for your home and garden. I was lookin' for some new outdoor furniture and stumbled upon their site. Let me tell ya, they got a wide selection of chairs, tables, and even hammocks. I ended up gettin' a nice patio set that fits perfectly on my deck. The quality is top-notch too, none of that cheap stuff you find at other places.

The website itself is easy to navigate. I ain't the most tech-savvy person, but I had no trouble findin' what I needed. The pictures are clear and they give ya all the details about each product. Plus, they offer free shipping on orders over $50, which is a nice bonus.

I gotta give a shoutout to their customer service team too. I had a question about the delivery time and they got back to me real quick. They were friendly and helpful, which is always a plus in my book.

Overall, I'm real happy with my experience with Suntria. If you're lookin' for some quality outdoor furniture, I definitely recommend checkin' out their website. You won't be disappointed.

Suntria I got solar put on my roof

I got solar put on my roof. It took way longer than expected but that's not the complaint. They haven't shown up when scheduled to finish the job twice now. They're supposed to "map" my array so I can see if there's ever a problem with any individual panel. All I get is excuse after excuse on why it hasn't been done yet. I've paid for a service and Suntria hasn't completed that service.

We got our solar panels in August 2022, but it's already November 30th and they still ain't connected and working! Can you believe it? And guess what? They want us to start paying for them! Like seriously, how can we pay for something that ain't even hooked up? It's a total joke trying to get in touch with the salesperson who convinced us to get these panels or anyone at the corporate office. This whole thing is just plain ridiculous, especially for folks like us who have disabled folks living with us. I wouldn't recommend this so-called business to anyone, no way!

The guy who sold me the solar panels said they'd have critter guard on 'em. We talked about it a few times 'cause I was worried 'bout birds. I reached out to the project manager, ***, but he never got back to me. I ain't too thrilled 'bout the conduit on the roof 'cause it looks all messy and crooked. The drop ain't level and it's 'bout half an inch off over a 45-inch drop. Might not be a big deal, but it looks awful to me. I ain't signed nothin' sayin' I'm happy with the job.

Suntria was advertised as being able to achieve energy independence at 104% with the selected number of panels. However, it turns out that we are only able to reach a maximum of 50% energy independence, and they clarified that this was only during daylight hours. Before making the purchase, we asked the sales team if this percentage meant that we would likely not receive an energy bill, but it seems that was not the case.

The installation process was supposed to be completed in just 2 days, but it ended up taking a total of 2 months with 18 days of workers being onsite. To make matters worse, the lead electrician was fired due to incorrect wiring. Additionally, the main crew working on the installation changed on a daily basis, which caused further delays and confusion.

After a failed inspection, work resumed without any prior notice or communication from Suntria. Trying to get in touch with them has been a challenge, as their communication is sporadic at best.

I started the process of buying solar power from Suntria on July 1, 2022. They explained things to me and offered me stuff that turned out to be false. They said things would be done a certain way, but that didn't happen. I tried to sort it out with them directly, but no luck. I emailed them on November 1, 2022, asking for a manager to contact me about my concerns and problems. After waiting for a long time, they finally got back to me and we talked about the false things they sold me. I tried reaching out to the salesperson and local manager, but nothing got resolved. I want to settle these false issues before I think about getting a lawyer involved.

We bought our solar panels from Premier Solar Solutions in June . They said we could move them to our new home if we wanted. We're planning to move in March . We've been trying to reach Premier Solar Solutions for about 2 weeks. Every time we call, they transfer us to their services department and we have to leave a voicemail. They haven't returned any of our voicemails. We want to transfer our solar panels to our new home, but we can't talk to anyone from Premier Solar Solutions about it. We feel like we've been scammed and lost the money we paid for the solar panels. Please help us fix this problem soon. Thanks.

Me and my hubby met up with this sales dude from Suntria on 5/21/22 and we signed this contract, right? He told us our solar panel loan would only be $160 a month and we'd have super low fees for our electric bills 'cause we were supposed to be like 104% energy independent. So, we waited like 7 whole weeks for the installation process to be done and we got 2 electric bills since then. The latest one was over $100, on top of our $160 solar panel loan bill. We feel totally tricked, man! I've been calling and emailing Suntria like crazy to cancel our contract, but they keep leading me to dead ends. This Project Manager lady, she never updates me through email. She told me to call the sales rep to cancel, but he never picks up or calls back. Me and my hubby just wanna cancel the contract and get these panels removed 'cause nothing's going as they promised, you know?

Suntria I gotta talk about Suntria, man

I gotta talk about Suntria, man. So, get this, I didn't even know they were based in Arizona until I already paid my down payment. And let me tell ya, when they delivered the supplies to my garage, they straight up scratched my epoxy floor, bro. And get this, they never bothered to fix it, even after I complained. Can you believe that?

But wait, it gets worse. The system they installed wasn't producing the energy they promised. Like, it was barely working at all. Then this independent contractor calls me up and tells me my system is almost dead. He comes over and fixes part of it, but then he straight up lies to me about my battery backup system. He tells me he's waiting on Suntria to send another tech from Arizona to help him out, but that was like two months ago, man. I ain't heard nothing since.

So, I decide to talk to this field manager on 10/27, right? And she tells me they never properly "mapped" my system, so she can't even figure out what's wrong with it. She says she'll call me back by noon the next day, 10/28, but guess what? She never does, bro. I try calling her back on her cellphone, but it says it's disconnected. What a joke!

And get this, they promised me a $1,600 rebate on my battery, dude. I've asked about it so many times, but they haven't refunded me a single penny. The field manager said she'd look into reimbursing me for the energy I should've been producing and give me a refund, but she hasn't gotten back to me at all. Can you believe the audacity?

Oh, and get this, the guy who sold me the unit got fired after they decided to stop selling solar in ***. Man, I wish I never bought this solar from Suntria. I want my money back, and I want these panels off my roof, pronto!

I bought solar panels from a top solar company, but Suntria solar company manages them. Our solar panels stopped working on 01/13/2022 and don't give any readings. We've called multiple times to get them fixed, but they keep saying there's no one in the area to help. We contacted *** at *** and called our loan provider, GoodLeap, at ***. We've been going back and forth with the company, calling them multiple times a week, but they refuse to assist. The solar panels are still under warranty, and they say they can fix them, but they're not nearby. Every time we talk to someone from the solar panel company, they say there are no technicians available in the area and promise to call us back to schedule service, but they never do. It's been a month, and we haven't heard anything or received any help to service the solar panels. We're stuck paying a loan for panels that don't work and our electric *** has gone up. To make matters worse, the company sent me a solicitation for another loan instead of responding to my emails about finding a solution. It's just my elderly mother and me living here on a fixed income. We can't afford to pay extra for utilities, even though the company promised to lower our electric ***. We even asked for help in delaying the payment since the panels aren't working and our electric *** has increased, but the company refused and said there's nothing they can do. We just need help fixing the situation and getting the company to service our solar panels like they promised.

I started the process of getting Solar Panels put on my house 'cause of the winter storm we had. This all started in October. It's now mid-June and they still can't seem to fix the problem. They've taken up my time... messed up my internet twice... forgot to tell me that after 90 days, I gotta start making payments on the solar panels... this is just not fair. I've been understanding and patient. I've given them time to fix it right. They said it should be fixed by now, but I got my power bill from *** and it's $238.54. On top of that, I gotta pay $217.00 for the panels. They told me my bill should be less than $50... if anything. Enphase came out to my house last week and said the whole system was set up wrong. They even drilled holes on the side of my house to set up their equipment, but it was wired backwards according to Enphase *** addition. The backup battery is in my garage and they told me it works off Bluetooth and can't go through walls... so it's basically useless. This is a $70K loan. I haven't gotten any benefit from this whole process except for them paying my utility bills from March to ***. I talked to the Suntria Manager and he said he's been trying to get the costs approved but it's been tough lately. It's been 8 MONTHS! And they still can't get it right. If I ask for a call back, especially in this situation... I should get one without fail. When I call the office... I shouldn't have the manager telling me my system is fine. They don't know what they're doing and it's not right for them to ignore the situation. I shouldn't have to do this. I'm gonna spread the word everywhere. I'll put it all over the news. I'll put it all over ***. People need to know how I've been treated. They can't just stay silent and hope I go away. Corporate should've reached out to me already 'cause I asked for it. But no...
