I have been trying to get in touch with Sunsetter and ther phone is always busy. I think there is something wrong with the line. My awning will not stay out. It keeps rolling in after about a half hour. No wind and still rolls in. I have replaced battery in the remote and I had a electrician change the outside plug. It has to be the sensor. I took it apart and there is nothing I can do with it. I think I need a new sensor. I can not get in touch with anyonel. I called a place in North Andover and they want to charge me $375 to send someone out. I can change the sensor. Not necessary to send someone out. Can you help me contact someone from the company?
