Three years ago I signed up with sunrun to put panels on my garage & house I was to pay about $192. Per month for 25 years. When it came time to install the panels I was told my roof on the house was too steep & they could only do the garage. I thought my monthly payment would go down but it never changed. After about 12 months I received an electric bill from pg&e for over $2,000. Then in the second year I noticed that for the last 3 months the panels were only producing 1 to 2 kilowatts a month instead of 300 + kilowatts. After many phone calls the unit was fixed 4 months later but in the meantime pg&e sent me a new bill for over $3,000.

In 2023 a sunrun sales representative called a number of times telling me that california had a free installation program and they could now install the panels on the roof. I told them I was not spending any more money but the sales rep. Assured me there was no cost. Thinking I would no longer get outrages bills from pg&e I agreed.

I am now getting calls from sunrun everyday saying i'm 3 months late on my bill. Apparently I have a second bill for $186.41 for the panels on my house.

So now I owe $192 plus $186.41 every month for the next 25 years, that's $113,523. Had I had known I would have never added the panels.

Desired outcome: I would like to know what my options are, I would like to find out how much to get out of the contract, pay for the panels or even have the panels removed. Please replyThank you
