On December 28, we bought a car from Sunny King Ford. Unfortunately, within a week, we noticed a problem where the car would sway into oncoming traffic. We contacted them about it, but they didn't do anything. The problem got worse, and now the car needs a new transmission. To make matters worse, a lady at the dealership ran my and my sister's credit 35 times each. I have all the letters to prove it. We've asked them to help us get into a safer car, but we haven't gotten anywhere. We're paying over $400 a month for a car that just sits in our driveway.
