Suncoast Property Management Past due

I was informed for months that a Manger would be calling me about charges. Some of the charges are for No freon in the a/c which could have been not done when the last tenant moved out but they are charging me for it. Then the pipes in the master bathroom had to be replaced again nothing I did wrong. Now I'm being charged 450.00 in late fees even though I have been calling and emailing and to no avail NO ONE has tried to assist or call back. I have attached where I was told they would be looking into and then taking off the late fees. This is by far the craziest thing I've been through my rent has never been late and I should not be charged.

a tree from the house next door to me a 7523 Canaveral rd Jax fl 32210 mangemange by SunCoast reality has fallen in my yard due to a storm on Dec 24, 2020, Christmas eve. I have made 2 attempts to contact SunCoast about the problem and have never received word back, the people who rent the house from Suncoast also called twice to report the problem, Suncoast will not return my calls about the problem and the tree is still there. I would like them to remove the tree from my yard and clean up the mess.

Suncoast Property Management I began looking at rental properties the end of April beginning of May after giving my 60day notice, Suncoast had a rental in Palm Coast

I began looking at rental properties the end of April beginning of May after giving my 60day notice, Suncoast had a rental in Palm Coast. I filled out their application of $65 per person and sent them all of my personal information via email. They never called me nor did they ever answer their phones, communication was totally through email, which took them for ever. I finally got to do a walk through of the rental about a month later. They had received all the documentation they needed SEVERAL times by email and fax but kept telling me one thing or another was missing. I made several attempts to contact them via phone and email no response at all. I'm glad I only lost $130 dollars of my money I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Very unprofessional!

Suncoast Property Management has owed me money now for months. I am requesting prompt refund by Suncoast Property Management to me of the deposit for my rental property in the amount of $2,350.00 to my home address that I paid out of pocket as part of the closing costs when this property was sold on 2/10. For months this company has been unresponsive, put me off, and delayed in this matter. Most recently, they told me that the check was mailed and that I need to wait 3 weeks for the check to get from Florida to California. I was told that if the check did not arrive at that point, they would cancel the check and overnight me a new one with tracking. When I informed them that the check never arrived after 3 weeks, I did not get a response until I followed up repeatedly. I still do not have any resolution or response from Suncaost. I am happy to provide entire email correspondence as evidence. Suncoast held the rental deposit of $2,350.00 when the tenant for the property (138 West 23
