I ordered a wig from Sunber on March 15th and I still haven't received it yet. I'm pretty disappointed with the service and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. My birthday is coming up soon and I was really hoping to have my new wig by then, but it looks like that's not going to happen. I'm not sure what's going on with their shipping, but it's definitely not very reliable. I've tried reaching out to their customer service team, but I haven't gotten a response yet. Overall, I'm pretty frustrated with the whole experience.

So, I bought a wig from Sunber and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with it. They advertised it as a full front lace wig, but it only had one patch of lace by the forehead. I mean, come on, I spent a good amount of money on this and it's not even what they said it was. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

I recently bought a wig from Sunber Hair, the Water Wave brown wig, back in September. I was really excited to wear it for my sister's wedding, which is happening tomorrow. I washed and conditioned the wig to make sure it was ready for the big day. But when I took it out of the package, it was a complete disaster. The hair was all matted, tangled, and just looked horrible. I spent almost $300 on this wig and it's completely unusable.

To make matters worse, I found out that the parent company is based in Hong Kong. I'm pretty sure that this wig is made from animal hair, not human hair. It's just pathetic that they would sell something like this and charge so much money for it.

I tried emailing them to see if I could get a refund or exchange, but I never received a reply. It's just really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Sunber Hair.

This company is a total rip-off, I'm telling you.

I was really excited to get my hands on a 20" kinky curly wig from Sunber, but boy was I disappointed when it arrived. The roots were thick and full, but the ends looked like they had been through a warzone. I tried to style it, but it just wouldn't cooperate.

I decided to email Sunber to let them know that I wasn't happy with what I received. I mean, what I got looked nothing like what they had advertised on their website. I even made sure to tell them that I hadn't cut or altered the wig or the lace in any way.

But guess what? They told me to keep the wig, even though I clearly stated that I didn't want it and just wanted my money back. They gave me all sorts of excuses, but it was clear that they didn't care about my satisfaction.

I kept telling them that I didn't want the wig, but they only offered me a measly $10 refund after three whole days of back and forth. Can you believe that?

So, let me save you the trouble and tell you not to waste your money on Sunber. Trust me, you'll regret it.
