On Sept. 1st, I was given a 30-day statutory notice and, my lease was terminated for a bush was deemed too tall, a hedge that is a natural that I guess was too high even though it is only 3 feet high, and a thorny cactus plant that My guess they deemed overgrown. I cut back the bush, removed the hedge, laid down 12 bags of mulch, and have removed weeds from a cactus plant. After doing so, I emailed the office with pictures of the before and after and asked for a reinspection. I left my number and asked what else you needed to do to stop this process. 8 days later, 9/16, no response was given. I have gone into the office numerous times & told the reception person I am working on the matter as much as I am able before the eviction notice

I find this un-professional the lack of communication since many residents have problems getting help. On August 8th, I had a tree company remove trees & do palm trees at a cost of $400.00 I bought a pole saw for 150.00 and cut back what I could. These actions showed I did not ignore the issue, and was working on resolving the matter. My estimate is there are 50 to 75 places in here that do not meet their standards. I have talked to some & many of them haven't even received notices, some are trying to fix their issues, but as stated, good help is hard to find and, some are snow-birds

I have multiple neighbors willing to testify on my behalf, that I was and have been working on the issue. I also am now forced to hire an attorney and being forced to move would cause great hardship on me and my older pets. The manager never speaks to you directly and just threatens you with their lawyer's notice. I would think eviction would not be a good outcome for them either. I do have pictures that I can provide for you, but not in this format

Desired outcome: I prefer to stay in my home, I own it and may move it if need be. I'd rather sell it and find another location, since I am being unfairly targeted.Robert Brown
