We are coming up on a year of living here and I have so much to say. First off, I absolutely love my home, it was very beautifully designed and comfortable for our family. However, that’s about the only thing I like about this “community.” We moved in not knowing the water wasn’t drinkable. Sometimes the water that comes out of our pipes is dark brown, the office won’t give us updated water test information, only from years ago, but many of us have done at home water tests and we know it’s not drinkable. The park spent tons of money filling the pool and fixing the pool just for it break and not get approved. The water issue is the first of many problems. We don’t even have a decent playground or a clubhouse in general. Security and safety are a joke. Nothing gets handled correctly. The list goes on. With all this being said we get a letter in the mail that our rent is being raised? Are you kidding? We already pay $1600 dollars. That is a lot of money for a single parent who already worked full time and extra to make ends meet in today’s economy. I emailed the office and asked why we would have to pay extra, their reply is for improvements and to pay security and things like that. I just don’t understand. I’m upset with the place i live in, I’m embarrassed that i have even referred people that actually moved in here.. I’m embarrassed i wanted to buy this house, but really don’t want to now. It really sucks and we all deserve a lot better. This park needs to change.

Desired outcome: I’d like a response please
