The guys were awesome, they came on time, were super nice, and worked hard. They wrapped and packed all our stuff carefully. We moved so fast! I totally recommend them 100%!

We had a lot of furnitures to fit in a compact pod, and they made sure everything was secure and fit correctly. They did everything so professional and so efficient. I am so amazed at their impressive service. I highly recommend them!

Summit Van Lines was great! Conroy was on time and super nice. They got our stuff on the truck and to our new place right on schedule. They made our move a breeze. I wouldn't go with anyone else if I had to move again.

These guys were great. They had good service and an even better price. They got in and out as fast as possible and made sure not to waste any time. The actual move came out to be about 2/3 of the estimate because of their efficiency. I would highly recommend Summit van lines anytime you have to move. They take the stress out of moving. These guys are really professional, they always treat me honestly and respectfully. Their tools, trucks, and personnel are neat. Their packing materials kept my things intact and clean. Everything was loaded and unloaded carefully. Nothing got lost during the whole move and that's something that I really appreciate. I'll keep using Summit van lines in the future.

Summit van lines was super professional and spot on with the cost to move. They gave me a quote based on the number of guys and charged my card. The movers were really nice and professional and chill. The day after my move, they sent me an email saying they charged me too much by $350.00 and gave me my money back. Who does that? Not many companies I know. I totally recommend this company!

I'm really happy with there service. They made a stressful task so much easier. The foreman and his team were very helpful. They basically did all of it. Packing and wrapping was done flawlessly. I was happy to see that nothing was broken or missing. Efficient crew! They took the pressure of moving off me completely. And by the way the rates are better then the other movers. So, if you are looking for a professional mover, I highly recommend Summit Van Lines.

I was super impressed with Summit Van Lines, Inc. The office peeps and the movers were top-notch. They showed up at 8am and got right to work. This move made us nervous because we were moving across the country. But they really worked hard the entire time they were with us, never did they complain. The move took them 11 days and let me tell you no two guys have ever deserved a tip more than these guys. I am not easily impressed but you guys really did a great job. I have already told my friends, I will get you guys some business. I really appreciate you helping my family.

Summit van lines is amazing! They did three moves for me already. The first time, we didn't know them, but they packed everything like we were going far away! I said they could just throw it in the back, but they didn't. We have expensive art, but everything was transferred with no issues, even without crates (because it was only a couple miles)! I have NOTHING bad to say about them. That's why we hired them two more times for our office and a relative's apartment. When we move again, they're the ones we'll call.

DON'T GO WITH SUMMIT VAN LINES. I don't wanna be mean, but Summit Van Lines messed up my stuff, faked papers, and tried to scam my old man who's a senior. Plus, their driver was talking trash about Summit Van Lines. He was griping about how he tried to quit a bunch of times, but the company keeps throwing more cash at him. When he was unloading my things, he broke a bunch of my stuff and other people's things too 'cause he was ticked that they were in his way. They didn't even answer my emails after they cashed my check. And at the end, they make you sign a paper that says you can't say anything bad about the move. They'll give you 50 bucks to keep quiet.

I used Summit Van Lines for the second time and it was terrible! They threw away my granddaughter's bed, messed up my wood bed, 2 closets, a stone table, and broke a stone glass lamp. The movers came late and said I could file a claim. But what's the point? You send pictures, weights @.60/lb, and amounts, but they only offered $50? Are they serious? *** @ Summit in an email said she wasn't responsible, and the moving claims company said I needed to talk to Summit. The moving claims company only emails you and the manager at the moving company didn't even care about the issue. The owner of Summit *** doesn't respond either. After spending thousands of dollars to move, my items were lost/damaged, and no one at either company gives a ***. What a shame.

Bad experience, they left and our moving plans stopped. We lost $1,100. The movers were mean from the start. They didn't want to pack the kitchen, even though Summit Van Lines said they would. They disrespected my husband and me, saying they didn't have to do this or that. My husband is disabled and I'm injured, so we need help moving. We told Summit Van Lines this, but they didn't care. They found 2 small things they didn't like and wouldn't let us fix them. They lied to the dispatcher to put our things back in the house. They said we would lose everything and have to start over. They didn't let us check the truck. We cried when they left. They said they refunded our deposit, but we'll see. They're mean and we might sue them for hurting us and our money. Don't use them. Avoid this bad "moving company" at all costs.

Moving across states is quite a daunting task. My family, including four kids under the age of 10 had to move 1,200 miles. I really couldn't handle it all, and luckily once I hired Summit Van Lines, I didn't have to do much. They took care of all the packing for me, and they did it in such a timely fashion. As stressful as it was, they took the big worries away from me and just handled it. I'm so thankful I had these guys to make my move as easy as possible.

Summit Van Lines, Inc. ain't good. My furniture got messed up real bad, with big cuts and stuff missing from boxes. Some boxes even went missing altogether. And they broke a lot of my things. When I talked to their reps, they didn't wanna help me out. They wouldn't even tell me what to do. They said they'd send me some paperwork, but they never did. And when I talked to the boss, he said it wasn't his problem. He said some lady named Margot was in charge of customer service. But when I talked to her, she said she was too busy to help me out. She said she'd call me back, but she never did. Not even after I called her three times. I got pictures of everything that got messed up, except for the stuff that got stolen. I even got pictures of two things that weren't even mine.

Summit Van Lines, Inc. estimator said they'd wrap everything up tight, but they didn't. No shrink wrap, barely any blankets. No signed estimate, no bill of lading at loading. Stuff got messed up when they unloaded it from the truck to some other place at 4 am. They didn't tell us they'd be late, and then they were super late. We called and they said they'd make it right, but then the movers didn't show up until after 4:30 pm. They said they wouldn't stay overnight and threatened to take our stuff to storage instead of our house. When they reloaded the truck, it looked like a dump. Fragile boxes were crushed under heavy ones with no markings. Lots of furniture wasn't wrapped up. They threw table bases, outdoor furniture, leather, lamp shades, and more all together and damaged it. They delivered stuff to the wrong place, and most of the loading and unloading was in the dark. The workers were tired and rude. The delivery truck left a big oil stain in front of our house, but the business won't clean it up. They messed up our $4,000 mattress, our Serta queen size, our dressers, our Woodard furniture, our Pottery Barn headboard, and more. They delivered crystal tables without the glass tops, lamps without shades, and left tools and kitchen stuff at storage. The business owner won't talk to us and sent threatening letters. They won't give us any money back. We can't even tell how much damage was done to our stuff in storage because we can't get to it without unpacking everything. They gave us a bill of lading at 1:30 in the morning, but we didn't accept it. They broke the law.

Summit Van Lines messed up big time when they moved our stuff. They didn't tell us they were taking our things out of the truck and putting them on another one. When our stuff finally got to our new place in Minnesota, a lot of it was messed up. Our mattresses were ruined because they were tied to the outside of the truck and got wet. We had to throw them away and it cost us extra money. They also lost and broke a bunch of our other stuff, like our iMac, rugs, sofas, and more. They even stole some things, like our cash, iPad, and Nintendo Switch. When we told them how much it all cost, they only offered us $78! We had to pay over $17,000 to replace everything. Summit Van Lines admitted they messed up with the mattresses, but they didn't care about anything else. They didn't even try to make it right. Our kids were really upset because they lost their toys and things. We had to sleep on the floor because our beds were ruined. Summit Van Lines is a terrible company and we don't recommend them to anyone.
