They didn’t pay me after they sold my item! 8 months have already passed!
I have all the confirmation of my words in screenshots that I attached to this complaint. I also can provide the contact that I have with Style Tribute. My watches were sold 8 months ago and i haven’t seen any payment. They amount of money is 8000 SGD. They basically stole all the money from the sell of the watches. Sophie in the customer service and Shiva ( the owner) just keep promising to pay in 2 weeks each time I complain about the lack of payment, and it never happens. Once they even tried to make it seem that they sent me the money via bank transfer but it didn’t go through because it is an European bank account. Then I created a Singaporean bank account and they could not invent any excuses anymore so they just stopped answering at all. I am going to start a legal action against them soon. Now the only thing that Shiva writes to me is: Hi Kate. And then silence.

This company is a real joke.
I ordered several items from them, paid for an express shipping and got nothing.
Needless to say, I placed my order 2 months ago and there's still nothing.
They have a phone number for WhatsApp, so I wrote to them, my message was read, but was left as unanswered. Did anyone tell you that doing like this is rude at least? Do me a favor and refund. It's not funny.
