Great customer service and tech support. They always there to help you out when you need it. The *** performance is top-notch, never had any issues with it. And let me tell you, the reliability is off the charts. StratusIQ is hands down the best *** service provider I've come across so far.

World class installation team. They got some strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. The product is good value and easily beats any DSL or cable competitors. The salesperson was engaging and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them if you're lucky enough to have them available.

StratusIQ, Honestly the best company for internet. The team at StratusIQ set up my TV and internet in under two hours. Robb in sales set up my appointment and Jake installed the equipment. Didn't have to wait for a window. Set the appointment and receive a text message let me know he was on the way. Great folks, great team and quality product.

StratusIQ is like, maybe the bestest value for internet service in Colorado Springs. They are super reliable, easy to use and easy to do business with. I've had them for like, 5 whole years now, and I haven't had no problems with service, customer service or anything related to their business or personnel. I very highly recommend them to anyone who wants good service at a reasonable price.

Robb Barnes is amazing! He's got the best customer service skills, and he explained all the cool stuff about their products in a super simple way that even I understood. I didn't have any more questions after talking to him. Robb was so friendly that I feel like we're buddies now. He went above and beyond to help me out and answer all my worries about their service. He knows everything about the stuff StratusIQ sells. I'd totally buy three different things just to support him. He's the best at customer service and has a great attitude. He's like a superstar!

Thought it was gonna be one of those Mondays... Contacted the billing department cuz we hadn't got our bill yet and we wanted to pay it (first of the month and all). Got ahold of Robb and he patiently walked me through setting up our account and logging in. Luckily he stayed on the phone with me through that process cuz once I logged in the bill was all messed up and way more than we thought we had to pay. Long story short, Robb stayed cool, calm, collected, patient, and professional. He figured out what went wrong and got us back on track and never made me feel disrespected or unappreciated as a client/customer. Best Customer Service Ever! We're enjoying the fast service and lots of channels and know we're in good hands with StratusIQ!

Amazin customer service! As a church, we needed to provide live streamin to our people unable to attend. We had been usin *** for some time cuz it was the ONLY internet service provider that was connected to our property. The highest service speed that *** could give us was 12 mb down / 2 mb up. TERRIBLE! *** wanted over $20,000 just to run a line to our buildin. That was out of the question for a smaller church like ours. Stratus came along and offered us 300/100 with just small connection cost to our buildin! After installation, our costs are cheaper than we were payin for our BAD *** service. We have had to work through a few issues gettin everythin just right with phones (we have older phones system and 3 lines) and internet speed, but their customer services is hands down THE BEST I have dealt with. One phone call and they are on it immediately. All I can say is, if they are in your area, call them today and make the switch. Commercial or residential, you wont be disappointed!

I've called this biz 3 times to fix billing and they keep sendin' a bill over chargin' me. My monthly charge should be $89.99.

I contacted StratusIQ to reset my account details for online payment. I followed their instructions online and spoke with them to verify my user ID and password, but it didn't work. The instructions they gave me a month ago didn't work when I tried them. I've been trying to reach out via email and their website's contact form for the past 1-2 weeks. Tonight, my service got interrupted. They don't act professionally and don't follow their own guidelines. It's frustrating when a customer service organization doesn't respond. The service is really bad.
