If you can't get customer service up front I would hate to get an installation done with them. I can see why they have the reviews they have in comparison to the other companies I am comparing them too.

We orignally ordered a few roller shades for our home while working with ****
We orignally ordered a few roller shades for our home while working with ***. After they were installed by ***, we fell in love with them. Decided to add more roller shades to the back of the house. *** did all the work, got them on order and *** came back out and did a wonderfull job installing and reprogramming all the roller shades. Highly recommend this wonderfull team who work very well together!
