My name frantzy I live in brooklyn new york. I purchase just for men at a local beautiful solon shop before I try it I tested it out first on my skin. I waited 24hr I had no allergic reaction so I try it on my beard after 24h my face started to swoll up in bumpy also dripping liquid like blood.. I recommend no body to use this product it not safe.. I'm suffering right now cuz of this product 😪

I was just reading about the complaint people made about the product, and I was one of them it caused severe burns to my face they burst and have the puss dripping down my shirt for three days itching couldn't sleep on the top of it I suffer from complex PTSD.

I would like you to help me find out how I go about filling a court case against just for men as I don't want anyone to go through what I have been through it would be much appreciated thank you.

Your colour bottles have gotten smaller so I bought 2 boxes at shoppers drug mart. I opened one box and opened the colour bottle and opened the developer bottle which felt almost empty. Emptied it into the colour bottle, shook it though and applied. didn't even do half my average haircut. So I open the second box and mixed the developer into the colour tube and over flowed over the counter. I had to clean up the mess quickly and empty the rest of the developer into the first bottle. Your bottles are brown and not see through so how can we see what were getting? Your prices are too high for 2 boxes to do one job. Better to go to a hair stylist for an extra 20 dollars. For what I can see on the 2 boxes for lot numbers is Z23DO92 both boxes. Bad enough your skimping on your amount now but not doing the job listed on the side the box you people should have good look in the mirror.

I just purchased a box of men beard dye from Walmart pulled it out and followed the instructions as described the color was supposed to be brown and ended up being very dark jet black I have purchased the same color and have not had any problems before also upon applying, it began to burn, which has never happened to me prior to as well . I believe the batch I purchased was no longer any good

I been using this product for 3 years and never had a problem with it,but the last 3 pack I bought,I don't no if it was a bad batch or what,but it burnt the sides of my beard,and turned my skin pink,and it doesn't seem to be changing back I notified them,but they didn't respond product no.[protected]/Z210085orZ21D085. I have been using this color for a long time, it has a black color tube, it gives the right color in the first time of use, after that it does not give the color. will not be use further .. [protected]

I have been using this product for many years, the newer version of this product however has left me with severe burns to my beard area and I am now seeking help from a dermatologist. I carried out a patch test as they advised. My skin under my beard is now seeping and is causing me great discomfort and pain. I left a review with boots where I purchased the product from and they have removed the review, which tells me the company is hiding something from consumers.

Initially I indented to write this with the belief that JFM Beard color must have changed formulas or at least tweaked it in last 6 months or so? But now seeing other reviews, issue's, complaints etc...It appears I was not aware this Chemical burn or reaction all I know "deformity" may not be limited to recently?.. normally I do my homework before using products I'm unfamiliar with, But I have been using JFM Beard for MANY years, and never had an issue, or this type issue(I have had times it just didn't color as well) Now? I have a BIG issue ! The last 2 boxes, one M-55 as M-50 my usual, recently it has become impossible to find @ least in my local stores? The "Cartel" W store (I checked 4 of them) all sell M-35,40,45, then jump to 55? Very same at another well known chain "W" pharmacy that ALWAYS was my go to for the 50, "POOF" gone no sticker on shelf even saying M-50 Very odd. Anyway (sorry off point) M- 55! was first time I had any "reaction" which at the time I didn't think of as "reaction" of any kind... I thought it to be an irritation due to old, or improper storage or just bad batch/mix of formula which at "that" moment, I was willing to accept considering my history of satisfactory results using JFM. Not sure the exact # of beard and (occasional hair) dye kits I purchased as I use to get them for Dad as well, But personal use conservative guess... 100 X's in last ... 9 -10 years? So, I had no reason to distrust their products. Also It was not near as bad as the very next box. Unable to find M-50 at price I liked (single box) I found "M-46" never noticed that color or the mention of Biotin aloe & coconut oil either thought that was something new? So Give it a shot right?...Wrong Decision! That "chemical reaction" was MUCH more SEVERE! (Matter of fact I don't even think last time with M-55 was even same thing if it was this box had 10Xs the bad chems. This was s terrible irritation, burning, and ITICHING that was relentless! this started maybe 15 mins after I finished. Took much restraint to not scratch or take a sanding wheel to my face! Honest not exaggerating, is was as if I had rubbed my face with fiberglass insulation for a few hours. Next was redness and bumps everywhere in and around beard within 2 hours at most?...The cheeks being the worst, by next day the some of the bumps became small "Sores" (not from scratching either) that had a... I guess blood and clear liquid oozing out? Severe irritation, burning, and itchiness lasted that day. On day 3 finally started to subside itched on and off.. In the pictures most areas are clearing (roughly 3 1/2 days later} why I didn't think to take more pics right away (I did take one but came out poor) Not only am I pissed that my face is all messed up, but I lost the only beard and Mustache dye I ever used ! ... Hope I find a new one. That's if the big wound ever heals I'm on day 8 post incident and it looks nasty maybe even worse! Obviously "JFM" has been pulled from "MY" shelf for life! See pics below

Any way, the last time I used this was on Friday 20th Jan 2023 my skin under the beard is inflamed red itchy and very sore. This is only where I have used just for men beard!
Just can understand this has happened now and not many years ago! I have no changes in my health conditions, just don't understand. This has effected my sleep at night, my ability to work and not sure how many days further do I have to with stand this issue!

My husband used this on Monday, did a patch test absolutely fine, used it on his beard and omg what a mess,his face is oozing yellowish puss, this is day 4 after using it and his face is leaking constantly, Gp have prescribed antibiotics, antihistamines and cream, this needs taking off the shelf ! He has had to have the week off work,it's servere and I mean servere,I've never seen anything like it, he looks abnormal with all the swelling! Please take this product off the shelfs,I'm actually worrying about sepsis it's that bad, waking every 30 mins in the night he is to wipe his face ! Its bad ! To embarrassed to attach photos but more than happy to send privately to relevant person

I have a strawberry blonde mustache, beard and eye brows. I have used a generic coloring agent that worked about 5 months ago. Tried your stuff did it by the instructions 3 times and still grey no change. Would like a red beard color but you only have light brown at Rite Aid. Please help me or I will go viral with this.

Been using this for 10 years. Always worked very well for me until a few days ago when I applied it as normal and ended up with raised, scabby and weeping sores covering my chin and part of my neck that put me completely out of comission and caused me to miss a very important trip. Very unsightly and painful. Judging from the other complaints here, it seems I'm far from the only one to experience this recently. Not sure what you've changed but, whatever it its, its dangerous irresponsible.

On 25/11/22 my husband used the just for men beard dye. And we have ended up at GP surgery today. As he come up in big weeping sores all over the beard area. Beard area very sore and itchy. Gp has prescribed some cream and antihistamines to take we are not very happy as this has resulted in a day lost from work. I think people need to be made aware that this can happen. I was particularly worried of my husband getting sepsis from this as his whole face is weeping yellow fluid!

Tested as instructed

However when applied to my beard within and hour it was blown

Blistered and still is at the moment

On steroids and antihistamines

Never had pain like it and it’s only been a week now

Why would anyone allow this product to be sold as by the looks of it they have changed chemical compound

This began 18th September 2022 naught this from my local chemist - let me know how long this normally takes to clear

I used the dye as instructed, like many others I've used before and never had an issue. I can only assume the recent formula has changed and after reading most of the comments left, which I strongly agree and share their pain and concerns.

This product has got to be taken off the market first and foremost. It is highly dangerous and do not risk at any cost.

It clearly has not been tested efficiently and I'm absolutely disgusted that not only myself but others have to suffer with the pain and possible scar issue for the rest of there life. Due to a complete lack of incompetence.

I've had sores/redness/blisters on my face for nearly a week now.

Something has to be done!

July 3rd 2022. I used Just For Men beard dye at 8:30 p.m. I woke up at 4:00 a.m. this morning with a severe, painful, burning sensation on the application area. I have oozing blisters, red skin, inflammation and my skin is peeling. This is very painful. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

Hi I bought your product from my local store did a patch test on my arm was fine ,so I used the product on my beard as instructed,then it was itching then I had blister's and now it all feels burnt awful discomfort had to shave it off ,I'm still in discomfort and using burn cream on my face made me feel so I'll,I'm not happy at all ,and if it doesn't get better I'm gunna have to see a doctor for medical advice

Used this product for few years now but used it again on Sunday 26th June 2022 and has caused injury and burns to my face. Instructions followed as per usual when using the product and this problem has occurred. See attached pictures of the issue caused to my face. 6/10/2022, received Just for Men beard dye from Amazon and applied to face (goatee) per directions. Rinsed off per directions and felt slight tingling. After a few hours I felt itching/burning. The next day I had swollen chin area and severe itching, swollenness and open sores.

I’ve been using this product for several years, without any issues or discomfort to my face. 2 weeks ago, I purchase more at my local Safeway and applied as I always do. Several hours later, my face began to itch uncontrollably. It burned and started to blister. No matter what I did, I couldn’t stop itching it. I didn’t sleep for 2 days straight because of the constant itching. After 2 months of not using it, it finally went away and my face it back to normal. I will NEVER use this again. I’d like a refund for my last purchase and the cost of all the creams and lotions I used to try to stop the itching.
