I bought a headstone for $199.00 on October 29th, and the money went through on October 30th. But then I changed my mind and canceled the order on October 30th. They said they would give me my money back, and I even signed a paper to confirm it. But it's now November 29th and I still haven't gotten my refund! I've sent lots of emails, but no one has answered me. Is it possible that this "famous" company takes people's money and runs? It's 2021, it shouldn't take a whole month to give a customer their money back.

This place is terrible. It took them forever to finish my order and then they took an extra three weeks to ship it. They even gave my personal info to someone over the phone without asking me first. They even emailed them a copy of my receipt! They kept telling me they were short staffed, but they charged me like they had a full staff. Don't bother with this place, they just add more stress when you're already grieving. I'm suing them for giving out my info without my permission.

Legacy Headstones is a bad company. Don't waste your time. We ordered a headstone on May 15, approved the design and paid on May 25th. They said it would take 6-8 weeks. We emailed them on 7/15 and 8/9 and called many times, but got no response. Almost 3 months after we paid, they finally sent an email saying they were out of the stone. They offered us a different color, but we declined. We asked when they expected the correct stone back in stock, but on 8/13 they said they didn't know. They included a refund form in that email. We filled it out and sent it back on 8/14. We called many times to check the status of our refund, but got no response. We felt like we were scammed. We talked to a lawyer about it. He suggested we try again and let them know we would seek other alternatives to get our money back. The refund finally hit our bank account on 9/15, ending the bad 4-month experience. Legacy Headstones has no service. We ordered a headstone from another company and got it in 6 weeks.

I ordered a headstone from Legacy Headstones and paid $799 on 12/21. However, the stone has not arrived yet and the company has stopped communicating with me without any explanation. When I checked their website, it showed N/A for my headstone. This is very disappointing and frustrating. I hope they will resolve this issue soon.

I ordered a headstone from Legacy on September 29, 2022. I called to make sure the size was right, and they said it was. On October 31, I asked about my order and was told they were waiting for approval from the cemetery. I called the cemetery and they said they hadn't received anything. I called Legacy again and they confirmed the order but didn't mention the size. On November 10, they said they delivered the wrong size and the cemetery refused it. They said I had to pay half the cost to fix it, which I thought was illegal. No one called me back. On November 15, they said they would fix it and send it in 1-2 days. Today, November 18, they said it would be sent next week. This has been a terrible experience and I want a refund for the $200 difference in cost. You can reach me anytime at ***.

I ordered a tombstone marker for my mom who passed away on 09/02. The website was hard to use and there was no design preview before or after I submitted my order. I emailed them for a design template but never got a response. I got an email in October saying it was shipped, but the birth year was wrong. I called and emailed them to fix it, but they wanted to charge me $275 or $200. They said they would call me back but never did. I had to call them several times and leave voicemails, but still no response. I just sent another email today at 3pm.
