I have ibm and allergies. I was helped by a staff member who had walking difficulties due to suffering a recent fall. Her help was most appreciated. I told her as she assisted me ordering on the machine, that I am allergic to vinegar, so no pickle. I also asked that there be no salt. As there is no option out for no salt, the lady said she will tell kitchen staff immediately. Which she did. Evidently, the staff making my single chk/bkn lettuce tomato no pickles onion large fries, can't read/see the order form. I took one bite, and instantly had vinegar burning my mouth. The fries had salt. I took it straight back inside and gave the meal bag back to staff. Stated my issue and walked out. It seems that the kitchen staff, are not trained about allergies. Allergies can kill people and customers should be able to 'trust" food outlets like yours, I can not eat tomato sauce, pickles or mustard any longer due to me ibm. Please enforce better training with your 'outlets.' I am a trained royal nay cook and taught culinary practices in the forces for 11 years. I did not ask for a refund or get loud. I am just plainly disappointed. I did tell your outlet, that I review retail outlets of all kinds. Stake n shake at this outlet is getting a one. Except for the kind lady.
