They only gave me a tracking number, Australia Post EP***NZ, and a website that doesn't have any updates on the status. Can someone please let me know when I can expect to receive my order? I tried contactin' the company and all I got was some "we shipped it. It'll come next week" nonsense. But let me tell ya, that ain't the truth.

What's the point of orderin' a rapid STD test if it takes 2 - 3 weeks... maybe even a month to arrive? Might as well fork out some extra cash for a test that'll be shipped with a confirmed delivery window of 2 - 3 days from the time ya place yer order. I've gone ahead and opened another service request ticket with the company to see what me options are at this point, but with all the headache this has caused, I ain't holdin' me breath for a proper resolution. I highly recommend ya look elsewhere unless ya got all the time in the world to wait.

Right after I wrote me review, I got a message from this bloke named Frank, and let me tell ya, he was EXTREMELY helpful. He explained the situation and offered to send me order again usin' a different courier, 'cause me first order still hadn't arrived and I couldn't wait any longer. After me second experience, I'm changin' me rating from a 1 to a 3. Frank really did all he could to make things right. But ya know, considerin' that the second shippin' service is much faster than the default one, I reckon there should be an option to maybe pay a bit more for faster shippin'.

This here company, let me tell ya, it's a real shady one. They go on and on about how they done shipped your item, but guess what? They never actually ship it! Can you believe that? Don't you dare hand over your hard-earned money to these scammers!
