So thankful for ESA Doctors helping in getting my ESA Letter to be able to bring my dog with me as I travel for the upcoming holidays, as well as for my everyday life. I am currently going through a divorce after 45 years, and she (my dog), and I, neither one do very well being apart from each other right now. I also have Essential Tremors and it's amazing how much she helps to calm my tremors. They were quick and efficient! I am happy to write a review and recommend them. Thank you! JoAnne

Site is a scam. I never engaged in service, I did not go through with the consultation or even get an *** letter and was still charged. Told I would not get my money back, just because I was in contact with the health care professional. I contacted said professional just to tell him I no longer needed service and needed to get ahold of the company. Never got a confirmation email or alert that my card was being charged. Site clearly says 100% money back guaranteed, and that is FALSE. There are better routes out there.

Amazing, Prompt, Caring Service. I am very pleased with the Service I received from ESA Doctors. The response time was awesome and the attentiveness of the Staff was great as well. I was a little hesitant at first, but I read the great reviews and decided to give it a try. The information I provided is confidential and I trust that my medical history is safe with ESA Doctors. I am so appreciative of their service. I chose the option to have this expedited as I had time constraints. I filled out the necessary information and testing on a Friday late afternoon via the website and by Saturday afternoon, a medical professional had contacted me. Later that same day, I received my *** letter. The whole process took a little over 24 hours, which I was so grateful for, because I was on a time crunch with my new rental and needing to provide this to my landlord. Overall, 5-star, efficient, friendly service!

They are a scam! When I first used them in 2020, they were thorough and seemed legit. Now they just scam you for all the money they can get from you with misleading options on their website. The email support is a joke, they do not address the questions and concerns, they simply restate the misleading information on the website. They have over charged me twice now and I can not get a person on the phone. DO NOT USE THEM. *** seems to be the state for scammers like this, I wouldn't trust any company based in ***. They must have loose laws that let them get away with this c

ESA Doctors have given my husband a tremendous peace of mind. After rescuing his dog, RadarG, it became apparant that not only was his new dog a pet, she became his way to get out of the house and live life!. My husband has not had to show certification of Radar's ESA status; however, knowing he has the ESA Doctors certificate and backing has been reassuring. I recommend anyone that has a ESA animal, not yet certified, to get in touch with the ESA Doctors. The service they provide is invaluable. With closing this review I would also like to point out the expediency in which they handled the paperwork.

I was very nervous this site would be a scam but thankfully all the positive reviews were CORRECT AND TRUE! Since 2020, I have had nothing but great FAST service with ESA Doctors and a huge relief knowing my *** will continue to be by my side. I emphasize on FAST because when your one of many applicants for a rental property, the property manager will expect quick responses or else the rental property can go to another applicant. Thankfully ESA Doctors addresses any questions or concerns very quickly. I will definitely continue to renew my services and definitely recommend ESA Doctors to any of my friends and family!

ESA Doctors are not only legit, but they offer fast, efficient, honest, and friendly services. Off the bat, they did seem a bit expensive but compared to other companies, their prices are more than fair and not to mention, WORTH IT! Not only did they provide everything I needed within a day, everything went smoothly for my rental application as well as my flight. Also, I didn't end up using one of their services that I paid for and they quickly refunded that amount to me without and delay. This company is awesome and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family and I will always use them for my future needs. Thank you ESA Doctors!

I was worried about the experience of connecting with a therapist online/via phone, but the counsellor I was referred to was kind and helpful. I was also worried about people taking advantage of this easy process to obtain accommodations that they don't actually medically need, and that my documentation would not be taken seriously because of the online service, but everything went well. The letter I received after talking to a counsellor was accepted by my new landlord with no issue. When I needed a second document for a specific airline company, I was reconnected with my counsellor and a few emails and only 2 days later, I received the new documents I needed. I will be able to fly with no anxiety and no panic attacks for the first time in years, because I can now have my dog with me.

I was looking for a service that would provide legit *** letters in a timely manner, and ESA doctors did NOT disappoint. While it can be on the pricier side, I would highly recommend getting the expedited delivery as well as the add-on documentation if you're applying for *** letters for landlords or apartments. I got the latter to be on the safe side and my apartment complex ended up reaching out for additional information, so that worked out in the end. If you end up not needing the additional documentation they will provide a refund. Aside from that, the counselor that I was assigned was SO QUICK with his responses! (SHOUTOUT ***!) I applied for *** letters on 10/20/22 at 4:30pm and received a reply the next morning. My counselor was so prompt, thorough, and helpful that I was approved for two letters by 10/22/22 at 9:30am. That's less than 24 hours!I am so incredibly thankful to ESA doctors and the counselor I was assigned. I was worried about getting scammed online or that the process would be slow and troublesome. Thankfully I chose the right provider from the start and everything could not have gone any smoother, I now have two support cats approved through my apartment pet service, Pet Screening, because they accepted the *** letters that were provided. I HIGHLY recommend ESA doctors for any of your *** needs! My only note is to budget accordingly, the lowest-priced item is $150~ or so, but IT IS WORTH EVERY ***.

The rating that I am giving ESA Doctors.com is a place holder for when my *** Initial process is completed. This review includes all of my time stamps so far:9/14- Applied for *** Consultation AND paid for service.9/15- Received call from *** and qualified for ***.9/16- Received Digital Copy of my *** Letter.9/20- *** Support Team responded when after 1-3 business days I had not received my hardcopy *** Letter. They Stated "We have notified the *** to mail the letter to you again." It was very reassuring how responsive ESA Doctors and my provided *** were at the start of this process. Being validated for getting assistance emotionally was something I've needed for a very long time, and it was not yet available to me. Therefore, I will be keeping an open-mind, in hopes that there is just a delay of paperwork.In the last 2-3 days I have sent another concern to *** Support team about not receiving my Letter, and Asked for tracking information. It is now 9/26, and I have heard nothing from the *** Support Team since. I can understand if this process took time for official documents, but the *** that worked with me stated that an official hardcopy *** letter would be sent out 1-3 business days. I had expected my *** letter to arrive around 9/21, as I took into account 9/18/9/2021 being the weekend, and not a business day. Since it has been over the allotted 1-3 business days, the concerns for efficacy continues to rise as more time lets on.I will keep updating this review as I continue to wait for results and will be contacting my provided *** soon.

I did not know what to expect from ESA doctors. I had called looking for an apartment and one of the managers said they did not take pets but I could get my animals to be *** animals then I could reside there. So I thought I would look into it. I know what my cats mean to me. And I was pleasantly surprised when talking to my counselor *** from ESA doctors who also knows how we the people value our animals. And *** understand the value and importance we place on our pets. How our emotions are affected by our animals. It has been a real pleasure. It is so nice to have someone else aware of your concerns and needs that can actually help make a difference. 5 stars in every category. Just plain decent, concerned and caring individual that was what I experienced in dealing with ***. I could not be more pleased. Not to mention it was easy, quick, and it was enlightening and fun. But in writing my feelings to explain about my cats I felt it was far better than in person talking because I really had a chance to think before writing. Helped me clarify some of my own issues. I am really satisfied with what I did not expect a decency and putting the customer absolutely first in a manner that gives back any lost dignity from past follies. And the price is just as decent because after seeing ESA doctors you are able to save not only money but a place to stay. And if there are any problems they will help guide you through it. So even down the road they are there to help you. Talk about excellent value in today's economy. I certainly came out ahead. I expected the price to be like the apartments in ***- not affordable. With all that goes with it I do not know how they can afford it but ESA doctors somehow came up with a good process. I am glad they did. Give them a try and I am sure you will be pleased.
